When God is with us, He brings us deliverance and that's essentially what is means when we say Jehovah saves, because for God to save us He has to be with us and for God to be with us, our relationship has to be restored. Every time in the scripture God says I am with you, it is to guide them to safety. Even Gabriel did not say God will enter your womb, because there was never a promise like that, Mary is not the mother of God.

These three statements were all said or made about Jesus Christ in the same "JOHN 20"

The word "The Lord" means "Yahweh or Jehovah." So, Jesus is the Lord means Jesus is Yahweh or Jesus is Jehovah.

[Philippians 2:11] — and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Jehovah, to the glory of God the Father.

The Word "Son of God" means "God," just as the word "Son of man" means "Man" or son of a lion means a lion. The Son of God is God with us - Immanuel. Jesus Christ is also called "The Mighty God" and "The Everlasting Father"

[Isaiah 9:6 MKJV] — For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be on His shoulder; and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Again, which of those three statements about Jesus Christ in John 20 do you believe and agrees with to begin with?

Now tell me, how:

1! God is - Yeah, God the Father is, and so is Jesus.
2. God was - God the Father NEVER WAS. He always IS. But Jesus WAS, when He died.

Jesus fulfilled all description in this verse, God fulfilled only one. Hence, the verse refers to Jesus speaking. He was first introduced in verse 1 and 2 as the One who signified these things to John. He now introduced Himself in verse 8.

Now, if you think God the Father wa the One speaking to John, when it was said expressly that Jesus was the One who signified these things to His servant John to be delivered to the Churches, then, I'm afraid.

Then, "To all who are thirsty, I will give of the springs of the water of Life" is a word of promised made by Jesus to the Samaritan woman in John 4, and at the feast in John 7:37-38. These are the exact same words of Jesus. You don't even need to confuse this verse at all.

Rev.1.8 "I am the Alpha and the Omega--the beginning and the end," says the Lord God. "I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come, the Almighty One."
