thats the normal settings of employment in government jobs..it gave me memories about when I applied for a job I N.P A around 2015..
submitted application and was called for thier I.Q test which i did well, was interviewed and we were told to wait for the list before training resumes..
thats how me and all the guys I exchanged numbers with were kept on pending, I moved on and learnt a trade because my expectations about that govt job was very low because of the connection factor..

Naija man, especially Aboki man, don't know what due process is. I am in the north and if you see how they appoint illiterate and incompetent people to sensitive positions just cos of ethnicity and religion. I entered Kaduna University and I want to weep. Make some enquiries and see how Lecturer will be struggling to communicate in English and they will even tell their students with pride that English ain't their language. My cousin told me that they normally laugh at few of their lecturers. Most run to Malaysia and return with PhD and you see them feeling on top.
