TunezMediaBlog: This is how to do giveaway— Tiktok Lady Knocks Davido over N300million charity
She compared the way a senator Ogun state manged to spread his charity funds to cover for the needs of empowerments which will be of more benefit to a community than the 300million reportedly donated by Davido, which she claims remain unaccounted for.
Most civil servants in Nigeria are not just productive. But when you hear them talking about how government is owing them, you would think they perform wonders .
Any government that will make civil servants to wake up from their slumber, will really go a long way to move the country to a greater height.
A lot of ghost workers on payroll.
Is government not owing them. If government can owe pensioners, they can owe the civil servant regardless of their productive status
It's certainly because of this. This is one of the clips of my childhood. It's the first time that I ever saw Gorilla Monsoon. It was before Ali's match with Antonio Inoki.
It was said that Muhammad Ali was not happy about what happened in later years. Mike Tyson knocking out Shawn Michaels and other boxers beating wrestlers in the wrestling ring. He felt that no boxer should defeat a wrestler in the wrestling ring.
Moxiez: Excuse me, where you exceed your leave period and later return within a year is it still absconding since you were not paid all those while… and the manager is angry you returned, now petitioning you for absconding
It's still absconding. You are lucky your employment wasn't terminated while away. The difference with paid and unpaid leave is that you can resign at anytime with unpaid leave while you are not allowed to resign or leave the organisation for 1-2 yrs if it's a paid leave
nairalanda1: Because once you declare leave of abscence, until you formally resign, your name remains on the register. Basically you are still an employee. It's civil service rules.
A lot of government workers use leave of abscence for legit reasons...like one of my old secondary school mates who went on a leave of abscence to do his phd abroad..he works as a lecturer. Once he was done, back to Nigeria, where he is today...
Your question is relevant if the guy resigned, and his name still remains on the register.
Leave of absence has duration even for PhD, it can be 4-5yrs. When it elapses, their names can be removed. The PSR is very clear on leave of absence and when it's no longer valid
FreeStuffsNG: What's making them leave yet have their names still on the register? It seems the reason why they need to keep a slot here in Nigeria while working elsewhere full time in far flung Australia makes sense to you even after the explanation by the Minister of state that you are free to leave and even come back if you like but just don't keep your name on the list so that others who are willing and ready to stay back and work can take the slot.
Why is it difficult for government to remove their names. Seems somebody is shying away from his responsibility
“The problem with the leave of absence is that such a fellow is out there in the UK or Australia working, making money but his name still appears on the payment roll of the government and so to replace him is difficult because he is still being considered as a staff whereas he has left the country.
The last time I checked, leave of absence is a right of every government employees and it does expires
ebubeson: Can a Child of God who is born again still be under a curse?
A born again Christian who was cursed before may still be under a curse if he or she has not applied the blood of Jesus Christ in breaking such a curse.
Again, such person may still be under a curse if he or she has not restituted, apologized or confessed to the offended.
Example: if a born again Christian was formerly a thief in the neighbourhood, and had stolen from people to the point that they cried bitterly and issued curses on him or her, such curses may not break until the born again Christian does restitution to those he stole from before.
He's free from every curse when he's born again but he might still experience some punishment or consequences for his action just like the thief crucified beside Jesus
