Afamed:did I argue your description of the bridge, where its starting from and terminating at? NO. you're the one confusing yourself here. I told you when I was passing by, no work was ongoing but since your ghost also travelled with me and saw otherwise, I give up. Know this fact, the second niger bridge I know very well cos I visit here all the time for cassava business, is far from getting to a portion of obosi you mentioned, though it would still get there. But right now, the construction work ongoing on in same obosi and the head bridge is the one sponsored by anambra state govt( including the link bridge at obosi). The fed govt 2nd niger beidge hasn't gotten there yet. Take it or you leave it |
Afamed:Stop beating about the bush my friend. The obosi bridge, coming from okija or ihiala was also contracted to JB by anambra state govt. Google is your friend. The one by the fed govt also takes a portion of the obosi town, which is different from this one I was talking about. 2nd Niger bridge extension hasn't got to obosi yet |
Afamed:you'd get the pictures tomorrow I promise you, enough of it. Thats if you'd still believe. I just proved to you where I was as at the time i snapped that picture |
PIMPAR:lol. Here's one of them. Continue |
Afamed:stop being emotional. I think I know this place more than you do. What I'm seeing here isn't what you're seeing. I never said there was no sign of construction there. But as at the time i was passing by, there was nothing happening, why..i don't know. I'm on the road right now. See the picture taken below and time, you doubting thomas and because of this, i'd snap the obosi-onitsha Road construction site when we get there tomorrow, including the view of the 2nd niger bridge from the old bridge afar and if by luck the commercial vehicle passes same road we took when coming, i'd still snap it for you to see for your free view. Fyi, I'm not for pdp, neither am I for the apc but for good governance. You can call me any name you like for all I care. Its a free world.

Afamed:what I knew and what I saw was what I said. You can see Julius berger's crates and elevators at the brewery side, beneath the last road to the shore of the river Niger. Bridge. Maybe you're one of those believing in pictures. If I pass same place tomorrow I'd snap and post it here for your doubting Thomas to see. The obosi onitsha Road and that overhead bridge isn't part of the project. Its state's as learnt. I'm into agribusiness and we came to inspect some cassava farms here. We're now at mgbidi. Check the pictures below and the time i snapped it. Believe it or not

naija4life247:Im not ibo, neither am I a fan of Jonathan. I talked about what I saw |
Afamed:Do I sound like a liar to you? What would be my gain? I just told you what I saw from the old bridge when I was passing by. Except there's another portion where work is currebtly going on. Do you know the brewery side , the road leading from the foot of the bridge to the owerri road when by-passing the upper/lower iweka traffic? That's where the bus i boarded took, exactly same place where the new bridge would terminate at. |
Seems there's nothing going on, on that site as of now looking at it from the old bridge side. I passed there yesterday to ihiala from benin. |
Apc, pdp make una take am easy oo. Election no be war |
Apc, pdp make una take am easy oo. Election no be war |
He has said it all and that's why I'd continue to root for merit , regardless of party affliation. Afterall, Nigeria remains Nigeria while the peope suffer for choosing wrongly. Come 2023, if we must remain as one with a sense of belonging to move this country forward, Osinbajo/Zulum or Obi/Tambuwal would be a great choice from among both the Apc and the pdp. If this happens, I'd have to do a tally and have someone roll it several times before I pick which party to support with my eyes closed and anyone picked would be my candidate because they're a perfect match. A Muslim leader would have done 8 years while the Christian Candidate is expected to succeed him. But our politicians are so greedy in nature. They always love leaning on their opinion, as long as their choice would reflect their own will as against the will of the people and that's why we are where we are today since independence. I hope things change this time, if truly we must still remain one as a people. I use former Governor ibikunle amosun as an example in Ogun. Having studied the political terrain in the state, because of his personal interest, he went ahead and still picked a muslim candidate to succeed him, the idea which he had kicked against severally before becoming governor. We all saw how him and his candidate were eventually disgraced in the state. Our politicians know what's right but choosing rightly has always been the problem. The earlier we send them packing come 2023, the better for the citizenry. |
Ausrichie:which history, European's or African's ? Tell me. My grandpa and grandma both paternal and maternal never divorced. They also told me of their parents and grand parents. In fact, the male had wives in those days who worked on their farmlands and had children. Nome of them divorced. The women were submissive. Maybe you're a product of western trash called culture though. |
The lady's mouth sef no help mata. Her mouth no dey gree her rest. Chochochocho. Uncle femi was trying to sue for peace but she wasn't able to hulble herself. That's the main cause of divorce these days. In the olden days. When their husbands were talking the wives listened in total submission to their husbands and that was the secret behind keeping their homes in those days. No wonder divorce was very rare back then. Most of them weren't so educated to read the bible, one would have thought it was because they read the bible verse where it says wives should respect their hisbands and submit themselves to them. Whereas nowadays, some ladies can recite the bible from genesis to revelation but to be submissive as the Bible advised has always been their problem. I think there were morals back then, which are lacking nowadays. We live in a clime where women are trying to equate themselves to men. I was in europe a couple of years back. One lady's vehicle had an issue and my uncle pulled over to help. She said am fine, I can fix the problem, thanks and we zoomed off. We spent like 1 hour where we went. On our way back, we still met her on that spot battling with it. We just smiled and wished her good luck in the desolate place as my uncle drove past. |
Nigeria, a great country to soon become history. Nigerians would miss that country name so much in near future. It's what God has predicted years back, no be me. |
Ausrichie:It's same with our cities in Nigeria. An average hotel in abuja is 25k, that's 64USD in Europe with the CBN's current official exchange rate. I had lodged in a hotel of 50usd there before. It's small but with amazing facilities. Nigeria is just too expensive for nothing. I hope the secession comes faster than anticipated As some people are busy working hard to raise the country high, several others up there are not bothered. They keep dragging Nigeria backward. Enough of baboon dey work, monkey dey chop. |
Waw! Great country with historic structures. I was in Vevey and Montreux a couple of years back. I visited Geneve too. |
EdmundChidera:America isn't Nigeria and Nigeria isn't America. Such post election protests or violence can only happen in Nigeria. Get that. |
BIGGESThead6:just go and sleep . You guys said worst things before election , including your mentors Oshiomhole and tinubu about this man. Only lies upon lies with no peoofs. Why am i even bothering myself? You can't know obaseki more personally than I do right from the afri invest days as my mentor. You guys would be so disappointed önce again, its a promise. |
Osaaaaaa |
BIGGESThead6:Hmm. They've started again with mind-boggling lies make una dey fear God small nah |
BIGGESThead6:The state leadership asked for money truly, including one of the asporants in the NA too but obaseki refused. If you followed the trend, at some point, he almost left them for another party. Wike came over to intervene and appealed to the leadership of the pdp at the state level, that what they stand to gain is more than money, should they allow obaseki contest under their party. Wike left for port Harcourt out of anger as the aspirant in the NA said he would go to court, should obaseki refuse to do his bidding. It took the intervention of other co-aspirants for the guy to mellow down. |
We already know. The election campaign was kinda messy, even at some quarters, they said he bribed the pdp candidate and the party billions for them to step down for him...laughable! Nothing can ever be more promising and honorable than assuring the pdp aspirant of governorship zoning to his region in Esan land after his tenure and obaseki is going to do just that. It's just 4 years away to make it happen and a huge thanks to the Esans for the overwhelming support. Its their turn to shine. Lagos, over to you in 2023. The state with so much wealth but living a slump-ridden life with poverty staring them in the face. Elrufai has given you a hint already on how you could liberate yourselves from the perpetual modern slavery. End godfatherism, QED. |
Xisnin:im not trying to be biased here. What we can endure, lots of girls can't. I didn't know why my sister always got what she needed in school before me until when I entered school. However, their situation isn't a recipe for being wayward |
Hmmm. This is strong but in realities, its true. How many parents in the present day Nigeria can actually pay school fees steadily, talk less of buying textbooks, secure accommodation for their children etc. The covid-19 pandemic has made the matter worse as many now live on half salary or are already laid off. What guys can endure, girls would just collapse going through same situation. Girls are more expensive to keep. I may decide not to wear a pant but be in a pair of trousers for days as a student, some of my roommates weren't washing their boxers shots days and they'd be wearing same like that. girls can't. Even their monthly period sef needs to be kept clean and hygienic. I'm not a fan of girls dating sugar daddies but most of them depend on them for their survival. Many don't mess around but stick to one man. Hardly would you see a student say she's dating her fellow student. This is the reality we would have to live with until things improve. I pray all these morons in government are flushed out to enable those who truly have the love of the country at heart to givern us. Poverty is really raging like wildfire. |

I can't forget the Atlanta '96 when we had the best team ever. No thanks to their inexperience, USA '94 was sure for us. Roberto Baggio was a great spoiler |
Openbusiness:you missed. They're a gift to every home. Boys are even more dangerous than gals. Gals can take caution and change quickly or by force. But you can't force or handle a boy same way. You can imagine asking a boy who had had sexx just once in his life to stop. You're just wasting your time because the experience in indescribable. Who chases more...a gal or a boy? By instilling fears in a girl, or advising her , she could stop all the nasty habits but boys...naaah! All you need as a parent is keep praying for them. |
Hian! Gals nowadays sef na God go fit stop them.from all these nonsense.. Naxo my bros daughter come back for holiday culminating the lockdown early this year. He caught her playing with her pusie several times. She's a border oo and their school is so strict, one of the best in lagos and Nigeria in general. She's barely 13 but her features were all revealing. He had to call the attention of her mum to it before she stopped the act. Who knows what girls do to themselves in their hostels? Recently I visited my bro in lagos and he asked me to accompany him to his clinic. On getting there, we met a woman and her pretty daughter. Wetin hapen, the woman talk say, the girl bin dey complain say her bombom dey pain am. She no fit waka well, though she was 19 but hardy goes out. The mum said, she confessed to her after much grill that, she had sex with a guy, who happened to be her bf. In short, my brother after examining her said the gal was OK just that the boy's joystick was very big hence the pain and discomfort. The boy was invited and both of them were tested for all manners of STIs. The result showed they were both clean and she received a stern warning of her life not to see him again The woman came back and said they said she was seen in the guy's house again lol. I don't get it. |
