correct me if am wrong -but he would need to admit to this omission in a competent court of law...he can't just 'admit' his wrong doing on the streets or in his house.

CCT is responsible for asset declaration so he MUST present himself before them and then settle this case -but he refused and not only that he also deliberately shut down the NJC.

not 3 months ago, some buharideens were told how the petitions against Amaechi & other favoured looters was going nowhere with the efcc.

they said that nobody can do anything & due process must be followed. they further argued that until efcc does something on it, we cannot expect PMB to act on their matter.


now, PMB has bypassed due process & suspended Onnogen. as much as Onnogen deserves to be removed, disgracefully, from office if found culpable through due process, why didn't PMB follow the same due process of writing to the NJC & NAss & request the suspension of Onnogen?


why are buharideens suddenly up in arms against following due process when it comes to issues of wrong doing by PMB?

this is where I always differ from pmb's supporters & call them double standard hypocrites.


when those whom PMB does not like run foul of the law, he comes down swiftly & disregards due process & disobeys court orders.

when his favoured crooks are caught with hands in the cookie jar, he suddenly remembers that things have to be done slowly according to due process. who is deciving who?

today, babachir walks free, daura who essentially carried out a treasonable offence, walks free. Amaechi walks free, fayemi was allowed to recontest & win an election, oshio walks free & even brags about how converts to APC are free to enjoy their ill gotten wealth.

if Nigeria is to grow under PMB, he must treat every corruption case the same way. you either follow due process for every accused or you use the same dictatorial hand for all. that way, there would be some level of consistency in the anticorruption fight.

Onnoghen is not been tried on a criminal case. No body is disputing how he got monies in his account, if not you would have had EFCC and ICPC gruelling him.

The case is about a mere declaration of asset.
