You sound razz!!! What planet are you on? You 9ja girls think way too highly of yourselves.

Do you even know the meaning of MILF?

Come on! Quit the victim mentality angry

It is no mistake you were born in this country. No one gets to choose the family through which he/she would be ushered into this world.

God looked into your future and decided that this country is the best place for you to begin life. So dude, make the most of it wink

Sure, you have had many or maybe even mostly horrible experiences, well, so have I and many others around you. But, that is not enough to throw in the towel and give up on yourself and your country smiley

Start looking out for the good in the bad and the good will start coming to you smiley

RomanceRe: Ladies, can You Marry For Money? by Evina(f): 10:42am On Nov 30, 2014
rosemary1500:
i disagree.
see, am hot! very hot and men like that. but ladies alwys know their aim.
they play along trying to see if there's more to get out of a guy and that's about this generation.

but talking from experience, you can't eat your cake and have it.
you follow a guy cuz he has money? Jeez! how cheap is that undecided it means you are either so lazy or so insecure abt ur future and ur planning to be a puppet wife unknowingly. God forbid!
learn to understand how to make money, then find a balance with a man that is intelligent, manages money well, successful in his "small" or "big" business, loves GOd and wait for it...HONEST!!! in his dealings. if not, one morning all that shopping spree will be greeted with police and EFCC or if u find cops chasing like in new york, then that marriage was over long before you knew it.

**my two cents^^
Rosemary1500 smiley

Weytin you dey talk huh

What has your "hotness" or the lack of it got to do with my post or even the topic? huh

How does my post support lazyness from a woman or following a guy cos he's got money? huh

Gurl, why don't you take your time to read and clearly understand my post before "disagreeing" and stating your opinion? undecided

We knw very well d difference b/w "friendliness" & "greenlight" but that ladies seem not to understand dx tin at all. They see any guy dt tries to b friendly with dem as a toaster or potential toaster
The only place I am really friendly with a guy is online. Because in real life, they always misconstrue the most genuine intentions. They always want to push for something further.

Your words below:
cheesy cheesy exactly what I thought.

So to be a subordinate means you are submissive right?

Okay, I rest my case. Hahahahaa.
RomanceRe: Women Must Be Submissive In A R/ship? Ladies Your Say? by Evina(f): 6:45pm On Nov 29, 2014
To further prove how much you DieeDiee and Vicky have twisted and deliberately misinterpreted my views.

I never stated that to be a subordinate at work means you have to be a subordinate at home huh That is simply nonsensical.

What I stated was if a woman can submit to a class of men e.g their male superior, then why is it hard to submit to their man.

You gals have taken submission to be the same as subordinate. huh

I hope you know that not all subordinates are submissive to their superiors in the work place? I hope you also know that many bosses are sometimes submissive to their subordinates?

Please don't be overly concerned with shoving your opinion down peoples throats, so much so that you choose to not understand their perspective.

I only repeated what you said and applied it in reverse. It's called testing the hypothesis.
Not at all. You stated what you interpreted from what I attempted to communicate. And I repeat, your interpretation is wrong.
RomanceRe: Women Must Be Submissive In A R/ship? Ladies Your Say? by Evina(f): 6:28pm On Nov 29, 2014
DieeDiee:
If I may interject babe? What Vickky is trying to say is:

1) You are comparing apples to oranges as a romantic relationship and a professional relationship are two different kinds of relationship with different dynamics therefore it is faulty to attempt to compare them, but

2) Using your reasoning, you still fall short because according to you if one can be subordinate to their boss they should be subordinate to their partner. Therefore Vickky is asking you does that mean MEN who have WOMEN as bosses should be subordinate to their wives at home because according to you again if you can be subordinate at work you should be subordinate at home with the one you love - this means using your reasoningmen with female bosses should be submissive to their wives.
You and Vicky should quit quoting me out of context.

Your interpretation of my post is devoid of sensible reasoning. My point is clear. Don't assume what I haven't stated.

Besides, is your argument based on men submitting to women if they expect submission from women? OR is it based on women not submitting to a man at all?
RomanceRe: Nigerian Girls And Misconception Of "Ask Me Out" by Evina(f): 6:19pm On Nov 29, 2014
Actually, it is the other way round.

When a girl is friendly with a guy, he begins to have the erroneous idea that she is an easy lay.

You are funny. You said i'm being submissive to my male boss.

But when i mentioned about men who have female boss, you diverted. Smh
BYE!!!
You are funnier. In fact, so funny it is amazing.

When did I mention that you are submissive to your boss? Do I know you? Do I know if you have a boss? huh

And please if you cannot argue constructively without throwing in subtle insults like "smh" then put yourself in observation mode.

I am really amazed at how you find it hard comprehending someone's post, consistently misunderstanding their view and creating imaginary misconceptions. It makes me wonder...

VickyyB:
Lol. You're diverting. If you say those men are acting as subordinate, that means i'm also acting as subordinate to my boss.

Are you saying Okonjo Iweala doesn't have men in her organisation. What of liberian female president that has men in her cabinet?

Ok..I know a woman who's bank manager and she has many male and female as a worker. What you say?
Acting as subordinates? huh How can they act as subordinates when in reality they are? You don't know the meaning of subordinates.

A subordinate is someone who holds a junior rank or position in a corporate environment.

And your subsequent paragraphs huh

Honestly girl, I am finding it really cumbersome understanding your views. I don't understand how you arrive at conclusions I never insinuated. I really don't know what basis your argument is framed upon huh

I can't see any double standard but what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

Ngozi Okonjo Iweala and some powerful women, control men at work.
Does that mean those men should be a submissive husbandhuh smiley
Control? Do you mean to say lead? As in have men as subordinates?

Besides, you should get your facts right. Don't go about saying things you aren't sure of about people you don't know.

I'm submissive to my boss.
He's submissive to his own boss.

Why can't we both reciprocate it. I can't be the slave one, you know? smiley
If you can submit to your boss, why can't you submit to your man? huh

If you claim submission is not for you, then don't submit to anyone.

What you have unwittingly told me about yourself is that there are men that you can submit to and if that "kind" of man is in a relationship with you, you would submit.

VickyyB:
I'm interested in getting your point. Work place and family thing is entirely two different thing and shouldn't be compared.

Are you insinuating a man being controlled by Okonjo Iweala is submissive man or rather, doing his work?.
I really do not get what you are driving at huh

I also marvel at how have chosen to understand my post huh Especially the insinuations you perceive I have made.

Please rephrase your questions in simpler terms. smiley

While you do that, in reference to your point that family and work shouldn't be compared, I totally disagree. I mean, if you as a woman can show respect and honor and can yield to the will of your male superior in the office even when you detest him, why can't you do same for a man you claim to love?

I mean, if you misinterprete submission for control and claim you are miss independent and will not be controlled by any man, then you have double standards if you let a man at the office "control" you. Your so called free will shouldn't have boundaries.

You don't have a point here.
If a woman is my boss, I would still be her floor mat.
Are you saying a woman can't be a man boss in work place? undecided
Learn the art of comprehension before rudely stating someone doesn't have a point.

You mentioned I don't have a point, yet proceeded to ask me a question based on your inability to deduce my point. Are you interested in getting my point or just focused on forcing your opinion on others?

Very well stated, Zeemoor.

Physical pain cannot be compared to emotional pain. Emotional pain can lead to depression, deterioration of mental health and even suicide.

Physical pain is mostly short lived, unlike emotional pain which could even last more than half of one's life time.
