The fact is that given their numbers, most popular candidates are usually Catholics and so the Catholic voters are often constrained to vote for these Catholics and even sometimes, have to choose one faithful over another.

For me, I will prefer the best candidate to win irrespective of denomination.

That's it's job as it is with it's peers all over the world. CREATION of money by Central Bank, Federal Reserve or National Bank is a global practice which many developed and developing countries have adopted at critical times.

Gov. Godwin Obaseki was just being MISCHIEVOUS BUSYBODY in saying what he said. He was given the printed money, he collected. If he is so patriotic, why didn't he reject the money? By the way, it is not the sole responsibility of FG to improve the economy. What are the 36 governors doing to improve economy? What has Obaseki done to improve Edo State economy since becoming governor?

Gov. Obaseki frittered billions of Naira he should have used to improve Edo State economy to improve the pockets of few members of PDP hierarchy to buy PDP ticket. He should just focus on using his FAAC allocation judiciously for Edo people and allow CBN do its work.

On the issue of being unappreciated, the problem with DJ Cuppy as with Tiwa Savage is that when they post things online, they often overlook the first twenty fans who show them love and focus on other two who are toxic. It is their mindset that is their problem. If they could learn to overlook the toxic comments and focus on good ones with occasional emoji replies, they will feel a lot better.

I think it is logical for Isa Pantami to RENOUNCE those fundamentalist views and demonstrate very clearly that he doesn't hold them anymore. Otherwise, he should resign as it remains politically incorrect, ideologically wrong, diplomatically insensitive and security-risky for him to continue to head that sensitive federal ministry.

This is not looking good at all. If a country can't produce to export to earn, it wiĺl remain poor of course.

We need policies and programmes to encourage local production at both federal and state levels.

- The massive young people of Nigeria are not productively engaged inspite of being willing and ready to work. They have taken to football betting, political thuggery, yahoo yahoo, drug pushing and banditry to survive.
- Politicians have loads of money stolen, idling away in hidden places.
- The highly liquid Eastern traders have loads of money idling away in banks and most times just in end up construction of buildings that are unoccupied.
- Our arable lands are underutilized. Our harvests go to waste because we can't process and add value.
- State Governors go cap in hand to Abuja to collect money instead of encouraging production in their states to boost IGR. Even when money is printed, they will gladly take it to squander and turn around and blackmail CBN.

We are sinking. We need robust Industrial Roadmap asap. We need to start producing to export. Federal and State governments need to wake up.
