It makes sense and it does not. It is about how you explain it. You may want to be more positive on how your education will improve the family business. Rather than we plan, you could talk about how you plan to extend the family business into the finance sector.

Why a two year college when you have an equivalent of a Bachelors? Why not consider another Bachelors in the least (not truly advisable) if not a masters?

Model schools are attended by choice. They are admitted based on a different exam than the regular Lagos State exams that admits students into the regular Lagos state schools. If you think Model Colleges have the needed standards you want, then pay for it.

Are these parents forced to put their kids in boarding schools? Why should the citizen who work and pay taxes over subsidize these wards? Many of these schools are not easy to enter since not more than 50% get in on merit.
If you think the hostel cost is too much, withdraw the child from the school. There are day schools around that are way cheaper.

Is Dangote restricted from exporting his refined product? This guy is greedy and hates healthy competition. Since he believes his refined products are better than the imported ones and he is allowed to sell at his price, why is he bothered about those importing. He wants to maximize his surplus and ensure he only gains because his price is similar to those imported despite the importation cost and the fact that remaining products of refining crude are not imported.
To those thinking Dangote refinery is the solution, can we all see it is big shame on us?

Pounded yam with ofe onugbu. Forgot to get a new food processor cup so had to resort to the blender again. However, it was a bit too soft for my liking.

I have never been verbally abusive to him. In all our over nine years of marriage, I can say that I have insulted him twice (God go punish you), after he locked me out and I left to go live with my sister and he called after a month that I should come back. His mother divorced his father but I have never used that to insult him.

You have no right to abuse him with this. You knew the mother divorced the father and decided to marry him. Besides, this is your home and not that of his parents so, why will you want to bring them into your arguments?

Yes he picks up the phone and insults my mother. Most times when he wants me to react and I'm fighting to control myself not to react. But he wants to say this is what we are going to do and that's final. When I object to it or refine it to suit my strength, I'm disrespectful and wants to be in charge. What was agreed before marriage? At this stage you can sit him down and echoes this. Example, He wants me to teach the children in weekends and when I say I can't work all the week and then Saturdays when I'm supposed to rest I am to start drawing lesson and turn to a teacher. Some weekends I don't even want to get out of bed. I propose that we hire a teacher who can come in on Saturdays. For me opposing the way he says it, shows that I am not submissive to my husband. I work 3 jobs at a go. I have a normal 9-5 job, I manage an online business for someone, then I manage another personal full fledged business from my office. Why can't he do the teaching? Both of you should be able to do this without any form of complaints. Learn to set aside some 2 to 3 hours to do this. It could be a simple as checking their notes and revising with them.

Honestly I'm at that point but I fear that I would only be thinking about myself and not how it affects my kids negatively. Like I said he is a great father and there's a great bond between him and the kids.

You both are manipulative. My advice is go for therapy and counseling and learn to communicate. It is unworthy to be married and live a singles. Learn to talk about everything from personal life to work, family etc.
