That encounter brought a level of anointing and understanding into his life as he began to have extraordinary insight into the Word like never before.

Along with his friends, Apostle Joshua Selman maximized the privilege they got to share with their fellow students the love of Jesus Christ.

They continued in that trend and preached at every program that they were permitted to.

History has it that the anointed man of God was heavily used by God during his university days in prophetic, in healing the sick and performing miracles.

It was in the light of his discovery of the powerful anointing upon him and following the leading of the Holy Spirit, wasted no time in founding a ministry called Eternity Network International in Zaria, Kaduna State in March 2011.

ABOUT KOINONIA
The ministry organized a program named KOINONIA in the same year of 2011 and the same venue.

The term Koinonia is a Greek word which literally translates to “a Christian fellowship or communion, with God or, more commonly with fellow Christians”.
And truly it has been a source of miracle and blessings among Christians as indicated by the testimonies of people who have attended the program.

APOSTLE JOSHUA SELMAN MINISTRY (HOW KOINONIA STARTED)
Apostle Joshua Selman’s ministry started when he was on campus – Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

While in the University, his hunger for God grew. He would often go to the dam to pray and ask God to reveal to him his purpose in life.

One night, he had a vision in which he was standing in front of a tower that looked like one of the University hostels, suddenly, he saw a sea of people having no end.

They were all crying and sobbing saying there was no food and water. He immediately felt immense compassion for them.

In the vision, it became like he had the key to their solutions and they affirmed that he was the reason they were where they were. He then told them he was coming to rectify that right away after which he woke up.

This was when he knew that God had called him to be a preacher and a minister.

His most dramatic encounter was when Jesus Christ Himself appeared and stood before him. All Jesus did was stretch His hand towards him and a great beam of light came upon him.

Apostle Joshua Selman Biography

Apostle Joshua Selman Nimmak is a renowned revelational teacher of God’s word, and the founder of Koinonia (Eternity Network International) Kaduna state.

This is the full biography of Apostle Joshua Selman. Kindly read through…!

EARLY LIFE OF APOSTLE JOSHUA SELMAN
Apostle Joshua Selman hails from Jos, Plateau state in Nigeria but was raised and schooled in Zaria, Kaduna State.

The supernatural manifestation of Gods power in his life attests to the fact that he had received an early calling to serve God.

He got born again as a child, during a Sunday School session.

In his Secondary school days, God brought a mentor his way who helped him formulate a quiet-time time table and also taught him the basics of Christian character.

This really helped as he had complex issues and also the challenge of how to reconcile his dreams with all he was seeing around him.

Therefore, he was opened up to the motivation that he needed as he really loved God. He then began to pursue God truly and sincerely from his heart.

As a teenager, his unwavering love for God even at the time caught the attention of a lot as he had an inclination for spiritual things.

Growing up the Apostle was always found alone reading and studying the bible diligently while his peers were playing.
That helped in preparing and shaping him for the task ahead.

Shortly, he received the baptism of the Holy Spirit after a man of God who was invited ministered and thus began his ‘journey’ to the realm of the supernatural.

Himself and four other friends began to do the extraordinary in their school by simply applying their faith. Amongst other miracles, this birthed the healing of a stammerer.
Along the line, some of the things he walked in were called heresies.

This made himself and his friends backslide but that changed by the encounter he received on the 2nd of December, 2002 where someone tapped him on the hand while he slept and as he awoke, he knew it was Jesus though he couldn’t explain how he knew.

This was his first encounter with Christ. He then began to cry profusely as he rededicated himself for the Master’s use.

Record holds that he had a dream in which he was ministering in the university and also started having encounters with heavenly personalities and notable apostles of God.

Therefore, it is only right to say that the boy already had an idea of what was waiting for him before he stepped his feet in the university.

Not much has been documented about his primary and secondary schools respectively but he had his tertiary education at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria where he studied chemical engineering and also had the opportunity to begin his work as a minister of God as an undergraduate preaching and sharing the gospel to fellow students in school with the help of his friends.

NSCDC LAGOS INTERCEPTS 101 BAGS OF CANNABIS WORTH N65m
• Commandant Eweka tells Ghana not to make Nigeria dumping ground for ‘loud’

www.trekafrica.net

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) today paraded 101 bags of cannabis sativa in the high seas of Lagos enroute Benin republic. National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP gathered that the five suspects dived into the sea and eloped upon sighting the NSCDC officials whom they regarded as ‘uncompromising’.

The illicit drug intercepted was said to originate from Ghana. It is the specie popularly called ‘loud’ among drug users due to its high intoxication capacity.

Speaking to NAOSNP President, Oki Samson alongside other newsmen when the illicit drug was set for handing-over to National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), the Commandant of NSCDC in Lagos, Commandant Okoro Douglas Eweka shared: ‘At 2.00hrs yesterday, the Antivandal team of the Command got credible intelligence and intercepted a Cotonou boat at the high sea close to Ibeshe nearer to Badagry. On sighting our gunboat, the 5 occupants of the boat shouted that NSCDC officers are uncompromising and then jumped into the sea. We drove their boat to our Ijora jetty at 11.00hrs. It contains 101 bags of cannabis sativa with value of over N65 million.’

‘Though we have no prosecuting right on drugs but all criminality originate from the use of drugs. And as a responsible security organization we cannot keep watching while the life of our citizens is being destroyed.

Meanwhile in February, the 9 culprits arrested with 201 bags of cannabis have been successfully prosecuted by NDLEA, they were sentenced to jail on 14th October.

For doing this good job, they deserve to be assisted, we are handing over this 101 bags to them to take necessary action’, Eweka said.

The Commandant pleaded with Ghana to stop the illegal business, ‘We use this medium to plead with the Ghanaian government not to wrongly compensate our neighborliness by flooding Nigeria with this evil product. It may interest you that this Indian hemp came to Nigeria from Ghana as a result of the unique packaging in form of pawpaw and Bible. This Ghana specie have a high grade of intoxication that’s why they are called ‘loud’ in local parlance.’

‘For an evil product which have the capability to turn the country upside down and make our youths useless, I am priceless, I am uncompromising, I won’t take it, I don’t have a price for that. We at NSCDC will not allow this product to turn our country upside down. We will not hesitate to arrest a trafficker or accomplice. Nigeria is not a dumping ground for drugs. The country belongs to us, we won’t allow criminality to thrive. It is no retreat no surrender. We are using this medium to inform all Nigerians who are collaborating that enough is enough. We have our eagle eye watching’, NAOSNP gathered.

He then praised the leadership of NSCDC and NDLEA for the giant strides aimed at reducing crimes and criminality in the country. ‘I want to thank God and thank our Commandant-General Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi who is genuinely utilizing the funds allocated to him by the Federal government for the procurement of a gunboat for the Lagos State Command hence the success of this operation. Both the Commandant-General of NSCDC and Chairman of NDLEA are good people, patriotic and upright in the line of duty. They deserve the credit for this wonderful job.’

The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Farouk Yahaya, has identified dearth of infrastructure, economic and social collapse as some of the reasons there is insurgency in the country, which has led to human sufferings and death.

The Army Chief made the remarks while speaking as the Special Guest of Honour at the Third Quarter Media Chat of the Army Headquarters of the Civil Military Affairs Cooperation held at the premises of the 81 Division, Onikan. Lagos, which the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP) attended.

"There is no doubt that modern military operations have mutated from general warfare to complex asymmetric warfare such as insurgency and terrorism which incorporate crimes such as sabotage and kidnapping. These crimes are usually fueled by a deficit in infrastructure, social and economic collapse which in turn leads to human sufferings and sometimes death," Yahaya said.

Yahaya also identified the long stay of military in power as the reason behind the distrust among the citizens, noting that the Army is bent on restoring trust and confidence between the military and the citizens.

He said "It is to be noted that the involvement of the Nigerian Army in statecraft and governance of the country in the past negatively impacted professionalism and resulted in suspicion and resentment by the civil populace towards the Armed Forces. There is thus, the need to build trust, confidence and erase the negative perception of the military among the citizenry. This to large extent inspired the establishment of a Directorate which later transformed into the Department of Civil Military Affairs in the Army Headquarters."

Represented by the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 81 Division, Major General Obinna Ajunwa, the COAS expressed utmost happiness at the opportunity to brainstorm with members of the fourth realm, noting that no organisation that knows its onions can do without the media, as they remain the eye and voice of the citizens.

The Civil Military Cooperation (CIMIC) media chat is organized in pursuance of the Nigerian Army’s drive towards keeping the media informed about its civil military cooperation activities as a means of dispelling rumors and providing accurate and timely information to the media in line with the Global Standard Operating Procedure, and is held every quarter. The first quarter edition was held in Abuja which the second quarter edition was moved because of the Army Day celebration held in Owerri, Imo State.

Present at the CIMIC Media chat were media practitioners and Journalists from various media organisations such as newspaper, TV, radio, and online bloggers. The delegate members from the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP) led by their President Samson Oki were also in attendance.

PoliticsEnvironmental Impact Assessment- Predictions For Ember Season by Godspowerpro(op): 12:43pm On Oct 17, 2022
To GOD be all glory
September/ October 2022 Environmental Report with Dr. Benard Omoyeni

As the year keeps witnessing severe climatic occurrences and extreme weather conditions, prominent experts at Principles and Application of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), are predicting climate change, biodiversity loss, waste management and pollution issues will continue to shape environmental activities in the coming months.

We can see how climate change is influencing rainfall patterns now, mid October should be heralding the dry season but you see heavy downpour and flooding still being recorded in parts of Nigeria in early October- this signals that the wet season will extend longer than usual. https://www.nairaland.com/7387005/prepare-evacuation-minister-warns-state

While the wet season impacts positively on food production and productivity of biological and aquatic systems, potential for ecological hazards increases, rivers are overflowing their banks and some wildlife are displaced from their habitat, even soil nutrients diminish as erosion increases.

In some cases, incidence of malaria and fever, and other diseases are prevalent in tropical areas.
On the other hand, the dry sesson expected from November comes with droughts and heatwaves that could affect man and the forests, causing changes in plant physiology and physiognomy, additional impact may include tree mortality, forest degradation and desertification. In some cases, incidents of wild fires destroying farm plantations are anticipated.

It's therefore important that the awareness on actions to prevent or mitigate potential impacts of environmental responses to these changes are put in place by the government agencies, environmental action groups etc.

One key tool required by both law and standard to proferred mitigation measures for action/project induced impacts is Environmental Impact Assessment of development actions.

This report is written to provide basic guidance that simplifies the methodologies of environmental assessment.

Authored by Dr. Benard Omoyeni, the book, Principles and Application of Environmental Impact Assessment, is written to promote strong and effective environmental impact assessment (EIA) implementation globally, creating awareness on the use of EIA as a tool for decision making on project execution and development actions.

Feed the belly, and Feed the Souls

Fixit: What makes Emmanade stand out

Emmanade: The taste, I dont know if you understand that kind of homely taste, when you grab a bite and feel like 'I'm at home'. The good homely taste of it makes all the difference.
My vision is not just about food, it's a mandate mixed with career, to feed the belly, and feed the souls as well, an avenue to tell people about Christ, chip in one or two words of encouragement, like in the process of feeding the belly you feed the soul. People want to eat first before you can tell them anything.

CutCrux: I'd say it's good to be humble, and know how to take care of all your clients, they're all important. It's not about the money they give you, its small money that turns big money. You have to be loyal, respect them, whatever the money they give you

Fixit: Who are you and what are you doing?

Chariots: My name is Odia Jude, I'm into Plaster of Paris aka PoP, this is just one of our sites and projects. We have been working on this entire flat for a week now.
I started doing this professionally in 2018. Long time ago I used to accompany my brother to the site and I just loved the beauty of the job. What attracted me was the fact that you can use PoP to create different things of your choice. You can use it to do ark, pillars, even construct a human figure. You can use PoP for many designs and they are all attractive. Those things really attracted me to the profession.
