Learning a skill isn't all there is, you have to learn to sell your skills to folks who need them (folks on Upwork & Fiverr) - Freelancing ...

Every online skill has the capacity to make you a lot of money if you know what you're doing ...

So you have two options before you....

Wait for someone to give you "evidence" that a skill pays (an evidence that could be doctored or made up out of thin air) ...
((Trust me, it's super easy to gather "evidence" if you know where to look ...

Or you could get yourself a skill and learn how to earn massively from it ...
