The areas you mentioned are subsistence sufficient and export food items to Nigeria. Those markets are also less than a fifth of southern Nigeria's. Niger as a whole net exports livestock n food to northern Nigeria. Niger's entire Gdp is 10 bnl USD. The south's food bill alone is $5 bln Usd.

Far North province exports down to Central (Yaounde) and South to Douala, Kribi etc. The actual Usd value of food bills across Cmr BFaso Niger and Chad is less than 600 mln USD.
