Wadeoye: Why didnt you go home to join the arrested poor looking BZM members if truly you believe in Biafra? Stupid fool... What is the benefit of having Igbos as part of Nigeria? A race without any moral value.I fought for Biafra freedom as a 17 year old soldier in battle field. On your part, the day you didn't abandon your family and crawled under your bed on hearing armed robbers knock on your door, you can come back and ask me your silly question. Punk! Those who want change but are afraid of change. |
Gogobiri Lalas: I'm a Nigerian resident in the States, and I thoroughly support what Femi has so far stated; it is only a stupid person that will again vote Oboma into power but am afraid as usual that our dark skinned brothers are not the most objective people on Earth. The black minorities see no reason to change the fool who bows down to the Arabian king, given what is currently happening in the world today with the rise of China only years away, a Romney is not merely a necessity it is an imperative; Obama is too weak willed and liberal to wield the kind of power he is saddled with.It seems its almost 60 million Americans and vote is still coming fro Florida ![]() You better return back to Nigeria, the land of wisdom before they infect you in America with their silliness. Giving Nigerians religion is like given an untrained person some power tools e.g Chainsaw to play with. |
Ikengawo: I'm igbo and i think these clowns are a foolish joke and should find another way to compensate their unemployment and local government mentality.Of course you're Igbo and then I am Russian. Igbo based on "Daddy said that we are Igbo". Go to your town union meeting with your Umunna and said the above, come back to report the outcome to us. Even if Pericoma Nwaizuogu is your grandfather, its a fact that not every south African fought for their freedom or think that the fight is a good idea. In very 3, there is always one Efulefu. You are nothing but Abel Muzerewa. |
lagcity: We the Yoruba want the Igbos to be bold, declare Biafra, and fight for it without caring about what Yoruba wants. We are not twins, leave us out of this fvckery. Go to Biafra and stop this chor chor chor chor on the internet. If you Yorubas has an agenda, it will be better you concentrate on it and stop giving advise on an issue you never tried before. You have never tried on declaring anything before, so what makes you an expert on how to declare a new nation? Who is asking for your advise? Whichever way or method Biafra people chose to go, its non of your business, whether on the street or on the internet, concentrate on your own agenda (if you have one). You may not be the president or the army chief but you are an irritant amebo. All of you should go away and leave Biafra to their so-called fvxkery, when we need your expert opinion of freedom fighting skills, we will not only ask, we will pay for it. Why bring Yoruba into this you asked? Read how many Yorubas like you crawling all over anything Biafra/Igbo/East with ignorant expert opinions and crass negative opinions. If you want one Nigeria, you should have no time worrying about another person's issues as Nigeria basket of problems will fill an ocean for you to have any spare time. Leave us in peace to our bad ways. |
acidtalk: Enough is enough.First of all its not your business and never your question to ask and neither are you qualified to ask and to hell to anyone bothered to give your crass question an answer. You are not Igbo, even if you wanna be and wherever you come from has its own issues and that shall be your headache. Don't leave the rafters in your own eyes and start worrying about a a leaf on someone else eye. Bloody idle hypocrites!! |
Reading all the bashing thread here makes me chuckle on Nigerians and their dead beat hypocrisy. You are tired of Nigeria, but what is your answer? Just do nothing. Gov Aregbesola created a flag, coat of arms, anthem and cuban trained tin heads, our Yoruba intellectgistas, especially on this website called it a right. Ogoni claimed to have declared their freedom from Nigeria, everybody ignored them but rather asking how much ogogoro they have consumed. They gave Bakassi people away, free of charge and no VAT to Cameroon without any pressure and no one cared. Even their president (Mr Goodluck) said its a waste of resources even trying to bring back the lucky Bakasis people. There more Yorubas living as Dahomeans and no one gives a hoot. Emmanuel Abebayor and his family and plus millions of other are now Togolese, I don't think anyone gives a damn. But guess what-Igbos mentioned Biafra, all hail breaks loose. The scarce army and police is rolled out. They suddenly develop a muscle they couldn't get or lacks in Maiduguri for ther past couple of years. Your coke heads in Nairaland went viral with their paracetamol taking towards another man's headache. It bring back the question why Nigeria feel that they can't live or survive without Biafra people as part of Nigeria nations? And if that is not the case what is this hysteria anything Igbo or Biafra with Nigerians, especially the Yorubas? And I had to ask them again, what does the Yoruba want? Nigeria or Oduduwa? If you want Oduduwa, why do you live, talk and behave as if you were just created for the sole purpose to hate the word Biafra? If you want Nigeria, why do you hate anything that isn't Yoruba? For example-Goodluck Jonathan, you collected bribe from him and voted him into power but still cannot stand the guys, whatever he does. When you had opportunity to make Buhari president after promising him an alliance or Ribadu that you gave a lesson on Yoruba's Nigerian political treatment. Tell the world what you want and live others in peace to worry about their own headache. |
T9ksy: David mark hasn't said anything that one doesn't already know and thus vindicates no one lest of all, the ibos.Assuming your are right that Igbo people were dying for one Nigeria when you didn't, shouldn't reality, event and fact support your theory? 1. The person who sacrificed 3 million life to avoid being inside one Nigeria against the person that wasted millions of life and even used starvation of women and children, which one supports your theory. 2. The ideologist of keeping Nigeria one is a task that must be pursued and the one who opposes it-which one was you and the Igbos? 3. Many years after the war, who has a group who specific agenda is to leave one Nigeria in MASSOB and what is your stance as we speak? 4. Who has benefited economically more under one Nigeria against what it brought at the table? Who has kept the theory that Igbo man should never allowed to rule Nigeria, just for one simple reason- he will dissolve one Nigeria. Irrespective of our biased attachment to issues- sometimes fact should over-ride our very sense ethnic, tribal loyalty. |
bittyend: Where is Nigeria's aviation industry located? It's located in Yorubaland and the quota system should give more Yorubas a place within the system. Heck, more Yorubas do aviation courses than Igbos, so the percentage is justifiable! From now on, all oil money should be quota systemed to where they are located, including the aviation it help financed and set up. |
demmy: At least in Yorubaland we have no PDP unlike the shithole you call region in the East. You've played boy-boy to hausa-fulanis since the 60s in spite of how many times they hack you to death. useless Igbos. Now you got PDP's cousin called Labour party. Monkey and baboon, whats the difference? |
bittyend: By employing 68% Igbos with no experience whatsoever, right?! I don't give a phuck about Nigeria and its existence but cheating Yorubas for Igbos is ridiculous! How do you get experience without doing the job? And which school of experience did those replaced went? |
bittyend: But gully erosion owns 90% of alaigbo.Just as Tsunami own the mighty Japan. Earthquake own Los Angeles. |
geeez: We are NIgeria's bravest and most war tested. The bravest Igbo man ever was Ojukwu who ran away. As a soldier, he can't match the bravery or Gani Fawehinmi, Soyinka, Falana, Gani Adams, HID Awolowo, Abraham Adesanya, Fela and Femi Kuti and even meYou forgot the bravest of them all- Field Marshall Oladipo Diya. |
Naval sadiq: so naija aviation industry don turn family business.Where has you been all these years? What about the army, Navy, Airforce, NNPC, Navdac, Police, Customs etc family businesses? |
aishatua1: Aviation: Storm Over Ethnic Agenda Nigerian endless supply of comedy!!You spattered your boss's private phone number on the internet and you don't think she has a point when she accused you of media lies and fabrications against her? |
thelastPope: So you knew this when you were supporting Tinubu and slating mimiko abi? Now I see that your hypocrisy is deliberate. Have you invoked the FOI act before and you were denied? Armchair critic like you with nothing to offer. You want all of us to loose hope like you are escape the country but we won't. Shame on you for abandoning your country and critisizing from a comfort zone. Another coward in diaspora! If you can't grasp a simple English language, please say so, because I can't for the life of me know where you got this idea into your brain that I am supporting Tinubu or anyone else for that matter. Who told you living outside occupied Biafraland is a comfort zone? You have no idea. Shame of me for abandoning which country exactly? I thought its the other way round. We are having a lively discussion and suddenly you plunged into personal attack on someone you don't know. That is why I said before that many of you are still suffering from MILITARY dictatorship trauma of man years, hence you can't stand a varied opinion. Anyone who differs or refuse to sing praise of your despotic rulers should be shouted down and blackmailed to fall into line That diaspora where cowards like myself are is exactly where same diaspora your reverend leaders ran to even if they have a cough to treat themselves, while leaving you are your own mercy. Use your FOI to tell me how much it cost your nation having the wife of your president resting in the same diaspora for more than a month, when she suppose to be perm' secretary in Bayelsa skirt. No one want you to escape your country or lose whatever you are hoping, just stop being a pawn in their political chess game. They're laughing, not in your back but in your face. |
Tippy Top: @EziachiDon't always take the easy option of following the crowd, the bandwagon. Keep digging, it might take time but when you find the truth, it will set your free, Its opens your eyes to some enlightenment. You will no longer swallow every crap they dishes out to you. Only then you will stop suffering and smiling. You don't have to thank me. |
PStylish: You are right bro.At least they are getting some of their own money back. Its far better than being put in a Swiss bank account or empty real estate in London or Chicago. |
thelastPope: It didn't occur to you that Tinubu was talking trash by telling the whole world he spent millions of pounds of Lagos state money on Mimiko and you should condemn it? You stylishly waved it aside because you are a covert ACN supporter posing as a neutral. And look at you peddling the rumour that GEJ didn't declare his assets. He said he would not declare it publicly. Don't you understand the difference? The FOI bill is fucntioning. You can go obtain the information if you so wish. Stop spreading falsehood and hatred.Whether he is talking trash or not, whats my business. How am I suppose to know? unless am part of them. Educate me if you knew more than what you and I read in the media. As long as I know the like of Tinubu and Mimiko are birds of the same feather, they were all once friends if IU may recall and give it just few months, and see a picture of them hugging each other like nothing happened. They are like robbers, you tend to know whats going on in their world only when they disagree about their booty. FOI in Nigeria don't make me laugh. The only free information you will ever know is the result of the Nigeria football league in tomorrow's network news. The rogues are busy making a fool of you and you're busy with ACN,PDP and rest of them. Don't rope me into your Nigerian political mediocrity please. |
Johndoe100: The transformation agenda is the plan by which the GEJ administration is bringing the country back from the brink. The economy, the power sector, the agricultural sector etc. Now if you were in this country you would know, but you ran away. You should ask us who are here what is up and we will educate you, not for you to make pronouncements ok?Don't make me laugh, if you inherited a debt free situation and quickly turn it into deep debt situation, how is that bringing something back from the brink? For all his monstrous actions, OBJ left Yar Adua and GEJ a debt free economy and the rate GEJ is borrowing, if its a person, you will be gazing at bankruptcy now. In this 21st century you are still talking non sense of being in Nigeria, hence you're are more up to date with info? Many of you are totally clueless as the politician and their NTA/FRCN you are following. Its those of us that ran away as you called it that used our money, energy, time and influence to fight for the little you are enjoying today as democracy when you were busy doing Abacha one million match president for life. Where was your president in the scheme of things, for instance in 1996? Now you all knew about democracy. |
thelastPope: So you now work in EFCC or CBN and have access to GEJ's bank account balance? Please can you tell us exactly how much is there? But interestingly, you don't have access to Tinubu's accounts and even commended him for spending millions of pounds for mimiko. You are making a f00l of yourself with your hypocritical and twisted attempt at objectivity. I feel sorry for you!I would assume that his bank balance had been well transformed, hence, his own word that its not your or mine business when ask to declare it. If IGBO IS YOUR LANGUAGE i WILL WRITE IN iGBO. I said that Tinubu was claimed to have a accused his friend Mimiko of spending millions on him, which is friend never refuted, how does that transformed into commending Tinubu, if I may ask? |
taharqa: Again @Eziachi Shut yr mouth plz.. You are not new on NL, hw u actuali think we wud accept this 'neutral' posture of yrs is astonishing and frankly insulting. You go round threads giving us the impressions that virtuali every ill in 9ja, is causd by one man( or at least that he is responsible for the ills- including those he inheritd), and now afta a series of substantially better electns( an extremely critical part of national life) you start yr 'preachings' on hw d president shld nt hv any thing to do institutns in mature democracies blabla....this is Hypocrisy. I honestly dont hv a problem wit many of d points you are NOW raising( sm of them are sound and are points i wud raise myself) but i hv a problem wit d Hypocrisy involvd in d apparent change in paradigm this time round.. (in)Consistency is d issueWhen you get a job you inherited whatever good or mess the last person left behind, that is how it works. Obama may not get re-elected next months because of the mess he inherited from Bush Jr. Thats the way it is. I don't like repeating myself, but I have told you that Jonathan has a job description, I wouldn't be praising or flogging him about something outside his job description. I repeat again that conduct of election should not be his business. I say thing the way I sees it, whether that is virtual reality or neutrality to you is the least of my concern. |
Johndoe100: I find the part in bold hilarious. You educating people? Now you say GEJ has no plan? What is the transformation agenda then? Look you seem to be suffering from old age. Maybe you should stick to day time soap operas like most old people.Transformation agenda, what is that in simple man's language or just a mantra? Before that, their was 2020 economic agenda, 7 Point agenda. I wonder, what happened to those? By 2015 I am sure there would be another one. Don't get me wrong, GEJ has at least successfully transformed his bank balance beyond his wildest dreams. Day time soap opera is far better, at least they do their best to meet your expectations through their storyline, you can't say that about your leaders and there daily dose misgovernment. |
jmaine: Right now, it's under him and that is what matters here and today until the situation changes . . . . .Maybe you forgot that being a president is a job. His election is his job interview and every job has a scope of reference as what your responsibility is. Why would I extend any gesture if its outside his job descriptions like what he has for breakfast? But definitely will mind who is paying or funding the breakfast. Conduct of an election is never and should never be his business, especially when he has a stake, just as he doesn't tell Stephen Keshi how to train and select his team. Jega/INEC is no different from Stephen Keshi/super Eagles and you don't sing praise of GEJ when Keshi's team successfully flogged Liberia last week. Did you? Well, most of you, probably did. |
taharqa: Plz Shut ya mouth, hypocrite. If this electn had any significant 'scratch', many of u goons wud hv mastur.bating bout hw GEJ is 'clueless', 'retarded', ' a trainee' etc; smthing diff now and you are Preaching. Who d hell are you preaching to?I am not preaching to you but I am rather educating you free of charge on the tenet of real democracy. Most of you born and raised inside military dictatorship has carried the psyche into this pseudo Nigerian democracy and you can see the effect all around.. As long as Jonathan is concern as a leader, he is to the best of my knowledge, just like those before him in power for being in power. No plans, no ideological stand, no integrity, just whatever tomorrow brings and I don't think he is in a form or shape retard but he is definitely clueless as far as his job description is concern. Thats my opinion and you're entitled to yours as well. |
jmaine: Another unnecessary deflective long story . . .Your can wait till thy kingdom come, but while waiting, know this as a fact that: Election conduct is not an institution under him and has never been in any serious democracy on this planet that I can recall. No one should sing praise, blame/barrate him for any good or bad election, as long as he stays clear or stop any directly/indirectly involvement in any electoral conduct.. |
thelastPope: Is this not you licking Tinubu's azz? Why are you defending the crook? Why did you say he isn't a candidate? When he was talking trash during the ACN campaign about our he wants to win Ondo by all means, was he the candidate? When he was openly telling the world he is a godfather and telling the world how he spent millions of pounds on Mimiko, were you blind? You are doing a very poor job of masking your ACN support. Try harder! And that is backside licking in your very best of reasonings? Ok!! Its called saying the truth or stating a fact outside the prison of emotional attachment people like you have following this talentless/jobless idiots called politicians. If Tinubu claimed that he is a godfather, maybe GODFATHER to his handpicked candidates/supporters and not the masses of Ondo, as they have said so with their vote. If he said he spent millions on Mimiko, who am I to dispute him, when MIMIKO the accused never disputed his claim? Power/control of public purse is their one and only means of livelihood, its only a fool that will emotionally get involve when they fight, unless the person is a beneficiary. I don't know Tinubu as a person from Adam to Eve, my comments were based on personal analysis of what I read (media) in the same breath as you. But its just that people like you who knew next to nothing about the very people they are following always think everyone is in the same same box as them. To the best of my knowledge based on what I read, Tinubu was alleged to have handpicked Mr Fashola and the person I was replying never mind then, now the same so-called demi-god Tinubu , they claimed handpicked this defeated guy in Ondo and the same people are kicking a fuss. Well, I think I will leave you to your best of reasonings now, as its pointless trying to milk a stone. Have a good life. |
thelastPope: So if you are not their peep, why are you licking their azzz here on NL? Your previous posts gives you away easily. Who you trying to deceive? Funny chap! Maybe you have an identity crisis then. Like the ugly duckling who didn't know who she was.Whose back side you decide to lick is your problem. I can never lower myself to call myself a supporter of any Nigerian real job shy politicians. I don't owe any of them any commendation if they are doing a job they overpaid 100 times to do. Quote me where I criticise the Ijaw man for bad election, except how himself and his PDP plc rigged him into power in an election he doesn't need rigging to win, especially in my beloved East. ACN my foot!! |
thelastPope: What a dumb question! You ACN peeps have no shame at all! So who have you been critisizing when it comes to election issues in Nigeria? Jega or GEJ? Now things are working and you want to give the credit to the person who you didn't criticize abi? Shameless dumbo! You lot are really making a f00l of yourselves. Smh!Myself, an ACN peep? Myself a member of any Nigerian organ of stealing from the masses a.k.a political parties? That is an insult to me. If you're that moronic to be one of their members, don't you ever think everyone else is that a rogue, hungry and jobless as well. Nigerian party Peep? What a crass!! |
jmaine: But when the institution fails in discharging it's function . .who do you blame ? offcourse GEJ, cos the usual mantra of "when the head is rotten, the whole body is rotten" will suffice for folks alikeIts the usual Nigerian's leader is god mentality. Election conduct shouldn't have anything to do with a president anyway. But when people like you kept congratulating him, he will now thinks that it depends on him how the outcome becomes. Its a fact that in most 3rd world democracies that its the people that actually creates their dictators by making them think more than the are, giving praise that doesn't belong to them. And so it goes until he begin to think that its his power to exercise such a scenario. Whenever Nigeria means business with real and effective democracy, GEJ would not even been appointing the INEC chief and yourself wouldn't even know who the INEC chief is, just like 99.99% of Americans or the British do not know the likes of Jega in their countries. I kept telling Nigerians to stop singing praise of their politician when they act as the law expected of them, or when they do a job you paid them very handsomely to do. You never congratulate man for paying his taxis, sending his child to school or feeding them, do you? That is what is expected of him and should not win an award for doing so. |
farolee: Coming 2015 ,Tinubu party will lose lagos.we actually voted in Fashola not ACN.Tinubu will definely go under,is just a matter of time.Wasn't it the same bad Tinubu that handpicked your so-called beloved Fashola ahead of others? Nigerians and their bandwagon crusade gene running riot as always. Suddenly Tinubu is this demi god, that any election his party lost anywhere is now a personal defeat. You people should get a grip!! |
onomeasike: the blood of the children starved by biafran soldiers at work.the ibos should await more calamity until they atone for the innocent civilians killed by starvation by biafran soldiers!!yeyeIn whose starved child bloods was was the likes of Daramola, Funsho William, Bola Ige, Dipo Dina murdered? And you are busy worrying about a report that some idle people were shoving each other over an empty seat, which they eventually actually did share. By the way how credible is this report and that reported event did actually happened? Tribal Bigots. |
frederal: Tinubu, o no! He wants to boost he's acclaimed superman of Yoruba land. Ondo people don fall hs handI never realise that Tinubu was a candidate as well. |
