Sure there is. Please search the Internet. I know it's not a familiar term in this part of the world. There are people born with both male and female organ. And I guess Bobrisky is one of them but not bold enough to say it in clear term though he has mentioned it once. He said he is the most stubborn she-male in his family.

I'm not saying such people do not exist. They do even over there in Nigeria. I'm only saying the correct term for it is 'inter-sex'. The word 'she-male' is not standard and shouldn't not be used as it's considered derogatory.

Of all the sections addressing same sex relationships in the criminal code and same sex marriage (prohibiton) act, the nearest he comes to breaking any is same sex marriage (prohibition) act 2013, section 5 subsection 3: Aiding or Solemnicising a Same-Sex Marriage or Supporting an LGBT Organisation. And going by his activities, it will be easy for his lawyers to make a case for him if served. I'm sure he knows this.

True. More the reason why I feel the question does not reflect reality cause the money won't be there when the prison term is completed.

The question is misleading. It gives the impression that the money remains with the thief after the jail term while in reality, a comprehensive recovery exercise would leave them with little to nothing to show for the year spent in jail.

Again, while the mathematics is correct, it does not reflect reality. 400m for 20yrs might imply 20m for 1yr but other factors like how old and healthy you would be when you leave the jail and how long you'd have to live to enjoy the money in the case of 400m make the two not to be equivalent. In other words, breaking it down to 20m/yr only makes his case appealing to the criminally minded.
