It is the verse above that relates to Abraham that it is why a past only that .

From that verse it does not tell us whether Abraham carry out the experiment or not, neither is it written that the birds did fly.

In my opinion, Christianity is more about a personal relationship with God as well as with personal obedience to God, and the Bible has more clear instructions about how to obey and what will happen if you won't. God thus directly addresses the Christian faithful and instructs them on what to do in their association with Him.
