grin Bros where u been for days now?

Peeps here been wanting u to come defend ur case on Solanke Vs Iheanacho grin

I'll Be waiting for the response on the Onigbinde case.
Hmm! Bros, Na work ooo.

Defend? grin Until their report card comes out at the end of the season there is nothing to defend because Dominic Solanke could also score 5 goals in a match. grin So, let's wait and see.

Sir, What do you mean when you said 'don't go the way of Onigbinde'? Because i have been trying to figure out what you meant by that.

Onigbinde started with the National team in 1983 and he was the one that discovered Rasheed Yekini and Peter Rufai prior to the AFCON Nations Cup in 1984. He took his team to the finals but unfortunately he lost in the final to Cameroon after he dropped Rufai and played a basket.

He went to Shooting_Stars_F.C the same year and took them to the finals of African Champions Cup. And that was the first time a Nigerian clubside ever achieved that feat of getting to the finals.

2002 World Cup (i don lose interest for Nigerian football then after the disappointment of France 1998 hence I showed no interest) which i did't really follow hence I didn't know what happened then. You can pls tell me. But I know he brought Vicent Enyeama and Joseph Yobo to the National team.

As you can see, I don't understand what you meant.

There is this different passion with which u defend players like: Dominic Solanke, Obafemi Martins, Taye Taiwo, Juwon Oshaniwa, Tiago Ilori, Sadiq Umar, Odubajo, Raheem Lawal. I suspected u were from a particular part of the country. And i was right. grin

Bros dnt follow d way of Onigbinde o. U remember what he did at the 2002 WC?
He later did same as d coach of 3SC a year later. The results were nt good o. grin
Hmm! You are still trying to guess. grin From our conversation here you can never know where i come from because i have passionately defended all players across every region. And na talk dey bring talk.

It all started when i included Tiago Ilori, Chuck Aneke, Obafemi Martin, Moses Odubanjo and Dominic Solanke on my list but you said you rated Wilfred Ndidi and Omerue above Tiago Ilori and Chuks Aneke. Even when statistics proved otherwise. You even mentioned one guy that hardly see game time in Belgium league over Dominic Solanke. Why?

Secondly, you said our youths system has produced better players than David Alaba. I told you to name players better than him. You mentioned Emmanuel Amuneke, Kanu Nwankwo, Austin Okocha etcetera hmmm! I think i am beginning to guess where you come from. grin grin

Thirdly, When Umar Sadiq began to score goals, i insisted that he should be given the chance to prove himself but you insisted that the lad should start with U20. But now that Kelechi Iheanacho is scoring goals you praise him to highest heaven. I can now rightly guess that you are from...... grin grin

Onigbinde...... I will come back to that later. grin

My brother check out d names of players that guy is always fronting or defending. They usually come from one section of d country.
Ezekiel Imoh(East), Moses Simon(Not sure), Chuck Aneke(East), Odion Ighalo(SS), Ekpolo Elohor(SS), Dominic Solanke(West), Umar Sadiq(North) are they all from the same section of the country?

I knew you set that trap the other day with Taye Taiwo but i intentionally avoided it at first. But you can see i later replied you before you asked that question. Even another person did the same thing but he failed woefully. grin

Sorry, I don't choose/support players based on where they come from. I only focus on their performance and that's all.

Do you expect me to support a player seating on the bench over one playing regularly as some of you do here? Never. It's not done anywhere except only in Nigeria where a coach will bring bench warmers and mediocre players over talented and those playing regularly.

I will continue to support what is good. That's all. cheesy

I was Live on a sports program on radio this morning. And the topic of discuss was related to Nigeria's chances against Egypt in Cairo. And the question was which is the worst match to play between: Playing against Egypt in Cairo, Playing against the Ivory Coast in Abidjan and playing against Ghana in Accra.

The phone lines were opened and u needed to have heard pple's shocking reactions, More so after losing to Guinea at CHAN. Nigerian fans have lost faith in Oliseh.

I, for 1 ,do nt have any good memories of the games we played against the home teams in Cairo, Accra or Abidjan from way back d 80s to date. Even during d great 90s Super Eagles era we never won any game in those three venues.

So guys which of the d 3 is the most dreaded to visit considering the present state of our Oliseh tutored Super Eagles: Cairo, Abidjan or Accra? Give reasons if u can.

cc:Joseph1034, terzurum5, Bascovanveli, TheGoodJoe, safarigirl, mikron, TheSuperNerd, tbaba1234, enomakos, BlackAlbino6, orkpekyandega, forgiveness and other forumites too many to mention.
The most dreaded to visit is Ghana and even at our backyard here they can trash us because they are always ready to die on the pitch once they know it is Nigeria. Ghana is also known for taken there opponent to strange venues.

But with Egypt, we can at least get a draw.

Have you been to Abeokuta before?

This thread is all about Ogun state and i don't understand why bring Anambra into it. Anambra has 3 good cities but Ogun state has 4 - 6 good cities and many towns. And due to the proximity to Lagos and the industrious nature of the indigenes of the state, it is expected that Ogun state will always have the edge over Anambra state. There is no two ways about it. Ogun state has more infrastructures than Anambra State.

If the proposed Makun city in Shagamu is executed then it will finally open the way for estate springing up around Remo axis.

P.s Ogun state has not lived up to expectation. They really need to start investing on housing and transportation due to the proximity to Lagos.

We don't claim to be civilised, neither do we claim to be sophisticated.......you guys that claim it, what you have on ground in terms of development and level of rural exposure doesn't support ur claim to it.

You guys still practise ur witch craft to the highest level, ur towns and villages are still looking ancient and backwards, the level of poverty among ur people is worst in the whole of southern Nigeria...

Where now lies the sophistication and civilisation when ur towns and villages are still local, backwards, still live in mud houses and far from civilisation?

Or what is civilisation in the fact that b4 an oba ascends a throne, he must eat the heart and flesh of the previous oba and the previous oba will be buried with a number of humans secretly kidnapped?

You guys are a total opposite of all you claim. From being a civilised people to being sophisticated.

To defend ur backwardness, some of u call it tradition and cultural preservation......

In many of ur towns, the indigenes cant even communicate in pigeon english not to talk of simple english, something very rear in the east...atleast in the east, the least u can understand is pigeon english and we dont leave in mud houses

Please dont mention lagos yea.......

Bullet proof technology and business is pretty basic stuff which most car manufacturers engage in.
So i am sure Innoson can embed bullet proof qualities on their own vehicles if the client requires it.
Bullet proof technology is not pretty basic stuff. It demands high technology and it has grades. However, if Innoson has the technology, they can do it by themselves. Why not? All i am saying is that Anambra governor should use the car as his official car. We need to diversify and improve our economy.

P.s Proforce is the only bullet proof cars manufacturing company in Nigeria.
Car Talk › Re: Innoson Full Option Fox And Umu Selling Now At 2.5m- Pictures by forgiveness:
Good car but the prize is not encouraging. If Innoson wants to compete with Hyundai, Toyota, Kia etcetera they need to sell at a very cheaper rate and give at least 5 year warrantee or lots of incentives. For instant, Hyundai cars gives warranty Powertrain: 10 years/100,000 miles, Bumper-to-Bumper: 5 years/60,000 miles,
Roadside Assistance: 5 years/unlimited miles,
Corrosion Protection: 7 years/unlimited miles
and that was how they were able to breakthrough American market. Now, they are one of the top ten selling cars in America.

They should also do lots of advert else nobody will take them serious. This is not Jonathan's era, so they should not expect anything from there.

The governor of Anambra state should adopt the car as his own official car and if he wants it to be bullet proof then he should bring it to Proforce in Ijebu ode.
