I always told people that SARS is not the problem. SARS been disbanded now, soon another unit is going to be created with the same people in it. The whole cycle of brutality and abuse will continue.

Extra judicial killings, brutality and abuse of human right are things that have been perpetrated by our police since time immemorial. So what will need is total overhauling of our police force. Let a new ideology come in. Let officer be trained and retrained on the world wide acceptable policing code.
