Soft approach & dialogue wont get this govt to do anything. No-nonsense demostration & a harmless rascality are needed, especially at d state & local levels. Even our so called private teachers' association claiming to get positive feedback from Hajia Farouk Ministry shld expect much so they won't be too disappointed.

If only we can mobilize ourselves block those politicians' houses & major grassroot roads, surely, palliatives will come out for us

A good manager should know priorities and learn to think outside the box sir... I am a stakeholder in the education sector so i know what i am saying sir... Trust me any school that fails to pay salary and use covid as an excuse is a Mushroom school and should be closed down.... 20k school fee is not and should never be an excuse... Payment of salary should be of priority to the school management at a time like these... If management cannot run things in school with reserve for upto 6months then they have no business in school management.. Let us stop pushing blame on Govt everytime... Teachers should hold school management responsible for poor finance and not Govt

I know many of the beneficiaries are all over this tread. For your information, your local supervisors feed them all your hustling gimmicks. But the ministry undoing about d claim is they counted people who had long had their businesses B4 Npower. But if you think the minister doesn't see you from Abuja , u are deceiving yourself. Your local npower Supervisors at your neighborhood are their informants

On my certificates: i av simplyGeorge Son. While on my BVN & my Bank acct , I av George Benson Mark. What do you suggest I do? My remote locations makes it hard to get things done easy & faster. That's in case it depends I get court Affidavit to correct d name on BVN.

First; you should carry out some soil testing for the land before buying fertilizers to apply.

There are various fertilizers with various Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium levels. You need to know the exact nutrients lacking on the land so you just don't waste your money buying the wrong fertilizer.

As regards the termites that are invading your farm; you will need to buy a knapsack sprayer and an insecticide to spray on the leaves and portion of the land to kill them and keep them away.

It is very necessary you spray your insecticide weekly to keep termites and other pests away since you wrote that the land has been long abandoned.

You could purchase these two insecticides:

- BEST cypermethrin

and

- Cypergreen.


Follow the direction of usage written on the can or seek the advise of the expert you will be purchasing from.

So long as d executive wed more influence in how d legislooters, Judiciary officials & LGs' elective officials get into position, financial autonomy won't be significantly felt by d arms concerned nor d masses

Our government only know how to keep borrowing to pay bogus salaries & allowances. Austerity measures should av been introduced since March.

Those shouting diversification & agriculture uppandan; Our real issue is greed. During d years agriculture held sway in our economy, there was minimal or no greed at all on d part of the leaders & d lead. For now, It's just like telling someone sacked from N1m salary & other juicy allowance to go & take up N25k job. Let's us be realistic. It aren't gonna be easy.

For any diversification to start or take effect, our spending pattern must be reviewed. All those unproductive workforce be brutally sacked & deployed as farm hands

To remove a thorn in the flesh, there will definitely be pains. Any leader who wish to put things aright must be ready to self sacrifice & trample on so many toes as in a well-meaning dictator or authoritarian. Else we'll keep going about in circle while our intention is to move forward. Thanks

Wetin, I did worse. When I was an alabaru, I dey carry heavy load for head till con dey read along the path. That was when I was writing utme/putme. To use d light from a close by filling station to read in d evening a mini dump site became my library. To wade off flies & mosquitoes, I usually cover up or use flies repellants.

But there should be solution around here nah. Are people no longer interested in cocoa farming Especially we young farmers...I'm in Osun state though

I inherited a very small cocoa farm from my late dad long ago. Over d years, not only does the farm yield very little or nothing, many of the cocoa trees are dead from termite infestation. I made some enquiries about d farm, I was told the d land itself might be a nationally termite-infested land. In this dry season, I'm affraid d remaining few trees may die off finish.

This is absolutely incredible, used and dumped. I wonder if there is future for any youths in this nation. The 200,000 youths are engaged for more than 2 good years. Here they are, no good plan for them to set them and get them prepared for the challenges of life. What are they going to do with a loan of #100,000? Some of them as graduates enter the scheme at the age of 35 years. Now, government has fruitlessly wasted another 3 years. Tell me when will the life be better for a man of 38 years? From where will he start with a loan of #100,000? Some of them have wife and children to cater for; how will they cope? Some of them dropped their jobs and took up npower appointment, will they start searching for another Job. I think Government should look for another exit plan for them. If the government does not have the capacity to engage all of them, I think they can give huge amount of money to start businesses of there own. Not giving them a loan of #30,000 to #100,000 that can only achieve something but NOTHING.

U can leave a better job for 30k fed govt stipend? U made no point at all. This is 21st century. Don't expect Govt to do everything for u. If you do, it's to your own detriment. Many serious minded people made sth tangible from d scheme but u & your lazy ass fellows are here lamenting...

It happened severally to my colleagues during my Nysc days in Ebonyi state. They were so confident that they even entered thru d window while d occupant were fast asleep. But some of the things stolen were bought back by d indigenes. So, it's not a new thing.

What I recently dislike about crossover night observing it in church is the fact that all manner of people will present especially few mins to d new year. Yahoo boys, olosho, ritualists , Muslims, toasters, robbers, rapists etc. Yet, they mostly come after d sermon or exhortation. U will even see some of them romancing right there inside d church.

Finally, even if one observes cross over night on Bishop's sit inside d altar, if hell die in d new year or suffer calamities it'll still happen.

If u are a regular & committed church goer & d cross over doesn't meet u doing evil or in a place DT do not glorify God, then to me, crossover night service is not necessary
