Says who? In a sane clime, impeachment is always the solution to incompetence! Please, don't say that again, sir. Governance is no child's play.

I read ur posts and i respect your comments. There are not cryptic, i agree . But the following statement:

is potentially "misleading". One who has never written the test might wrongly infer from your statement that with a months preparation 321 is possible. But again, nothing is impossible. #Peace
Everything is possible. smiley Just like your personal message. smiley I get your point. Be good, brother!

Impossible is nothing. It depends on how intelligent one is. A friend did his in a month and scored 321 or so.
Sir, I am always careful with the way I answer questions here. The bolded words aren't cryptic na.

DanjaNinja:
[s] I would be cautious with such recommendations cos level of intelligence, familiarity with the subject matter and learning capacities vary widely with individuals. A score of 321 (thats about 75th percentile) with a month of preparation simply means that your friend is indeed extremely intelligent and has some unstated advantages - strong background in maths & verbal as well as good testing skills. My point is before making such recommendations, be mindful that all fingers are not equal then give realistic estimates. If the individual is a quick learner, fine, the estimate would hold. However, if the individual requires a bit more time to learn the material, you estimate would also account for that. I don't know about you, but i usually recommend at LEAST two months of intensive study. This is not a declaration just an estimate based on observation and multiple experiences from multiple sources. One can do well with less or more time. It all depends on the individuals learning capacity. [/s] grin

schools differ tho. I can categorically tell you that in the History of DELTA STATE UNIVERSITY no student has achieved first class in chemistry. The lecturers will come to class and even tell you themselves that no matter what you do 2"1 is the maximum. They will shrink your GPA. Lol
Crap! Winners don't ball like that, man! Because the lecturers said it doesn't make it the standard. All they did was work on your mind and subject you not to reason like First Class students. Truth is that no one has ever worked to merit it. Forget that excuse!

OAU. English. The same lies they told us when I got admitted. They kept on telling us that the last time someone made a First Class was decades ago. Sadly, we were already, unknowingly, feeding our subconscious mind with the bullsh!t that making a First Class would be a forlorn attempt.

(Un)fortunately, I became a god when I was in 300L grin. Still a young G blesses God. cheesy What they do is to make you think 2-1 is the best you can get. Hence, you start reading like a 2-1 student.

They are only trying to make us green graduates with that nonsense. Ok, enough of ranting. smiley

in my opinion ur health issue shouldn't be a problem.. when u go for medical tests they look out for communicable Diseases. what might hinder ur application eg HIV tuberculoses, STDs , syphilis Etc . did my medicals last week and my B.P was soo high about 150/100 it got me worried though and I still passed the medicals

Then ur birth certificate issue on my birth certificate I have 4 names on it along side my compound name bur I only use Two of the names my first and last name.
It could be because you got stressed for some days before your medicals. Just watch it, sir. And whatever it's that you think might have caused it, work on it. Health is wealth!

EducationRe: Letter From Noble Eyisi(impeached UNIZIK SUG President) Demanding Justice by godG: 9:16pm On Jun 27, 2015
Sad. It's unfortunate. I wonder why VCs in Nigerian Universities are always victimising students who are speaking against the status quo? A good number of them are cowards and only want to lord over zombies rather than students.

What is the importance of being educates if students are not permitted to ask questions. It's ironical when you are illuminating people's mind and still you want them to intelligently challenge you. This reminded me of our struggles in Ife.

Meanwhile, I think Union leaders should learn to smartly pick their struggles. These days, not every fight is worth fighting. I want to believe there will be many students who won't even consider organising peaceful protest for the reinstatement of their suspended President.

There was a case in Ife: the Central Executive Council of the Union initiated a struggle together but along the line, some excos betrayed the struggle. Folks got suspended and some graduated as expected.

This should hit the FP.

It's a training programme on communication skills by a university in new York.I copied their international office in all the mails I have been sending to them.
Oh, great. Congrats on your selection.

But then this sounds silly of them. Is it the IO that will be responsible for financing the program? If it's, then you should fusillade them with phone calls. If otherwise, you should keep sending mails cc-ing as many people as you can and hoping things get sorted. I wish you well.

Hi everyone,
I have a problem I wish anybody can contribute ,
I was invited to an exchange programme in newyork ,I have made my payments including visa payment n booked a date for the interview.
In two of d supporting documents from my sponsors my name was not spelt correctly of which I have written to the anchor n she made same mistake by ommiting my surname.I tried to reach her again but it seems she is irritated and stopped responding to my mails.
I want to know how this will affect my chances of passing the interview since I will be presenting those documents on d day of interview.
Talk to your sponsor directly. What kind of exchange program representative is that sef? Those that I know are always willing to help. Please, talk to any higher authority. God bless.

HI EVERYONE,PLEASE i need URGENT RESPONSE. thanks.
not been able to retrieve my ds 160 form for completion.it's been giving me an error report. and the thing there is i have already scheduled for a visa interview using the id. number. has anyone ever experienced this before; and how did you solve the problem?

thanks for your responses peeps
To retrieve it, you will need to know your Application ID, the first five letters of your surname, and the answer to your security question. With these, you shouldn't get any error. It's advisable you do that with Internet Explorer.
