I hope Nigerians still remember Utibe. He is the little boy who caught Davido's attention by singing his song "If" in a video that went viral? It was revealed this morning that his mother has passed away.

The person who recorded the video, Sham Rock, previously revealed that not only was Utibe now enrolled into school at Government Central Primary school Ibeno, Akwa Ibom state but Davido reached out and paid for a construction of a new home for the boy and his family, which is ongoing.

His mother sadly lost her life and the reason is yet to be known.

"Rest in peace UTIBES MUM.. U struggled to live, u where always telling me u want to start business I told u to recover first, now I got a call u are gone so soon, if life was to be sold I will buy some more years for u...

I tried to battle with ur health,but my best wasn't good enough, Who will look after utibe and the two younger sisters.. Who will live in the huz we are building for u... I just wish u slept in that huz even for a second.. My heart is heavy.

But GOD knows best. Rip ma'am," Sham wrote on IG today.

Since yesterday, Malaysian based Nigerian, Hushpuppi has been going on and on ranting on social media, doing what he knows best "causing Nigeria celebrities and showing off wealth on social media". He has been trending since yesterday and he fought with Phyno and Ice Price.

But today is a different ball game. Singer Kcee hastaken it upon himself to petitioned the Economic Financial and Crimes Commission (EFCC), to look into Ray HushPuppi’s dealings and investigate how he makes his money. This is the latest in the drama ensuing between HushPuppi and rappers, Phyno and Ice Prince.

HushPuppi had called Phyno and Ice Prince hypocrites in a Snapchat post on Wednesday, saying they both purchased fake luxury watches. In one of his post, he said:

“If you don’t want people to patronize pirated copy of your work, don’t patronize pirated copy of other’s work.#Hypocrites,” he wrote on his social media.

KCee has now leapt to the defence of his colleagues, and wrote:

“Dear Hushpuppi, We are musicians not paupers. Who exactly do you think you are to open your mouth and insult a musician that sweats day and night in the studio? “You have no credibility, no known source of income and yet you come on social media to attack hard working Nigerian musicians with traceable wealth.

“Let’s face it, I think we’ve had enough of this nonsense and disrespect [from] you. Really, What do you do for a living, what is your talent, how did you make your money, what brand do you represent? “I will take it upon myself to raise a petition against you. We want to know your source of income since you now have the nerves to come on social media and call out a brand.

“Who is your father, Are you OBO [Davido], are you a taxable Nigerian. We need to start asking questions and the EFCC needs to start paying more ‘Attention To detail’.”

The Spanish Government today, Tuesday deported 23 Nigerians for committing various offences in the country, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports.

They were deported barely five days after 34 Nigerians were sent home from six European countries for committing immigration-related offences. Reports suggests that 34 Nigerians were jointly deported by six European countries on June 22 for committing immigration-related offences.

The deportees were sent back home from Switzerland, Germany, Iceland, Austria, Belgium and Hungary. It was also gathered that the new set of deportees arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMlA) Lagos, at about 6.40 a.m on Tuesday.

The new deportees, comprising 21 males and two females, were brought back in a privilege style aircraft with registration number EC-IZO. DSP Joseph Alabi, the spokesman of the Lagos Airport Police Command, confirmed the development.

Alabi said that the deportees were received by officers of the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) and the Police. He said that others also on ground to receive them were officials of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).

According to him, 9 of the deportees, who were deported for drug-related offences, were handed over to the NDLEA. He said that two others, who were deported for criminal offences, were handed over to the police.

Alabi said that the remaining 12 deportees, accused of breaching the country’s immigration rules, were profiled and allowed to go to their respective destinations.

This indeed is pathetic. Who could have done this kind of sacrilegious act to this infant? 5 years old girl has been confirmed pregnant by her parents in a remote village of Kanke local government area, Plateau State. This is an example of the world coming to an end.

Reports say that the father told newsmen that, his 5 years old daughter began to complain of excruciating pains in her groin which they didn’t pay commensurate attention to. After a while, they noticed that her breasts were developing, all of which they attributed to early adolescence precocity.

Their fears was confirmed after tests were carried out on her when they noticed her protuberant tummy. They pregnancy test came back with a positive verdict. According to reports, the locals and family of the girl are still in a state of shock, considering the girl’s age and biological placing.

The child’s parents said, the perpetrator of the strange act is not known but the police has begun an inquiry with the view to unmask the identity of the perpetrator behind the heinous crime.

Well, ever since Quavo of hip-hop trio Migos started dating Chris Brown ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, the pair see themselves as hot-blooded enemies who never walk in the same direction and BET awards presented a platform for them to slog it out.

At the BET after-party, Migos and Chris Brown's crews got into a fight after the R&B singer finished premiering his new music video with Future at the event near Microsoft Theater in downtown L.A. Witnesses said someone in Chris' crew threw the first punch at someone in Migos' entourage, which squared up the heated fight between the two camps.

In the video obtained by TMZ, Chris Brown could be seen being held back by friends in other to restrain him from getting involved before he was led out of the scene by his bodyguard.

Rapper Future and DJ Khaled were also spotted at the scene. At some point, Khaled's fiancée who was standing nearby with their son, Asahd, was heard screaming Khaled's name as he tried to get involved in the brawl.

Reports said no one was arrested as everyone parted ways after the incident.
