Hence, gender is not an issue, and some patients are reassured as long as their male gynaecologists have the required qualifications and can provide the necessary quality care.

You said something about no compromising. Well, all humans are not equal in mental and physical strength but all humans must survive. The ability to persist without compromise is not just innate to some people.

I agree with you that we're not all equal, however the ability to stay above compromise is not an "innate" ability as you put it, it's a PERSONAL DECISION ...

In my very few years as a medical practitioner, I have never heard of an "anti compromise gene" ... Or any innate ability that keeps one from compromise , I believe it's a personal decision, but I'm open to learning sha ...

The biggest stigma remains poverty. People should just make sure anything they do that may bring stigma also gives them good money. The money will cure the stigma (yahoo yahoo comes to mind).
