To add to other options, get on complete bedrest with your legs elevated. Very elevated like on the wall or supported by the bed railings. It helps to keep in the baby through gravity.

Your doctor can also prescribe a medication to stop premature contractions. I have forgotten the name. Salbumatol or something like that. May God keep baby and you till term or at least very near term.

Can you find a very good hospital and doctor(s) for monitoring if you haven't done that already. It will greatly help. Sometimes, it's as simple as your doc placing you on progesterone shots n injections etc if your case warrants it. Sometimes, it takes more plus early and constant monitoring including scans . All the best.

He swung into action and booked a date for me for surgery. Went in and came out fine, better and free by His grace. Today, belle don enter. God will do same for you.

If you have the means, why not try fertility hospitals if you're tired of normal hospitals. The fertility hospitals concentrate on getting you pregnant. That's one of their major jobs. Go and consult with a good one.
You're young. Very young. You have plenty eggs you say. What your body needs may just be that little extra push and gbam... You take in. Endometroisis I think gets worse as the years go by (most fertility issues do same) but women do conceive with it on the right treatment. I pray your prayers get answered faster than you imagine. Take care.

Addition - Another option is to try injectibles. These are Ovulation inducing injections given by gynaes and fertility docs who know their onions or who feel the case requires it. It greatly increases the odds of successfully ovulating. You can suggest this to your present gynae in the normal hospital.
Other mama's here too can suggest these injectibles to their gynaes cos some gynaes only know clomid. After clomid 5days, they can give these injectibles for 5 days too. A mama here suggested this to her doc and she got pregnant on that cycle.

You better don't let them dupe you. Find good investments to sink your money into and get married if you are still single. Start building your family as you're building other people's families. A word is enough for the wise

Please I'll be 21w tomorrow. I started feeling some bubbles and sometimes rumbling in my lower abdomen. I'm meant to understand it's the baby movements. I'm quite grateful for all that.

But sometimes I feel the entire weight in my lower abdomen! Like I feel very heavy there. And sometimes it makes it difficult for me to walk. It can even be painful atimes. Seems like my LO is positioned in my lower abdomen. I even have to resort to lying down and placing a pillow under my waist, just to know if it will come up small. Please is this normal? I can't lie it give me cause for concern. Should I be worried please?

I feel same too especially in the mornings and when tired or stressed. I see it as normal. You can see your doctor if still worried.

On that note.. my people, pls nobody should quote me on this, before someone will write an epistle on how her LO was even sleeping on an ice block bed. I didn't kill anyone neither did I give a suggestion that might cause harm. I don hear and I don learn.

Don't take it so seriously, mama. People just gave their different opinions and what worked for them. That doesn't mean anyone is wrong or right. There is no one size fits all. Plz don't feel bad or that people are against you or your opinion. Different strokes for different folks. Take care of you and LO.

Good day Sabi Mama's, please ooh is taking cold water good for a pregnant woman, especially this period that the weather is really hot, my colleagues at work, are always talking anytime I take cold water, that's it's not good for the baby... And the cold water really calms me down especially during this hot weather.

They say bodies are different. For me personally, I have always taken cold water before conception and after conception and up till now when I am almost entering 3rd trimester. Nothing is doing me. My doctor said it was ok because me I asked her. Can't tolerate ordinary water except in little quantity and pregnant mama's need plenty water.

Don't follow me. Do what works for you. My friend wey deliver last month dey chew ice sef. 2nd time Mom. My own still better
