Reference: That's why they call it the vulcanizer business, inflate and poof! Patch up and inflate again. The world over its one big ponzi scheme but hey, we love musical chairs too.Yep, but the Nigerian one is amazing The rule is simple: get people interested and thus increase demand and value ensure that the foundation is eroded by people choping money Watch the market collapse and do nothing about it ensure that almost all monies are none retrievable Set up a comitee pointing fingers allow some years to go by Watch out for the next generation that knew Joseph not Start the deceit all over again |
obadiah777: I AM BEREAVED. THIS THREAD HAS MADE ME REALIZE HOW THE WORLD IS SO MESSED UP NOW. I AM BEREAVED ![]() agreed you are. I have warned folks to stop following Ishilove. She'll take you to places beyond your comprehension This might be the right time to 'fork' your way back to the NL sction where the world looks just like you ![]() |
obadiah777: WASNT AWARE THERE WAS AN AGE LIMIT ON NAIRALAND. FORK OUTTA ERE WID DAT SHYTTTand u actually felt you made sense wow!! Try crying less than the bereaved |
^^^ There should be some basal diffference between kalo kalo and the stock market Some intelligent rule and logical approach The Nigerian stock exchange seems to operate more like a simple Ponzi scheme, where u put ur money in, simply hoping to get out before the entire pyramid that was designed to collapse does collapse |
^^^ Interesting But actually guys Is there any guarantees that we wont go through the same corruption driven and infested boom and burst cycle over again? I would like to hear expert views on this |
Now is the time to catch the aged masqurading as ageless on NairaLand *Brings out pen to start writing names* 1) Naptu2 |
I think pricing for some made in Nigeria goods are ludicrous considering that few SME's in 9ja are able to access bank loans with its outrageous interest rates and labour comes cheap I assume the investments are not under tough financial duress Its as if the proprritors of 9ja products think that once they hit the shelf they should start making insane profits that should cater for big cars and foreign trips Not a perfect example: I recently bought packged garri from a shop (after a long time of not eating gari) I expected and was prepared for a max of 50% price increase compared to those sold on the streets what I got was some 250% price increase Insane!!! |
sexyseun: CHILLING AT D'HEAVENS NITE CLUB AT FESTAC LAST NIGHT, GOT DRUNK LIKE CRAZY BUT STILL LOOKING GOOD, WHATCHA THINK??Dont mind those people yabbing u dear My objective assessment is as follows: -Lips and shorts colour match -Bag colour is way off -Belly butoon too obvious. Sew it in or cover that bit -Hair not bad -Cleavage good -Dressing needs to be more coordinated No worry, there is romm for improvement. By 28, you should be a pro |
^^^ Gross ![]() |
ba7man: Reach for the stars so that if you fail, you'll at least catch the moon. The further you can see, the bigger your products can become. Plan as if you're going global and target locally. A local product with a global appeal can never fail. Imagine packaging a locally made product like palmwine in a bottle as goodlooking as Heineken's. That's what our local manufacturers should aim at.The Force or Spirit is with you Verily i say unto you, I have rarely seen such wisdom in the entire Nairaland |
@OP YES I actively and conciously go out of my way to patronize and ask for made in Nigeria goods (I have my quarrells with our market structure sha.. but I ignore it) I feel offended when made in Nigeria goods try to slap on some oyibo face on their products its ridiculous |
Make Warren open account for NairaLand naw |
Why cant we just have 2 wives one extremely beautiful and dumb the other extremely intelligent and ugly We debate with the intelligent one during the day and schuke the beautifull one during the night shikena!! or maybe even schuke the beautiful one during the day so we can appreciate her beauty well well and debate with the intelligent one during the night, when flaws are a little bit hidden |
@OP A quite 'normal looking' Phd gal was trying to cossy up to me once I held her palm in mine it was extremely coarse against mine wen i imagine her hand ontop of my gentlman no one told me to pick race |
iv4real: .Please do take care of your appearance.
eod. not just because you want to get a man, but just because its what you do.
Habit: Take care of your appearance Reason: To look human and date humans afterall, u dont make up to go to bed when ur alone do u? |
quite a number of ladies I have conversed with hold up 'business' as their career preference on further probe, their business is actually trading trading in shoes and clothes I recently asked one what makes her 'busines' unique. She had no answer I then suggested to her that if she has some art and craft skills, it wont be a bad idea for her to infuse some of her own designs into the goods she sells little things like neatly stitched colourful buttons, lovely tie and dye prints, adding some extra designs in a shoe etc |
AjanleKoko: It's a tough one.I wonder why parents don't do this Mumsy used to get us to go to the market to sell chicken and bread we soon began enjoying it, especially as it gave us the oppurtunity to cruise the rugged car on some village market adventures It killed my shame, I also used same skill in doing some aje type of selling later on (*buyers cheat me tire sha*) My parents got me materials which I used in building cards and unsuccessfully selling to their friends With my love for creativity, I regret not learning tailoring. I asked my mum to fix me up as an apprentice tailor, but somehow, it slipped |
@ishilove Its a lie. You mean you actually finished the story by the second quarter of the year Jeez!! You're getting better by leaps and bounds I wonder which young man is begining to influence you positively (don't tell me its Jesus ) |
While it cannot be rulled out that Alison could be corrupt However, most of these stories about her are apparently silly and sponsored by folks (both local and international) who have lost out in the oil industry Exactly the same diabolic strategy that Abiola and coup plotters like Babaginda used previously in Nigeria: Abiola prints sensationala nd untrue stories in Concord => stories stir up anger in the 'simple' minded masses => Babaginda steps in through a coup to save the country => Gullible people clap for the messiah |
@Poster -Men find it hard to forgive cheating because it presents the possibilty that the kids from the woman might not be theirs, and so they might end up raising someone else's kids unknowingly -Women on the other hand find it easier to forgive because they dont get to bear responsibilities of raising the mans other kids. -What the women will tend to do instead, is to extract as much resources from the man towards theirselves and their kids |
'Cable stayed' bridge it is then' a round of applause for the proper naming ceremony |
Viewing this topic: nu-well(m), naptu2 Mr Naptu, thanks for opening up the thread. But please, since you seem to have the most insight into Ishi's whereabouts than most, what is she up to? Traffic is diminishing on this very inspiring thread (it seems).
Why dont u guys simply pay ishilove to resign from her day job and parttime sewing job to concentrate on soley entertaining you with her stories Remember it is blessed to give |

122) Summary of possibility nodes If you wan become something what you need is to set your goal, then make and take decisions and actions that push you in the direction of your goal Shikena For many matter it is advisable that your desired goal is not too rigid this might make it unacheivable and end up breaking your heart badly Imagine setting your heart on marrying a girl that is exactly 6feet tall, with bachelors in Accounting from MAULAG with a 1st class, that is ebony in colur to a certain tone, and is from Calabar. If ever you do find such a girl you might end up being a foooool in-love The idea is to set a realistic and slightly fluid goal: The girl will be between 5.6feet to 6.1feet, intelligent and from South South Nigeria |
Boss13: esere when are you going to finish this up?Finish? I be think say na never ending story naw But sha I have finished the main bulk of work I am just reinforcing earlier points using different paradigms so that if person to understand one, im fit understand another one |
mapet: "Deceptfully" explain what that means??its an ancient language that is hid from heathens ![]() |
