NFF really giving our female team good friendlies to grow
Why must we play U.S.A? I don't think this is a good strategy if you ask me. We should be playing Jamaica, China, Mexico, Italy, not U.S.A, Canada, France, et al.

Bro, this man already asked me if i have enough money that would sustain me when i come over and i told him yes. I'm sure he was expecting me to say No, so that he could rubbish me with that. I even went ahead and told him i could print out my statement of account for him to see. After i told him that, he now said i should use the money i have with me to start up a business instead of coming there. I planned to just live with him for sometime while we both pay for the house bills before sorting out myself but the man no gree. He started saying he would report me to my parents that i no dey calm down. You know stuffs like that now. I just bone am since then
The problem is : How do you plan to sort out yourself? Probably your cousin knows it is not as easy or straightforward as you think, except you are highly skilled.

Chai. Village people follow this team ni?
That Tunisian team is useless as fvck, they can't even trap the ball, so I don't think the South African team has anything to fear.

Other the Summer series when she was nutmegged twice, I can't recall seeing her get dribbled past. Secondly, she and Ebi both have the best sliding tackles in the team. Yes, you might say she overlaps, but remember that she is not a full back but rather a wing back who must contribute to attack. Her crosses too are accurate and she takes good shots.

Naturally she should playing as a winger but we have too many wingers and few formidable full backs.
The Ivorycoast striker also dribbled her successfully though in the second leg.

you get the right people to do the job... Regardless of colour.
Some of the companies he even listed are still owned by Nigerians e.g the biggest ones like Dangote and Seplat are Nigerian indigenous companies owned by Nigerians. You shouldn't really waste your time on that one lest you irrecoverably lose some brain cells.
Just an advice for your own sanity.

The Gift Monday I watched does not look up when on the ball. She looks down on the turf only to make errant pass. In addition, she has no flair with soccer artistry and the same goes to Vivian Ikechukwu.
Vivian Ikechuvkwu is even worse. She showed potentials last year but her little time off the bench so far have not shown thesame glimmer of hope that trailed her movement last year.

There are innocent kidnapped people in the forest. What they have to invest in are satellite drones that constantly monitor the kidnappers den in the forest including the captives. All conversations and movements closely tapped and monitored, allow the ransome to be paid and when all the captives are released, you strike at once with trained snipers, then recover the ransom money .

If you watched Oparanozie at the 2019 world cup you'll never ever ask for her to be called up and the way the SF play by hitting long balls over defense then a slow striker like Oparanozie will be a minus...

After Oshoala got injured in the world cup, she couldn't carry the team... now in 2022, there's Uchenna Kanu, Onumonu, Ordega, Ajibade, Vivian Ikechukwu, Macleans, Gift Monday, Flourish Sebastian e.t.c who can all carry the team if the main striker is injured..

3 years ago, SF would have struggled to score without Oshoala..

Let's see what they play against Cameroon.
Marcleans judging by first impression is not playing like a striker full of ideas. Vivian Ikechuckwu was not impressive at all after coming on, she seem to be gradually losing her spark.

True. My initial post spoke of a younger Oparanozie/Ordega.

Gift Monday is also skillful and she does it with a mix of power.
I agree, Gift monday is also skillful but she can easily be caged by even weak opponents sometimes as compared to Esther Okoronkwo. However, unlike Gift Monday, Esther is a bit more selfish.
Gift Monday on her day brings all the goodies of course.

Oparanozie "energy and quick decision"? Are you talking about Oshoala?

Oparanozie is an Ighalo type of striker. Physque, strength and good finishing. I don't know the energy she brings that you're talking of oh. As for Omagbemi, there's nothing she would have changed in this game at least from Botswana till Burundi. We've kept it solid at the back, held the midfield and created chances and goals. What else do you want?

We just like to name people who are not around ATM and hype them to the high heavens.
Oparanozie was way better than that in the past. In addition to physique and strength, she had quick feets as a younger player. Go watch her youth tournament in 2012 as well as her WAFCON display in 2014 and to a lesser extent 2016.

I agree with you. The nwfl have some good forwards.

Im shocked that 19/25 are all new to Wafcon. So geling was supposed to be anticipated by us all. But they're doing just fine off pitch. The on pitch part isn't that obvious. E no easy. Most are playing with each other for the first time here.
Yeah. When you look at it critically, of all the forwards we have, Esther Okoronkwo is the only skillful forward at the moment in the mode of the Ebere Orji's and younger Oparanozie/Ordega who can make things happen out of the blues. We need more of those and definitely a Sebastian depending on how well she performs at the U20 World cup.

You forgot Rosa o. Lol
You mean Rosa Ariyo? She's quiet slow and hasn't impressed yet even while she was in Spain. I think we should begin to look inwards a little bit as well and not just focus only on foreign based players. If we go for foreign based players, then only the most impressive should be scouted for.

No, I was tryna find out if you meant the whole team when you said we were not impressive.

I think we're BTW. But little squad depth.
Rasheedat Ajibade stood out. Ifeoma Onumonu and Kanu both gets a 6 out of 10 for me. Monday, Ucheibe, and Toni were above average too. The others were just there.

I thought I put Uchenna. Uchenna is definitely in. Most of these players are average though, we need more intelligent players in the team.

She's good too.

I wish we can just be seeing chances to dey fire shots from outside. Women's euros sees an average of 5shots from outside the box per team.
Let's be honest with ourselves though. This team is not impressive. The attack going to the world cup should be:

Esther Okoronkwo
Rasheedat Ajibade
Ifeoma Onumonu
Gift Monday
Assist Oshoala
Francisca Ordega

Midfield:

Ucheibe
Ayinde
Otu
Effih

Meaning Ayinde will attack and Ucheibe sit back and play holding? Kinda easy if they got a 3rd partner that tackles hard.

Cameroon would play the play offs. It seems the best two from the four quaterfinalists would then play the playoffs.

Nigeria music is doing great but it a stretch to imagine it can enter white music world... Michael Jackson n Beyonce had to literally turn white.Black American or carribean music is mostly listen to by other black. This huge improvement from when no black music could make it in 1960s to the racist entertainment industry.Blacks had to listen to white music in radio and Tv.The entertainment industry is segmented racially and is generally dominated by whites in Europe and US.Typical white person has never heard or seen black music because his radio,tv, clubs, friends will play and listen to white genres
Well, times have changed. The racists would have no choice but to listen to Nigerians.

Congratulations to Peter Obi in advance, infact my president Obi should start writing his presidential swearing in speech. His presidency is a done deal.

Tinubu was a threat no doubt, but who he's taking as his running mate, I realized that the agbado and cassava munching goblin is not serious at all about his presidential ambition. Man is a bunch of joke.

A trillion agbado munching bastards can't stop Peter (THE ROCK) Obi.
But your vice president said gays should be executed. What sort of mindset is that?
