Kobojunkie:Na today? You'll see him elsewhere referring to himself as "logical". |
This one the OP is being bashed left, right and centre, I thought she'd be you boys' dream girl? A non-olosho, non-ashawo? 1. A girl decides not to sleep with men before marriage - a problem to the "logical" and "intelligent" gender. 2. A girl decides to have sex with men before marriage - a problem to the "logical" and "intelligent" gender. Can you "logical" fellows decide what you want? Do you want; A. Girls who open legs, or B. Girls who don't? Your response concerning the matter will be highly appreciated. |
Christmasdon:Get well soon. |
toujurs:You're very naive. |
femiasaolu2014: ![]() This is crazy. Does this really happen? |
slim75d:Is that why they keep wailing about DNA up and down? |
It's a man's world. ![]() |
Happy Marriage Anniversary pretty woman. |
Klass99:The guy looks good, particularly because of that grey beard. ![]() |
bigpicture001:How did the men in Makoko get their wives? Some even have side-chicks sef. How does that boy in the 2nd year of his university course have girls fighting over him? |
Ezendimmuo:How much is Séun paying you to come up with this cóck-and-bull story for traffic? No one is this dumb I swear. ![]() |
brownemmanuel43:Why do you anticipate that your children will turn out wild? Don't you have confidence in the values and discipline that you'll instill in them? Train your daughters to not put men on a pedestal and you'll not have to worry about them. Men detect pickmeishas and women with low self-esteem a mile away and you should be worried about raising a daughter who believes that her life should revolve around pleasing men and having their approval. That's when they get wild. Let them know that men are just mere mortals who go through struggles, highs and lows like the rest of society. They're not to be disrespected, neither are they to be worshipped. They're just men. DJ Cuppy, Dangote's daughters and Obama's daughters will not trade off places with the men in Makoko and the street hawkers in Lagos because they know it's not a man's world. It's a rich people's world. That's why their fathers aren't afraid of having daughters. About this root thing though. What are these roots you're referring to? The ones you're afraid your daughters will lose but your sons will remember? An example or two would suffice. Thanks. |
brownemmanuel43:I'm more interested in knowing why it scares you to have and raise daughters in Naija as opposed to, let's say Canada. What do your sons do while in Nigeria that makes you afraid of having your daughters around them? |
brownemmanuel43:Would you find it "scary" as you say to give birth to a daughter in Norway or Germany? Knowing she'll grow up around Norwegian or German men? Do you think Obama or Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, or even Dangote would think it's scary to have daughters? |
cococandy:That's the problem with these teenage boys running amok on Nairaland. They see you having coffee with a dude and that must surely mean you're sleeping with him. |
Oduduwa707:Say what you want to say about oloshos. They get high value men quite easily. This I have observed. ![]() |
Clickguy44:Please come again. I don't quite get this. Kindly expound on what you mean by this statement. If possible with examples please. |
Klass99:Klass, gone are the days when a woman left a home with a thin mattress on her head and a bundle of tattered clothes on her back. Women are present in all sectors of the workforce so it goes without saying that they can afford to buy property. Imagine in 2021 some neanderthal threatening that he can send you back to your father's house. It's laughable really. ![]() |
MALIGNANTGuest:What makes you think a divorced woman has to go back to her father's house? If Mercy Johnson divorced this her ugly husband for instance, she'll not go back to her father's house because she has her own house like many women in this century. A kept man cannot tell you to go back to your father's house. Those are the perks of being a breadwinner. ![]() |
Japanese women are such graceful creatures. |
Bifwoli:The moderators deliberately pick odd stories from other parts of Africa (particularly Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe and SA) and push them to front page for reactions. Nothing more. The owner of the site has studied the group psychology of his people and he can, almost always, predict their reaction to mundane stuff. It's quite disappointing to say the least that that's how low Nairaland will stoop for traffic. Why do you think discussions about real estate, export/import and career opportunities in other African countries hardly get to be heard of over here? But when a Kenyan couple gets stuck while having sex it will be on Front Page? Couples get stuck while having sex all over the world. It happens in France, the US, Syria, New Zealand, Indonesia, Tanzania and even Nigeria. It's a universal occurrence really. But the moment they learn that it happened in Kenya or Zimbabwe, they claim it's weird. Funny bit is they'll never perceive chopping off people's heads, bréasts and private parts for rituals as weird. Just navigate to the crime section of this site. Kidnappings, beheadings, countless sexual assault and rape cases, fraud cases, police brutality, brutality from army officers, domestic violence, violence against house girls, hiring minors to do domestic work, step mothers using hot iron to burn step children, step father impregnating step daughters or even biological daughters, cases of theft, drug pushing, etc are the oŕder of the day. With all these stories here you wonder how some of these neanderthals still think it's other countries that are weird. Don't get me started on their women-hating tendencies. Other countries are weird indeed. This coming from a people who make soup out of anything that moves for crying out loud..! The nerve! |
ViviZub:At least they don't eat those wild animals for soup, neither do they kidnap and behead fellow human beings, which is more queer, wild, odd and silly in my opinion. |
Nonexisting1:It's neither Kenya, nor Uganda. |
Powerforyouth:No, it isn't Kenya. |
meobizy:Neither will it die if you continue to click on her topics. |
chineloSA:He's a kept man. That's a profession for some. |
seunfape:What makes you think the so-called "mistake" was with the woman? Sometimes people just go their separate ways because the relationship/marriage has run its course. It's perfectly normal to part ways without it being somebody's "mistake". As for this gigolo called Prince, why won't he have "peace" now? Of course he'll have "peace". Where else will he be married to a bread-winning woman and the only thing he has to do is be her handbag and provide sperms? I too would be "peaceful" in such a union. |
Righteousness2:Are you sure Mercy had been married before meeting this her ugly husband? ![]() |
dawnomike:It's a pity. |
meobizy:Just rebel against Nairaland and abstain from clicking on her topics, lest they assume that you actually care about Maria while in reality you don't give two fúcks. |
BOOOMNAIJA:Not always. Sometimes it just means that the topic of discussion isn't in her list of important items. It may also mean that she doesn't want to add fuel to an already scandalous topic (she may never have anticipated that the affair would become a matter of national interest). It may also mean that she's aware she'll get dragged and trolled by people who love fighting in the mud. Since she's not Tonto Dike she'll not enjoy fighting with pigs (who constitute a large part of Nigeria's internet population). It could be anything really. |
mariahAngel:For a moment there I thought you were talking about yourself. ![]() |
