Yes. You can access Uyo, the state capital within 45min from any part of the state. Akwa Ibom even has a fully built gas powered independent power plant in Ikot-Abasi but unable to supply the state because of Nepa/federal Monopoly.
Security is top notch too. Only problem is lack of Industrialization which could boost economic base of the state.

What NEPA monopoly though? They should be able to navigate that and start from the local communities where the plants are and move outwards from there.

We need first fix our infrastructures before talking about innovations as this. We like pursuing big things when the basic ones that are the foundations are not in place yet.

Have they fixed the roads linking the villages to the cities? The airport isn't as economically viable to the detriment of other things. I still wonder how we set our priorities.

Building a canal and levying illegal buildings would have been better. Fine them and then look for a way to solve the issue. There is always a way out but resorting to making people homeless and poorer as most peoples wealth is in their landed properties will cause more pain.

Onitsha being a riverine town would not be that difficult to construct drainages .

Pure waste if you ask me. Just as I feel much pain when I see Lagos State crushing okadas. These same Okadas would have been given at spot price to an auction house with strict order that they be evacuated and disposed off outside the state.

Don't you think your suggestions will only promote lawlessness? If the building was in a wrong place, the right thing to do is to demolish it to pass a message across to others who may want to do the same.

It is okro just added some spinach to it.

I grated bell peppers and onions, fried the locust beans a bit with palm oil and then added the heated peppers and onions. I then added water and added the mackerel fish to allow it boil. Once boiled and the water reduced a bit, I added the shrimp and okra. I then added the spinach and turned off the heat.
