Nationwide vaccination program is not a new thing. If Africans don't want to be vaccinated, they can opt out but let people who need it proceed. We never come up with any solution but we're always the first to criticize others' strategies.

Are you suggesting that the numerous unmutilated girls out there have all gone sexually insane? If not, why then would you use the story of one or two sexually hyperactive girls to advocate for mutilation? Please, there's no justification for such barbarism. You missed the point. The fact that you have to go an extra mile for them to get that pleasure is unfair to the female gender.

Thousands of things happen on BBN everyday but the moment a guy has the slightest body contact with a girl, every blogger and YouTuber would make a sensational headline of it. Y'all do this just to gain traffic but you only end up sexualizing the show. Prior to now, I had a terrible image of what the show was like cause of all I read online. It's still not my best show but I now know that the show isn't even almost as sexual as most of the music videos from our favourite musicians.

I understand its a reality show and some people love that thing but I can't understand what they learn from it that they cuss one another supporting one contestant or the other. Maybe,I'm wired that way sha. I can't get why grown ass men and women scream because Gedoni finally kissed ifu Ennada or whatever.

Likewise on football too. Investing such emotions on messi and Ronaldo, football clubs and matches is beyond me. I watched as two men killed themselves in a viewing centre in 2014, because one said messi is a mumu and ronaldo is better. The other (a messi fan) went berserk and they both ended up dead that same day. How in hell should I give a fuq about messi or ronaldo's rivalry? These cats dont even know these supporters or even care for fuq sakes. Why investing such emotions on such and not on your life goals. I have never felt that way about football even though I'm current with it(I watch highlights and general news) but I have no affiliations to clubs and whatever.

I totally dislike that show!!!

Nothing like Gulder Ultimate Search or Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. Now these are shows that helped build my taste in humanity.

Just a bunch of spoilt, overindulgent grown ups trying to pretend so as to win some cash,while involving soft porn as a back up. I mean,what dafuq does A and B fcking or C and D beefing with Z, just so they could talk to F, added to my life or the national interest.

Not only is the show politicised, always coming on stream when critical national issues demand the populace to rise up and fight but also the slots are never based on merit or any kind of fairness but Man-Know-Man connections.

Worse still, the senseless ways Nigerians forgo their lives,just to follow,campaign,cry,vote and on some cases die for these housemates, who in almost all cases are young enough to be their children, just make me shake my head in disbelief. I look at them arguing and fighting one another on the streets,homes and bars and I am appalled and disgusted. I keep asking myself, Dont these mudafvckers have any shame? Defending a show that adds absolutely no value to their lives?

BBN showed me many Nigerians have nothing to offer themselves and their country. Its nothing but a national embarrassment.

Lol.... you're so interested in humanity and the supposedly intellectually challenging shows yet your favorite section on Nairaland is romance followed by celebrities.

Anyway, don't blame anybody for liking what they like. BBN is not stoping Nigerians from going about their businesses. It doesn't even get as much attention as football and yet even football doesn't stop anyone from living their lives. These kinda shows are alternative entertainments. Diversity is the beauty of arts. While the so-called intellectually challenging shows are good, the art of entertainment will lose its taste if everything goes in that direction. At the end, it's business; anyone who has the resources can start the kind of shows you like. The investors have done their feasibility studies and it's working for them.

Meanwhile, I don't watch BBN normally but I've been looking for ways to watch it this year. Do you know of any streaming platform?

Not everyone likes movies, not everyone likes music, not everyone likes BBN, not everyone likes football. Follow the one you like and leave people to follow theirs. That was the point. Astonishing. For anyone hoping to make it in the entertainment industry, getting into BBN should be an ultimate goal. It does not matter if you win or not cause at the end, no amount of billboards, ads, free shows, etc can compare to the publicity this show gives.
