Good Day Everyone,

I was introduced to this thread a week ago and I took my time to go through some of the pages and got some information on schools with funding for PhD program in management..I have messaged about three of the schools for fall 2021
Alabama
Auburn and
Fisk and their response were similar
They redirected me to their application page and asked I applied before February...

Here is my confusion..I used to think for PhD, you look for availability of supervisor and space before applying...

Please, I will be thankful if I can be clarified on the processes as these Graduate officers are confusing me with their response..

I am open to suggestions on schools with funding and high acceptability for PhD management programs

Please I need all the information I can get..
Help a sister please....

To all the contributors on these threads...you guys are amazing!

Great! Thank you very much. Is it the same MBA program at Saint John, New Brunswick and are you starting this fall.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by gaeul(f): 1:15pm On Aug 02, 2020
When I didn't get a reply I messaged them and realised I didn't add a document. I sent it to them and was given an admission two weeks later..so message them
Time2soar:
Please, how long did it take for your to receive admission decision after submitting your application. I also applied for the MBA program, University of New Brunswick, Saint John but I have not heard from them.

Was the option to defer till January included in the letter of acceptance or communicated separately.

If you are not comfortable with i-invest, walk to your bank between 9am to 3am and invest in secondary market...the earlier you go, the better ..so you can get good rates... Secondary market is open Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm...When you get to the bank, ask for the person in charge of Treasury bills and do not allow anyone confuse or convince you to opt for fixed deposit instead....if you prefer primary market..ask your account officer to explain....

Top greetings of the day to all the gurus in the house.

I am new to Tbills. I have 500k that has been lying helplessly in my current bank account for several months. I suddenly stumbled on this intellectual thread which i found very useful to investing my hard-earned money.

Someone introduced me to I-invest app where i can invest on Tbills. Please, i need candid advice from the experienced guys here on how to go about it. I want to also know if the App is truly safe to invest on Tbills. Lastly, what are the pros and cons of using the I-invest App. I am a little bit confused about the whole thing.

Or, would it be nice to walk into my bank and invest directly with my bank instead of the I-invest App?

Please, i am a novice to Tbills. Dont be angry with my numerous questions....i just want to be sure where and how to invest my 500k.....

I will sincerely appreciate your response.

It's at dot ng (.ng)

I don't think it's fully functional yet though. Access is offering a little over 11.25 for their 3 months tenor on the secondary market. The plan is to be able to see the rates directly on that portal.

RealityShot:
they do cancel it at their will.

Just go back and ask why, then tell them to do it as you requested before.
They will do it.

I think they do that in order to make the fubds available to them for a period.

Don't give them gap. Go tomorrow

Did TB with First Bank Secondary market yesterday. Just got a message that it was cancelled that I gave the mandate for it to be cancelled.

I didn't give any kind of mandate. The money has been refunded. I didn't know they refund secondary market cash. Just confused and pissed...

Good Evening House,

I am in urgent need for help with regards to PhD in Canada or USA. First and Second Degree was Finance and Management related in Nigeria and UK respectively.

I have tried contacting some schools like UNB but unfortunately they don't offer PhD in management related courses.

Previous degrees results were very good

Not really in need of funding, I just need admission.

Please, I will be very grateful if I can get any help, suggestions etc.

These 'read the pages' is derailing this thread and making it look like child play...with all due respect, if you can't answer a person's question...simply ignore and give room for others who don't mind to answer..some of these question requires just a phrase answer but u can take abt four lines typing read the pages et al...Life is not rocket science...it isn't hard...Either u answer or just ignore...after all a pro in Treasury is a new bie elsewhere...

Good Day...Tech Gurus in the house. I am an app developer. I am quite new in the field. I have been using Admob and want to diversify to Facebook Audience network. I have searched webmaster threads and found very little information. My questions are;
-Can Nigerians use the Facebook Audience network.
-Why is there issue with tax ID
-How do I sort all issues and get to download my tax form as I am always stuck after filling my account details.

Your help will be greatly appreciated

aviona:
@gaeul, FBN requires you to notify the bank, at least 3 three weeks (minimum) before maturity. This clause is always written (though in smaller fonts) on their T-bills application forms. So obviously, you did not meet with that condition; hence the automatic roll over of your investment at the current interest rates, favourable or not, with or without your knowledge.
Hope others will take note.
Thanks a million...Truly appreciate. Can I notify them to terminate this one by maturity tomorrow or is it too early?
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by gaeul(f): 1:32pm On Aug 26, 2018
Hello House. I did 91days with FBN. After the second rollover, I asked that my investment be terminated. I was asked to submit an application at any branch which I did 2weeks prior to my TB maturity date. Sadly First bank still rolled it over. What should be my next action cos these banks sabi confuse people...they know how to put blame on customers and manipulate things.

I really need my cash and I don't want to pay for First Bank mistake. Please what to do?
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by gaeul(f): 12:10pm On Jan 25, 2018
FBN secondary market is saying no shorter tenure for now. Only from 265days upward. What do you suggest I do...should I opt for primary market ?
