Superbrain: Guys, my interview is on the 19th and I have the following:

1. 6 months bank statement with over a million as balance.

2. 6 months payslip detailing salary payments

3. Letter of introduction from my employer (I work for a top multinational), stating I will be going on vacation and even indicating where I would be staying.

4. Letter of employment.

5. Letter of invitation from childhood friend who is a US citizen. Also attached is a copy of the data page of his passport.

6. Itinerary for trip-showing what I plan to do during the three weeks I would be staying

7. Passport photographs and other required documents.

I guess I'm good to go. Kindly help review. Btw, I'm only 26yrs old and I'll be going to California. Been to the UAE once for vacation and that's all.

My morale is pretty high and I'm trusting God for success with this. Any tips you think would help would be appreciated.

ME:We told him(Abuja suburb)

ME:We are renting but we are working on ours and we have the papers with us*wanted to show him but he said NO*.

Still stoked cos people who were looking obviously loaded were denied,I'm talking about folks with affluence written all over them!!.
Consistency + good tie to 9ja, confidence & being relaxed without any cockiness displayed work 90% of the time.
These VOs know when people are not being truthful,I am no psychologist but while waiting for our turn,my SO & 1 were sure of some of the people that would be turned down after hearing their responses to questions posed to them.we got about 95% of our assumptions right, only about 2 shocked us and put the fear of God in us. Some of them didn't know they came across phony.
One 50+ woman said "wait broda,you have not gone through my docs" he said "I don't need to,you don't qualify............the paper will explain in details" I was sure she wouldn't be granted while the interview was ongoing. She's a caterer,with no funds who is being sponsored by acct Son-in-law.she stumbled and her responses were all over the place.

Statement of account in which av bn transacting wt d account at
least 250k comes weekly to d account some times 500k but I do
remove d money for business purpose.... But I can afford to av a
balance of 850k or more on my statement...
My uncle is invitine me to US wt his documents, his passports visa
bank statement utility bills....
Please with all d above can u gv me. Some clue as to how to
compose my format for d CO in lagos Consulate.... Chees....

2008, i had little problem in Dublin after completing my Diploma study there, had to come back to 9ja, getting to 9ja my uncle link me up with is friend who is an agent.

The agent promised to get me a girl that won us visa lottery and my uncle promised to be responsible for the bill. I gave the agent all my info with my copy of my passport photograph.

6 months later, the agent came over to our house and told us he got a girl that won a visa lottery and he talk the girl already and the girl has agreed to the plan that they have filled the immigration Visa and send it back to the Unites state.

My uncle didnt believe the agent, that he should have come over with the immigration Visa form to our house and we should have fill it together.

My people na real serious matter, the agent was mad and my uncle was mad as well, This where my problem start ooooo

2009, i got married and set up my own business with the help of my uncle, I went for an interview at US embassy 2009 (Abuja), the VO mainly asked me about my visit to Dublin and my school experience.

Dnt know what the VO entered into is computer, and ask me if have applied for immigration Visa before and if i have a second wife, I told him No, that im only marry to one and that have never apply for immigration Visa before

He asked me again and turn is computer to me and said is this not you, then i see my picture, and he refused the visa that I should go and clear things up in Lagos cos thats where the application is.

Told my Uncle and he call is so call agent friend and the agent said,it was the immigration Visa application form he filled in for me and the girl that won Visa lottery back in 2008.

I paid a lawyer to help me out, and he sent our wedding and child naming ceremony picture with our marriage certificate and our two child birth certificate with back up note that im married to one wife and that have never applied for any immigration Visa.

The Us embassy Abuja reply back to the lawyer that they received the pics and other document sent, that i should Reapply again cos that decision made by the consular at the time of application is not open to appeal.

I want to Re apply now, please do you guys think the letter sent to the embassy by the lawyer with our wedding picture, marriage certificate, our children birth certificate with the naming ceremony picture, have been clear me from this immigration visa stuff with the girl.

If we go for the interview should i still maintain that i dont know the girl and that have never apply for immigration Visa before.

Please help me, anyone here have similar story, what do you think i can do when we go for the interview...please help

Me and my wife was refused Us visa 2010 at Abuja Embassy, but between then and now, we both visited Dubai twice and South Africa twice with our son,

But we both have been refused by france and Germany, we want to apply again, please hope this France and Germany refusal wont be any problem (DISADVANTAGE) for us.

bluebarz: Thanks a lot but I forgot to mention that av got oda plans up my sleeve wich will hasten my citizenship process. Will huk up wit a whitey (I pray I like her). Arrangements are in motion as regards dat but I just need a flexible visa type dat won't jeopardise dis dream for me, hope u understand what I mean.

bluebarz: Please what is the duration of the tourist visa, will it give me flexibility when I cross over and decide to work like I have stated above?

Isjaymoh: I hope i won't need bank statement since am not the one sponsoring myself, or would i still need it?

Isjaymoh: Pls kindly help me out. I'm a student and am applying for US visit visa, is my aunt that wanna send me an invitation letter, and is it possible for her to be my sponsorer?. And is it compulsory for me to add Tax clearance certificate to my document as a student?

Please i have 1 quick question.

Met this travel agent through a family friend and he packaged all the necessary document for Me and my wifey, We went for an interview (US EMBASSY ABUJA) but the application was refused.

We want to re-apply again, doe i still remember all the info the agent fill in for us, but i cant remember what he fill in as my occupation and my wifey.

I have my own Company now and my wifey working with a law firm now.

On the US application form, we need to fill in previous occupation but we cant remember what the Agent guy fill in then,

Can we just ignore the previous occupation section and put our real occupation, do you think this will not be a problem, maybe it will be ask where we both work before on the interview day.

Please help needed ASAP

Fredosita: Can someone living in american process all travelling documents and sent someone in nigeria,after collecting all my informations some months back. how possible, becos i was just called by my brother and told that the request has been granted and that i will recieve a letter next week and then my visa will be ready soon.how possible is that without me even seeing the gate of american embassy talk more of having an interview at the embassy,is it possible to process all the documents abroad for someone living in nigeria.

Isjaymoh: Pls advice me. My cousin send me an American invitation letter with her bio-data copy of his ID. Pls what other documents would I need to add to it, or what is the next steps for me to take? I only have a virgin Int'l passport that I registered this year and am 20years of age.
