I am not understanding this process of admission again. Last semester I registered someone for public health Msc, obtained the provisional admission letter, sent transcript from the school to noun Abuja, but was later informed the program won't start until the second semester.
With this new arrangement on ground now, how do I go about it. Please the person in question is very concerned.
Please help anyone with useful info

I understand that scenario because I have some persons who applied for that programme. I sent an email to School of Postgraduate SPGS on Thursday last week concerning that (exactly your situation). They responded immediately. Below is the response I got.

Those you are referring to may have applied when that may have not been part of the requirements. Right now, it is required you are a Required Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife. No staff will verify you (give you a matriculation number) without certifying those requirements.

I have lived in Ajaokuta for more than 15yrs and I have friends currently working there. The truth is that the company was once at 98 per cent completion. How come are we hearing they are at 90 per cent completion now? And they didn't say they are the ones that worked to bring the company to 90 per cent.

Nursing programmes of NOUN are strictly for those with background in nursing. In fact, one of the requirements is that you should be a registered nurse (RN).
Secondly, there's no 200L admission into NOUN Nursing program right now. All admission is 100L.
