@mmyglitz,wash ur hands den pull out d seed and loosen a Lil bit, u will see d finished thread.untie it just a Lil den hold d tip of d thread and insert d seed deep inside ur vjayjay still holding d end of d tip/rope outside ur Vjayjay,best position is lying down on ur back for proper penetration.hope dis helps.fertility blessings.

Uterus is normal in size with ccsmooth outline and homogenous. Echogenicity.
Endometrial layer is well defined, it is 13mm thick
Right ovarian vol=8ml
Left ovarian vol=7ml
There are small,uniform random follicles
Average size 5mm/6mm.den I was advise to use ovaboost,fertilaid and m2tone which am doing and since cd17 have been having ewcm in abundance. Does dat mean am ovulating,cos result shows dat follicles were still small as at cd10 for a 30days circle. Help me pls.(sorry4 d long post)

Thank u imoge, I asked my doc to let me do d hsg but she said 'NO' that she doesn't suspect anything wrong wiv my tubes. But am having it done anyway as long as they don't need referral. I just order for a bicycle that will be my evening exercise routine, if I fall I will come back and post pics. Thank u mothers, u have been of immense help to me.

@imoge,i didn't ovulate last most and 4 d past 6months my af showed for d first time dis mnth without inducing it,pls which is tvs? Doctor only asked 4 hormonal assay and pelvic scan,Am feeling it's did extra pound I carry that messed up my system, or is it bcause I gave birth prematurely? Thank u imoge, I did it today cd10, and d radiologist suggested ovarian insufficiency, I have been down since,y should I lose my Lo and still crown it up with ovarian malfunction,i never had irregular period or ovulation problems b4,so I really do not understand if d 5mm/6mm follicle is cysts or fibroid.

@chiclahot, has he stopped taking d drugs yet, I will say discontinue d drugs and go see a doc cos he might be reacting to it.decongensant can also cause erectile dysfunction,xylometazoline also. So look into those two.baby dust to us all.

Hmmm,thank u @momma for sharing dis, had a miscarriage at 24weeks and since den have had Annovulation,my doc had to induce af last month,though I had to give birth to my baby viginally and becos d placenta was too small d doc had to remove it himself(sorry for all d details)have done test which showed everything is kk,except for Annovulation.but I still feel something is wrong. Any insight, Awaiting response
