Regime after regime Government after government The hope for a better tomorrow keep dwindling No value for human life, meaning no matter who you are, one can just get kil*ed for nothing. And even after the kil*ed is no more, there is no hope for justice. I just remember the FUT Minna Lecturer who was slaughtered few days ago. Sometime you just want to remain a mediocre and chose to stay here, stay down, close your eyes against the odds, keep shut and die in peace but then I remember people don't rest in peace in this part of the world. Dead people's skulls are often mined especially those of the ordinary people. Imagine resting in 'peace' with limbs in a big man's closet in Abuja and the skull in a big man's shop in Ogun. So scary. No clear hope for a better tomorrow and there is no hope for a rest in peace afterwards. Even those that have been sentenced to death end up living longer those who took them to court. Rev King while he has since been sentenced to death is still alive while many of his indirect victims have died. There is also this thing Nigeria is doing to my mind. I keep seeing evil and bad people having their way everyday. I wake up to see wrong things being served as right. Kai... The thing tire me. I often get drained mentally and it's becoming a threat to my sanity. I wish these are enough reasons to file for an assylum sometimes. I want to be where those that work succeed and those that don't work don't. I want to be where the bad get punished and where the good get applause; I want to be in a place where there is fear to do wrong no matter who you are. I have hoped for a better Nigeria and at my young age I am afraid with all I have seen the new Nigeria may not be possible in my generation! 😭 |
alphaconde:It is a good thing but who will sign the law to back this up? They know such laws will hurt them and so, they will never sign it. |
yarimo:Patriotic indeed! Spits. Have u forgotten how Yeye Bello used bulldozers to divide roads leading to the area prior to the election? Patriotic is the last word that should come to your mind. |

NotoriousBiggyS:It's no easy to determine that. I wish you could do one month without the pumping machine then do another month with it then check the difference. I am in a situation as yours though slightly differently. I have four flats in my compound and an extra family in the next compound we pump for. In my case, my family size is the smallest. We have two overhead tanks in our compound and another overhead tank in the next compound, total of 3. I pump as elfrequent as once in every other day or 2days interval sometimes. I have been doing this for more than 2 years. Here is my experience: It doesn't consume so much. If it were in my compound, 3k to 3500 per month will be enough. After the first few months, tenants started behaving as if they are doing me a favour by paying the money. Sometimes, people ON the pumping machine and go to bed. When the water is full, they don't care to get up to switch since it is not connected to their meter. The above makes me often no comfortable as I often have to wake up dead at night to switch off the pumping machine that someone else put ON. Sometimes, even when I just finished pumping some hours ago, another person will come and switch it ON. After some months, I got tired and told them to leave the water pumping for me to handle myself. This I have been doing for close to 2 years. I don't collect a dime from them anymore. I pump the water alone. I manage the water availability in the compound. Even when there is no power supply and I need to use gen, I most of times use my money to buy fuel and I really don't care. The above I chose to do because of the fact that some persons feel they were doing me a favour. You can see someone owing for two months or you go ask for the money and he tells you he doesn't have to give you yet even when u know it is not true. Funny enough, the person in the other compound can disturb. He often call at late hours for me to pump water for him. His water finishes quickly as he is the reason we pump every 2days. Look at my experience and choose wisely. NB: I pay all the bills as part of my contribution and help in the compound and also to the other family in the other compound. In spite all these, I still have one of my tenants who like bypassing the metre for his compound. I pray NEPA people catch him very soon. This same man has money to use gen when there is no light yet bypasses metre at will. |

Zeboy17:Makama has been declared wanted by an Abuja High Court |
![]() A governor that hired a tug to be the chief security of his state. Who don't know Makama as a thug in Kogi? Just last week court in Abuja declared the appointment illegal and declared Makama wanted. |
First, for going to Iraq.. that is the first suicide attempt. How can one go to present day Iraq to seek greener pastures? Is there pasture in the desert, before you even expect a green one? Hmmm |
Mohisah:Thank God I have some people that knows Kogi and what is happening unlike one ignorant person up there quoting me when I don't think he has knowledge of what is happening there. |
Dicoomoba:You have sense yet choose insult instead of presenting you point? If this is how sensible people talk then I rather not be as 'wise' as you cos it's obvious you lack manners and basic understanding. Before you wrote this let me ask you. Have you been to Kogi before? Kogites are tired of their oppressor. They are tired of percentage payment of salaries. They are tired of the Governor trying to force his way back in a third term bid... They are tired of the youngest yet about the worst governor. Out if the 2 senators, of them is on a shaky ground. Just like the last presidential election divided people along tribe and religion, the Kogi election, trible will play the major factor. APC cannot win a free and fair election in Kogi. |
GYB boys threatening people ahead of the election because he knows that is the only way ODODO can win. APC can never win a free and fair election in Kogi come November. |
AImiron:Almiron... Are you the one playing for Newcastle?🤣 |

A country where those with certificate issues are the top contenders for the highest office! From Buhari to Tinubu and then Atiku... One thing is common with these three persons- letter U and it should mean UNQUALIFIED. Some persons really see nothing wrong with this yet they complain that the country is not moving forward. Like Tinubu, like Atiku, like Buhari... |
A wrong person is not really a wrong person in totality but it only mean the person is not compatible with the man or woman. While they are general qualities of "the wrong person" eg. Bad behaviour, not hardworking, not caring, bad attitude etc such wrong person is not totally wrong because there is someone somewhere suitable for him/her. |
Ctony1:Yes,provided your year of graduation is not so far, eg more than 3 years. |
Anthonyo15:Quite poor to do this without prior notice. Is this how someone will wake up and just notice Course/Exams Registration has closed? They ought to give closing date before closing it. |
