I think it's because twists act as a protective style, so I'm guessing any protective style will do e.g braids or even buns/puffs etc

But I used other protective styles, none gave my hair this much growth.

Look at what twist did to my hair. I left it for only two weeks lovelygurl. I didn't use shampoo or conditioner when I twisted it since it would make my hair very dry and brittle. And my hair grew this much.

Oh lovelygurl, I'm so happy right now.

It's been long house, I have stopped quarreling with my hair and made peace. Since my hair hates anything product so much I've gone natural. I no longer use shampoo and conditioner cos it's a waste of time actually.

My hair has grown so much since I started listening to it. My hair is a low maintenance chick who cares? It is favoring me.

One thing I've noticed and which perplexed me is this... whenever I twist with my natural hair and leave it for weeks it grows in length. No hair styles have done this.

Play safe, I'm thinking you are addicted to cosmetic products. It spikes excitement in you when you see a product, it's like a new toy you must have and taste.

People will care about your reviews but please don't value them more than your skin. With the way you're going, your skin might get damaged and turn dark permanently that nothing but harsh chemicals will be able to lighten it. Stick to one product and if you must review pay someone to do it for you.

That's what most companies do. They pay people to test and review their products.

I think the heart is more vital. Someone can sustain brain damage , still be in comma and be treated on pending when the brain will come to consciousness.

The heart controls all the vital organs. It pumps blood, if there is no blood then no organ can survive, it would crushed down. The heart supplies the brain blood, so if the heart is gone the brain is gone as well.

The body can survive with a heart than a brain. When the brain is damaged someone can still be alive through blood the heart pumps. But when the heart dies, everything dies.


Note: for example Michael Jackson, he had cardiac arrest, he was surrounded by best medical doctors yet they were unable to savage the heart to keep it under control. So he died and was pronounced dead

Note: Whitney Houston's daughter (I've forgotten the name) suffered irreversible brain damaged but doctors were able to attend to the situation by keeping her body alive for weeks before they came to the conclusion to take her off life support. If they didn't take her off life support, she would still be alive though brain dead.

I'm not a medical student though, it's from pure observation of the human body. The heart is the home.
