I want to share a powerful testimony to the glory of God and the shame of the devil. Early this year, I was deeply moved by the story of a teenager who was struggling with dyslexia. Despite her efforts, she was told to leave her school due to her disability.

Her mother, a member of my church, was heartbroken and depressed. The teenager herself was on the verge of giving up, even contemplating suicide.

I was so emotional upon hearing this story that I almost cried. I knew I had to take action, so I brought this situation to our prayer altar. I asked our members to pray for this young girl.

And then, the miraculous happened! Just last week, the mother shared with me the incredible news that the school had called, inviting her daughter to return. They offered to provide a special class and all the necessary support to ensure her success.

I'm overwhelmed with joy and gratitude as I share this testimony. Our God is the God of restoration, hope, and new beginnings. He is the One who brings light into darkness and turns hopeless situations around.

To God be the glory! I'm so thankful for the power of prayer and the love of our prayer community. May this testimony inspire and encourage others who may be facing similar challenges.

I'm here to testify to the goodness of God over my daughter Treasure

Sometimes in early December 2024 my daughter suddenly discovered a sharp pain on her left side breast which later became very hard with excruciating pain everyday so I took her to the hospital where she was being examine and was diagnosed of breast lump and was advised to come for surgery (Removal of the lump) I got scared because I know when they remove it, they'll say they want to test if it's cancerous so I pleaded with the doctor to give her some pain killer or something to manage it for that moment which he agreed and gave her some medication to use for a week and asked us to come back for the removal. Brethren, when we got back home, my daughter refused to complete her medication cos she'll always forget to take them so she didn't even use half of the drugs so few days later I was invited to join THE END TIME ARMY PRAYER ALTER
I joined and requested that they should please join me to pray and agree that my daughter will not undergo any surgery which they did for me.

I'm here today to testify that indeed God answers prayer on (TETAPA) cos in less then 2weeks, I've even forgotten about it since she wasn't complaining about it any longer, one day the group leader call me to ask after my daughter's health, it was at that point I quickly rushed to check/examine her and discovered that the lump had disappeared, I asked my daughter where's the lump she said mummy it's no longer there I said no it can't be, how, when? And I asked her to lie and let me check, I checked again and again but couldn't find it anymore till today and forever the breast lump has gone back to hell. PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Around November 2024, I came to the alter to raise a prayer point about my Dad's workshop and an ongoing court case with his landlord's who after increasing his rent per annum from 60,000 to 120,000 to 250,000 then to 600,000 naira all within 6 years( he has been there for over 35 years and these people just came in one day and insist that they're the owner and requested these payments all after the death of the Major General who gave him the piece of land without ever taking a kobo till his death)they insisted that he completely vacate the land but as he was planning to relocate to his hometown, God stepped in through the Ministry of Transportation who took up the case and as of today 4th of February 2025 the case has been won completely with the judge ruling that the said piece of land belongs to the M.O.T and nullifying the claims of the supposed landlord's who has been taking this exorbitant rent these past years, it has been ruled that he pays directly to Lagos state MOT sum of 150,000 per annum. Exactly 1/4 reduction in the amount the previous landlords were saying no to. Hallelujah 🙏

God has been merciful, healing someone's baby child, restoring a missing child, giving fruit of the womb. Glory be to God for answering our prayers in Jesus name.

John 3:16 popular biblical verse, for God so loved the world that He gave, before we finish reading this verse, know that you were either in the world or are still in the world. Paul even writes in Romans 5:8 God shows us His love that while we were still sinners, while we were still in the world... and you may say well, "I am no more in sin, I have no sin to offend God so God should bless me and make me prosperous" is that really what the contents of God's love and promise entails. Verse 9 of Romans 5, says and we were free from God's wrath because of that love that brought us Jesus.

So John 3:16 God so loved the world, filled with poor people and He didn't give them riches, He didn't give them money, but He gave them Jesus. One may say, well Jesus is the bread of life and that life is not life in this world but eternal life in the world to come.

God sent Jesus to you who are poor, so that you can have eternal life. Look God knows that you are poor, and He anointed Jesus to preach to the poor, Luke 4:18 & Isaiah 61:1 so did Jesus come to preach wealth and prosperity to the poor? No he came to preach the good news, the gospel.

You may ask how is that a solution to your poverty? Well it is not, it is a solution to your death which all men die for one reason or the other, yes God loves you even though he lets you or anyone die poor. If God wanted to solve your poverty He would send and anoint Jesus to make many wealthy, but then in the short few years of Jesus ministry and even the decades of the apostles added, how many testimonies do you read of Jesus making anyone wealthy and rich? 0, NONE.

Well if one says the gospel will make you rich, beware before you use God's word and name for vain things. This is what Jesus taught, and proclaimed to the poor, Matthew 5:3 & Luke 6:20, blessed are the poor for they receive the kingdom of God.

You are blessed because you are receiving the kingdom of God, and not a fat cheque to fetch you what you eat and drink. Infact, Paul wrote in Rom.14.17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit,.

So you are not even receiving what you can eat and drink, but power that gives you peace and joy even in your poverty because of the promise of God's kingdom that is to come.

This is what James writes in Jas.2.5 Listen to me, dear brothers and sisters. Hasn't God chosen the poor in this world to be rich in faith? Aren't they the ones who will inherit the Kingdom he promised to those who love him?

The only reason you may believe or think, God hates you because you are poor is because of the lie you were taught, from the same people who steal and collect the little you have in the name of God selling to you false promises God never gave.

Instead of saying your poverty is proof God doesn't love, you see that it doesn't proof anything other than that God loves you even though you are poor.

Matt.6.33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Which things? The things Jesus mentioned that we need to survive. Things that Jesus taught we should not worry about even though we need them but to trust in God's love and provision for OUR DAILY NEED AND BREAD

Matt.6.31 So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?'... Matt.6.34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

The purpose of seeking the kingdom of God is not for wealth nor for money, it is to find the kingdom of God, seek and you shall find and those who seek are those who can actually see the kingdom of God. So the reason you are born again and can see the kingdom of God, John 3.3, is for you to find it and enter.

Listen, Jesus said

Matt.6.24 "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.


My brothers and sisters, God loves you even though you are poor. Do you not know it is easier for you to enter the kingdom of God than it is for those who are rich, Matt. 19:23.

It is very important I help you this morning so that you won't be living in false confidence while moving on the wrong path.

The truth is that if anyone dies now with any sin, they are going straight to hell; whether they are sinners or believers. But if you accept Jesus Christ and repent before dying or before rapture, you will make heaven. Someone's last state before they die or before rapture, determines their going to heaven. And going to heaven requires no sin in you at your last state on earth.

It is only Jesus Christ that takes one to heaven. If you are morally upright without sin and yet do not accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour, you cannot make heaven. First thing that is wrong is that neither Jesus nor the apostles taught pre-tribulation rapture. No one would be saved after Jesus has taken God's people.

Second thing that is wrong is that the command and the gospel is to repent, there is no special condition that saves a man because he calls Jesus lord lord, so even those who did not know Jesus would be sanctified by the blood of the lamb of God because they genuinely repented and did what was right as God said, He is faithful and just to forgive.

While the knowledge of Jesus empowers us to serve God, it is Jesus who sets free those whom God brings to him. And God will never destroy the righteous with the wicked.

Third thing that is wrong only, Jesus died without sin, we all will have one fault or the other that is why salvation isn't by our sole effort and why the blood Jesus is needed for all who live a life pleasing to God.

God is not a religion, he is merciful and just, His eyes see the heart of all men and call them to Himself. And the good news is that God gives eternal life to all who obey the teachings of Jesus to love others, whether they know Jesus or not. Even those in remote villages are saved because of God's mercy not because of an evangelist. But we evangelize so that men may repent, for the call is to sinners and not to those already doing what is right and to whom the promise belongs. To them we encourage to continue that the reward for their good deeds is with God along with the gift if eternal life purchased by the blood of Jesus.

If only we could ask questions during church services like when Jesus taught, well they call that Sunday school or bible study were there are few people and so little time spent compared with the time some messages are preached.

But sadly some to home with more questions and may not even have access to their pastors to ask for clarification later on about what they said and taught.

Imagine if some men or women could be questioned in their churches about what they teach just as Jesus was questioned.

Imagine the amount of questions Jesus faced and answered and the amount of revelation and insight gotten because he not only taught with authority but he answered with God's wisdom.

I am afraid if such were the case in some churches, they would be exposed for be fraudulent, fake and false.

NO, the true church of Jesus is not the problem but those who are false, like the fig tree deceiving others that they have fruit but leaving those who go to them as hungry as they came.

Those churches that are den of thieves instead of places of genuine prayer to God, where people do not sincerely repent and turn to doing what is right. Places that encourage laziness and a religious nature of waiting on God to please their flesh and they pray amiss instead of receiving power to work hard and make wealth.

Churches that rob the poor and side with the wicked politicians while honoring them but disregarding those who need help. Who preach all kinds of lies and prophecy peace instead of repentance. Places where the power of salvation which is from the gospel is absent. Those places are part of the problem in Nigeria.

MY ANSWERS
1. Jesus is god (elohim/theos), but Jesus is not the Father.
2. Jesus is equal with the Father but no equal to the Father as the Father as exalted him to be in charge of his creation and to sit with him on his throne (equal with the Father) but he is subject to the Father and his will is subject to the will of the Father and the Father is above him (not equal to the Father).
3. The Trinity message is scriptural only to Salvation as the Father (1) sent the son (2) and the Father through the son sent the holy spirit (3) who together united in purpose help mankind to achieve or attain the salvation of God. But the Father is Supreme Over the son as the son is supreme over the spirit. The three are united in purpose but distinct in authority and roles.

Those are my points and I supported them with scriptures in my first response to the op. If you have any issues with any of the above, be specific, let's not derail the thread on a side topics. Thanks.

You may have made a mistake in this post, as you wanted to write like you previously did that Jesus is equal to God but not equal to the Father, but both statements are incorrect and are not God's word. Jesus is neither equal with God not with God as there is only one God who is our Father, YHVH.

I said God descended, Exodus 34:5 YHVH descended in the cloud, stood with Moses and passed in front of Moses. Moses heard but yet according to Exodus 33:18-23, Moses asked to see God's glory and God said He will make His goodness pass before Moses but Moses will not see His face for God will cover him with his hand while He passes by and will remove His hand so Moses sees God's back but not His face.

This same being is the one whom Jesus sits at His right hand.

Your answer is yes Moses saw the back of YHVH the one true God, that revelation made Moses face glow in verse 29.

You say Jesus said no man has seen God, that is true no one has seen God the way he has, He, God, is always covered in cloud, even when He spoke to Job who claimed that now He has seen God, does that make Job a liar? No, it doesn't. Neither does the account of the elders who ascended with Moses in Exodus 24, liars for saying they saw God, even though they probably did not see God's face.

Jesus was not a man when He saw God's face, after all Matt. 18.10 says the angels see the face of God

You either believe God who revealed that He is the only true God or believe Jesus the son of God who revealed that God our Father is the only true God.

Now about John 1:1
The word from God is a revelation of God.

If the word logos is speech and spoken. So in the beginning was the utterance, and that utterance was according to God, the accusative noun, referring to the one who brought about the word. In the Greek text the nominative noun changes from the word to God. John writee theos en ho logos.

A nominative noun is the subject of conversation.

If the subject we are talking about is God, then John is saying theos en ho logos. Is to answer what was revealed from the beginning. If one is talking about a word, you would have to ask, what is he word about, who spoke the word, when was it spoken. And John answers that. In the beginning it was spoken, it was God who spoken the word and the word was about God.

Theos being nominative suggests that the word belongs to God and is from God so instead of saying the word was God, we should simply say the word is God's or God's word for it is from Him and about Him.

If not you confuse yourself by suggesting that John Hebrew who believe in one God was saying that God was God and was with Himself and He became flesh and dwelt among men and came to reveal Himself to men but this contradicts the very word of God that reveals God the one true God who is above all and sent forth His word. And like verse 14 records, the revelation became flesh and dwelt among men
