The Jews believe in the God of Abraham,Moses and David but don’t believe in Jesus! Are they all destined for hell? Elijah and Abraham made heaven as Jews and not as Christians!

Even among Christians, there are so many divisions/factions and denominations with different beliefs about God and Jesus. Some of these denominations believe they are the only righteous ones going to heaven while others are going to hell!

At the end of the day, God is the final judge. Man and religion have differing opinions but God remains the final arbiter. ‘Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man’ (Eccl 12:13)

In conclusion, when Jesus was asked about the greatest commandment in Matt 22:36-40; Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.

Let peace reign and let’s stop fighting each other’s religion. Love God and love your neighbour, that is the ultimate divine instruction.

any "religion" that denies that only God the creator of heaven and earth is God is not of God and anyone that disbelieves that God will send and has sent his son to save is not of God.

Those men you mentioned, believed and waited for the coming Messiah, Abraham, Elijah, Moses. They waited for salvation from God, some saw it and spoke about it like David and some heard about it and waited like prophetess Anna.


And while I agree it's not about religion, be you Islam, Christian, Buddhist or whatever has long as you obey God and do His will you will be saved but we should also note it is not God's will for us to serve idols, demons or false gods. Even in all this God judges our hearts and our acts. Everyone who is of God will be brought to the true Jesus, no matter where they are or were they were born or grew up. Not one of God's chosen ones will perish, not one will.

Muhammad and his companions confirmed that an Angel visited! The texts of the Quran and Sunnah also confirmed it. Show us how Matthew and others confirmed same! Faith that makes us preserve and serve God faithfully. We don't live by bread but by every word that comes out from the mouth of God.

So there are those who seek God's grace like Paul so as to overcome sin, but there are those who see it as an excuse to sin, as a ticket and claim well our future sins have already been paid for and forgiven.

You know Prov.14.14 says Backsliders get what they deserve; good people receive their reward.
Jesus said such people are not fit for the kingdom.


So there are people who though they have come to know the Lord Jesus but are hypocrites and workers of Iniquity. They continue in their own ways without forsaking all to follow Jesus, they seek their own benefits and pleasures and serve themselves. They ignore the truth as it doesn't benefit them, even they it has been revealed to them. E.g Jesus didn't command his children to tithe, their response it doesn't matter, ignore that. They willingly go against God and are stubborn and unrepentant. You can lose the Holy Spirit can receive him again, because the sacrifice that brought him the first time isn't going to occur again. You died once God gave you the gift of life, don't die again there's no sacrifice fr eternal death

So Hebrews 10:20-25 tells us that because of the blood Jesus we are granted access to the Father and we come together in fellowship and worship, for we trust God to forgive us because of the blood of Jesus, so let us not relent in doing good because we make a mistake or two or because we doubt that God forgives and would still punish us for our mistakes, let us have that assurance and believe that those who obey God and love are forgiven by Him, so encourage each other when they struggle with doubt or faults.

I think i would end with the verse from Luke 1:1-4 where he said : Many have undertaken to draw up an account of the things that have been fulfilled among us, just as they were handed down to us by those who from the first were eyewitnesses and servants of the word. This shows:
1. Many people wrote about the things that happened - like history written by an historian!
2. They had sources who were the eyewitnesses and servants of the word - who are they?
3. Luke even had to investigate again from the beginning - Why investigate if your sources are legit?
4. And Luke was writing to one Theophilus. He wasn't writing a scripture to be included in the Bible!
5. There was no Holy spirit/Angelic visitation involved in writing the scriptures!

So it wasn't a dream that was written but a record of what actually happened and even from eye witnesses.

Mary claimed she was visited by an angel did her future husband believe her?

Yet he was visited by God to confirm the visitation, who confirmed to you that Muhammad was visited by an angel?

Look let me tell you something the evidence that someone has been visited by God is humility not pride.

In Hebrews 10, after the first fourteen verses where we learn how much better the sacrifice of Jesus is for our purification and that it is once and for all, unlike the daily and yearly sacrifices of the old covenant and regulations which has been fulfilled and done away with, because God never wanted that but a merciful and love shown through Jesus, not the constant reminder of sin. You know God doesn't want us to continuously remember our past mistakes as a long as we have repented from them, He wants us to move on and do what is right and also God doesn't want us to continue sinning either.

Now the sacrifice of Jesus was done for us to be made holy, for the purpose of sanctifying us, that is for the work of sanctification to occur in our lives and the Holy Spirit is testimony of this.


Heb.10.15 And the Holy Spirit also testifies that this is so. First he says,

First is that God puts his commands in our hearts
Heb.10.16 - "This is the new covenant I will make with my people on that day, says the Lord: I will put my laws in their hearts so they will understand them, and I will write them on their minds so they will obey them."

Next is that our sins are forgiven
Heb.10.17 - Then he adds, "I will never again remember their sins and lawless deeds."
Heb.10.18 - Now when sins have been forgiven, there is no need to offer any more sacrifices.


Now I understand that the author mentions this to show why the old regulations of the mosaic law isn't needed anymore but when we look at this text we learn something else.
That first God writes his commands in our hearts so that we obey them then he forgives us all our sins, now recently I had a conversation with someone concerning the forgiveness of sins brought to us by the cross of Jesus Christ how it isn't for future sins as well and that's a misinterpretion of God's word. Now here again we see that the forgiveness is for those who obey, for a person living in obedience.

Heb.10.19 - And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven's Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus.

So because Jesus died we are granted access to God to receive forgiveness, obtain mercy and find grace like the author wrote about in Hebrews 4:16, let's look at the conversation we had, from Colossians 2:13-14

I’ve been praying for grace all these years, but nothing has changed in my life. It’s the same as always. Now, I haven’t eaten in two days. Religion feels like a complete scam, and I’m starting to give up. I’ve been to countless interviews, yet still no job. I’m exhausted, really exhausted.

Tell me why I am suffering. Look keep at it, so God or anyone won't say you gave up.


It is written they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength they shall mount up on wings like an eagle.

If you wait privately on God, seek him, fast and pray, will reward you openly. If you want to stop going to church, stop but don't stop going to God, dont cut off those who actually care for you and maybe that can't help you.
