dinyelutochukwu: Hi GAZZUZZ,I guess you have to drain the entire thing again into a clean container free of contaminants and this time pay attention to the washer around the drain bolt, I usually use soft card board as a washer (works for me) but if you can get a new washer fine, problem solved. When you are done filter and pour the oil back. kessygirl: @Lomomike, thanks for the info. But where can i get those stuffs in Lagos.Every tool you need is availible (tokumbor and new)in warehouses in ladipo(near mushin) in lagos I saw a lot of them there on my last trip to lagos. As for the training as lomomike said find some one who has been long in the business and he can train your intended staff on the do's and donts in the car wash business. P.s when going to ladipo please wear rain boots and clothes that you will not vex if they get permenent stains. |
Your need reliable trustworthy staff, that are trained on how to wash not just the car but the engine so they don't drag you into unnecessary litigation for damaging a customers car during/after a wash. (I'm talking water getting into electrical components) |
Macmilla: Please my people, I got a 2001 Honda accord and I have been trying to get the best transmission fluid for it. I know ATF DW1 is the recommended one but I can't find it around and I also know it's pretty expensive. Someone recommended Pureguard global synthetic, the one in the picture.Post in his section https://www.nairaland.com/newpost?topic=996664 This user has it for sale:https://www.nairaland.com/luvinhubby Contact him. Stick to the recommended oils only. |

lomomike: Nx 200t is a 2014 vehicle not 2003 as you've written.EhEn.... I have been scratching my head since. |
cuteboy2: Well I guess fr eon replacement is Plan - B incase deodorization and fungus drying out does not work. Maybe the thinking is that the refrigeration medium is contaminated. It shouldnt be a plan at all. The Gas remains in enclosed pipes, it gets cold and air blows against it, has no relation with the fermented odour. |
lomomike: while cutting costs on key components by up to 50 percent.Hope this will not become a problem. |
Onase: Good evening fellow Nairalanders.....Pls i need ur help on my Mitsubishi saloon car.It suddenly starts jerking.Different mechanics have being changing parts ranging from Ignition, ignition coil, plugs e.t.c Pls i need your candid advice because i just paid the mechanic #1,500 to work on the car and the car has not stop jerking....PLS I NEED YOUR URGENT ADVICE.This is how its done here, 1st of all you introduce your vehicle, make model year engine capacity transmission and others details you can obtain about it, Next you explain in detail all the problems you have had in the past and present and what has been done, then wait for a response from any NLer. agohmamuda: wipe ur tears my son. Now do as follows. This might end up being a waste of money. |
RX300 OR RX350 or 330? Wake up. |
Not every mechanic is incompetent and out to con customers out of their hard earned pay, the OP might have a problem with his engine that is fixable but will require original parts which are very expensive, so the cheap nigerian option is to replace with a foreign used engine. |
9icetoo: Biggiyke, lol. I envy u too. I used to drive around my uncles fx 35 in lag back in the days. And I loved that beastly growl. Chisos, it used to make my hairs tingle. However, I have got bills to pay now. Lol. I prefer small powerful cars though and I have got my eyes set on an audi when the time comes. Lonelydora, please update us when you make your trip. The honda city can easily do 180km per hour but the rpms will be close to 6000 and that is not too good for sustained periods on the small engine. The car was really howling at 160. Lol.Honda city @ 180km/hr chai! Their is ............. And you might soon see him o! |
Tcs,airbags, driving and taking pictures. A mobile road hazard. lonelydora: Guy! 40MPG? I envy you. But 1.5L engine doing 140km/hr is such a great speed for that baby. |
inze: You mean Freon?FREON thanks. |
Prestige comes with leather interior, minimum E10 engine and many other facilities. Are you sure its "prestige"? |
