Coming to d govt funding private coys, dats not hw it s done. Wot innoson needs are:
1) Govt patronage.
2) Incentives, lyk wit regards to tax.
3) Good infrastructure, lyk power.
4) Rehabilitation of our steel coy, for local steel.
And much more.
