Priests and bishops take oath of allegiance/obedience to their superior i.e the pope and his representantives worldwide. Pope is the Supreme Pontiff, answerable to only God, the Supreme Being. He is not owing any human person any obedience/loyalty as far as Catholic church is concerned. He can take suggestions/advice but never a command from anybody.

Oooo No! You got it wrong here. Pope is not ordained into 'popehood' i.e papacy. He is just elected by cardinals; he is not taking any vow. The position is simply elective and rather involuntarily 'compulsive' so to say.
But priesthood is entirely different. A priest must take some oath/vow voluntarily, must attain some age; minimum of 25years....before being ordained into priesthood. Priests and bishops are ordained while pope is always elected from within the ordained i.e the Bishops (Cardinals rather).

what is this rumour that all applicants should submit their credentials at their LGA secretariat. Most of them in my area are rushing to secretariat with their credentials.

From all indication, that 2013 gives it ( ur O'level) automatic qualification. That alone will not disqualify u if other conditions were met. I wish u d best of luck.

First, you don't need 2 be scared. Stop hearing from unreliable source next time. U can be misled so easily. Relatively, there was a kinda fairness in the selection of last set of cadets admitted but they were not up to 8candidates per state. Inna boys or girls didn't have much hand in the last admission: but don't take away d fact dat we are still in Naija. Don't ever be discouraged.

The rule is that ur O'level should not be more than 4years old. So was ur O'level exam taken in 2012 or 2013 or both?

No, I'm a civilian staff. I'm just dishing out d information for lucky ones (applicants). Believe me, merit is VERY VERY possible here. It all depends on personal determinatio and d level of awareness in State of origin. I mean how competetitive the slots for ur state will be.
