A Senator goes home with some 13m in each month as salary. That makes N156m in one year and N624m in a single term of 4 years for one person. Two terms come to N1.248b from tax payers’ sweat. This is probably more than what the entire civil servants in Bayelsa, Plateau or Bornu States can safe in four years. A House of Rep member rakes in N9m per month as salary. It comes to N108m in one year, N432m in a single term of four years and N864m in eight years for one person, almost the entire budget of a state at a point, going to one person for making useless laws for us.
The entire 109 Senators take N17, 004,000,000 -Seventeen Billion and four million naira- in just one year. That is enough to build a refinery. If you take into consideration 109 Senators in four years, you arrive at N68,016,000,000- Sixty Eight Billion and sixteen million naira. If I have that, I will almost build railways from Lagos to Jos. The House of Rep total N155,520,000 -One Hundred and Fifty Five Billion, Five Hundred and Twenty million naira in four years. Don’t multiply by eight years, so that you don’t cause hypertension.

Now the Constituency Allowance !!!

A Senator is entitled to some N200million Constituency Allowance while House of Rep is entitled to 100m Constituency allowance. It means in each year, 109 Senators collect N21,800,000,000-Twenty One Billion and Eight Hundred Million Naira while House of Rep members collect Constituency Allowance of N36,000,000,000.00-N36billion naira in just one year. This is crazy, in a country where Professors and medical doctors are not well paid. They even earn more than state governors.

Now, if each Senator collects N200m in one year-I hope it is once in four years- it means each Senator is at will to spend N800m of public funds in four years and N1.6b in eight years without resort to public scrutiny and each House of Rep member to spent N400m in four years and N800m in eight years without any consultation with the people. This is madness.

Good day all.

My husband is a good and dedicated Physiotherapist, though he has not been so long into the profession. He manages himself now with private practice by treating people in their homes and offering his services to clinics and hospitals who need his services on agreed amount to be paid him as he is yet to get a well paying job in a hospital . He recently got a call from one doctor who owns a clinic around his area for treatment of a patient with physiotherapy case. It was agreed between him and the doctor that he will be paid 5k each day for three times in a week.

On the first day of work, my husband arrived and began treatment. The doctor entered and began asking series of questions about the processes and procedures. After about 20mins, my husband told him that he would like to be given some privacy and concentrate on his patient as he was being distracted. The doctor refused, my husband refused answering further questions; this angered the man. When he was done with the treatment, he requested for his money and the doctor refused.

And argument ensued. He told my husband to leave the hospital, my husband said its until he receives his payment for workdone. He began pushing my husband away and a fight began, he bite my husband in several places. They were later separated. My husband went and treated himself and proceeded to report the case to the police station. The doctor went and reported too.

Note: Some Doctors ask the Physiotherapists these questions while treatment is ongoing because they want to treat the patients themselves and they don't know about Physiotherapy. They end up getting a physiotherapist and after few sessions, they dismiss them with hope that they have learnt, all because of greed. They end up doing a bad job and the patients case keep getting worse.
I told my husband to forget all about it and he said Never, that he worked for it and deserves his pay. I told him i know but justice is hardly gotten in this country.

Note: we recently got married and don't reside in same state because I have a business here and I'm heavily pregnant, i will join him as soon as I get a shop in his location. This case is taking a toll on my bp and I'm so worried. please what can we do? Any other options? Thank you good people.

When I graduated, I was so blessed that I didn’t hurt for job, before I got one. I called my husband and actually blasted him calling him a very big liar and how embarrassed I am.on Monday I left for the hospital he called and we discussed some business and the kids(I was actually not angry again knowing that he is no different from any other guy,if you see how he use to condemn cheating ehh....) Only for my mum to call me around 12 in the afternoon to ask me questions,my husband actually called my mum after I confronted him about what the girl said to tell her he is DONE with me,that I don't give him peace in the house that this and that.in summary calling the girl actually triggered divorce because I am ready for anything.

For those that are doubting that I am a woman,abeg I am.

I followed some lovely people advice and I have actually achieved alot of things this week

1i paid for driving lessons (he literally have to drive me everywhere or I take Uber)
2 I have dusted out my certificate and is seriously looking for jobs(I have contacted alot of outsourcing firms)
3 signed up for gym classes.

In a way I lost myself trying to be a good wife and mother that I literally drove away alot of my friends.i had to stop talking with a good olfriend of mine because my husband was chatting with her behind my back for long (this is one of the reasons I don't trust him)

So what and what should I do to upgrade myself I have not work for a long time.

So, none of the houses that got burnt in this world contained a Bible or the Bible was not destroyed by the fire? Or, was God uninterested in the Bibles that got burnt in houses? Or, is this man's Bible different? Why will God spare the Bible and allow the car to get burnt? Can't the man purchase another Bible? Is the Bible printed in heaven and brought to earth by Angel Michael? Or, is the Bible more expensive than the car? What point will God prove by preserving the Bible without saving the car? God inspired the writing of the Bible. The same God inspired the manufacturing of the car. Both the car and the Bible are for mankind. While will God hate one and love the other? For your information, God does not love the Bible. God loves His word and His word can be written somewhere apart from the Bible. The Bible is not even the original version of the written word of God. You can write the word of God on your walls and God will not love the walls. The only thing God loves on earth is human and good human actions.

See what happened, he went downstairs to pickup something, So I wanted to see a movie on Netflix, while I was looking for a suitable movie to watch, a message popped up from Facebook and it stated "Whr are U? Check ur phone...6 missed calls "

At first, I wasn't triggered to open the msg but what drew my attention was the "cry emoji". When I opened the msg my heart melted, I was crying . Their secret affair has been going on since April last year. A married woman with 2 kids, I checked her profile I saw her kids and husband photos everywhere, she has visited my fiance at home several times, I saw lot of romantic messages.

I videoed their chat conversations as evidence, thank goodness his TV screen is wide enough for the blind to see. The moment he came inside he noticed my mood has changed, he was smart enough to know I opened his msg. He's started begging me, he said he can explain. Explain what?

Am on my way home now feeling devastated, heartbroken and sad . I plan to upload the video on Facebook and tag all the woman's friends until her husband sees it. I will also send the video to instablog, Linda ikeji.. Honestly I feel dejected and heartbroken. Help I don't know what to do .
