INEC cannot be trusted. Yakubu is one hell of a corrupt man. He is irredeemably corrupt and heartless.

I don't blame them keeping vigil. They can't entrust INEC with their future.

Yakubu selfishly mortgaged the future and destinies of hundreds of millions of Nigerians simply because of his greed.

And to think that he prays to Allah everyday makes it laughable.

May the earth and all its elements demand justice ftom Yakubu and all other corrupt killers he's working for/with.
Na Yakubu too Dey run things for abia too

Which state did they shoot 15 people dead in South East.. the werey no invite anybody in his own region but wants to use Oluomo to shine.. If na me be Oluomo,I'll slam a defamation suit on him and demand hundreds of billions in damages.

Same way they were all crying ble murder over LekkiLies they falsely tagged massacre while they go dumb on Akwuzu Sars killings under Peter Obi where hundreds of Igbo youths were killed, organs allegedly harvested and bodies dumped in the river.. fvcking Hypocrites.
they are jokers, this people don't understand diplomacy, they think it's every battle you fight and engage. They don't understand there are some battles you leave and allow time to settle.

Every party and tribe was involved in all sorts in these elections including Peter Obi himself, any attempt to single out anybody will be seen as partisan and biased.

Kobonaire4:
It wasn't.

It was, for a time, a party that represented the wishes of a section of Nigerians who were angry with the way the country was being run.
LP is made up of fraudsters and usurpers replacing candidates with people who were never registered members of the party. so much for a party of angry Nigerians indeed. You can't fight illegality with illegality.

Basically, LP was just about Peter Obi. Everyone else was just along for the ride.

I won't be surprised if LP elected people defect to PDP in the next 3 years....

LP is a party not obidient,...the youth in Akwa ibom wanted oba of ypp. But unfortunately, udom arrested him for alleged money laundry abi bribery, he was the strongest and the best candidate. He was in prison, and was released on health condition, he couldn't campaign., I think he started his campaign after the postponement of governorship election on the 11th. He would have won the election if not so much allegation by the governor and the PDP.
1) the said is an ex-convict because he was in prison for about 3weeks, the matter is still in court sef
2) akwa ibom is tribalistic , they said he is married to Igbo, that Igbo woman can never be first lady in akwa ibom
3) the said he is a cultist.
All this are allegation.
The man is the best.

That incident happened in 2013....that's 10 years ago. It's hard to get such sources.

I think what actually happened was that OUK told Fashola that Lagos doesn't belong to him when he deported some Igbos to Onitsha.

However, Lagos State government twisted it and stated that OUK called Lagos State a no man's land. Fashola would later seal off his house because of the statement .
Fashola na my man, na im know how to handle these our brothers well, this sanwolu man is too gentle for a governor, imagine those lekki celebrities toying with him anyhow. I just weak

All these politically correct Yorubas are our major problem. Tribalism has been the fabric of our society for long and when it’s done in other regions outside the south west it’s okay but once the Yorubas decides to self preserve everyone shouts tribalism.

Nigerians are just hypocrites who shout injustice only when they are at the receiving end.

We are tired of the sw being used as a testing ground for inclusion and diversity while other regions self preserve and do their bullshit

I see them as weak and lazy people but industrious.

You hear something like remove port, oil, IGR and ibo in Lagos

Lagos will collapse.
dont' mind the jokers, Lagos just built a port without FG still they still believe Lagos can't survive on it's own, a private refinery is now in Lagos, those are the kind of investments that make a place not dirty and stinky markets.

They lack innovation to create things for development, what they are very good at is copying what they already see in other places but pioneer new things on their own, na zero. That's why they want FG to do everything for them and grab all of it. All na noise

Electricity, railway and prison are some of the law just passed two days ago by the president.
Sea port still pending on the president table.

Lekki deep sea port was constructed by Lagos state not FG and I don't know why your region can't do same.

Intra railway is own by Lagos I don't know why your region is waiting for it to be removed from exclusive list b4 they can work.

I see that as laziness from your region
Hold your leaders responsible for your responsibility and not FG.

Lagos was an opposition state for 16 years that didn't stop their progress.

You have no excuse not to develop
I see your right up as garbage
don't waste your time on ignorant people, as we journey towards complete federalism, the parasitic tendencies of these ignorant folks will be exposed. They are ready-made people not willing to build anything for themselves but to covet and grab what belongs to others

LP has won the hearts of the masses and the youth. It has the aura of a fresh new party. PDP has the aura of an old corrupt party just like APC.

Leave Lagos politics alone. You v been warned. Let this be the last time.
LP can never have a foothold in the east, they will be chased out, and even some of their elected representatives may still lose their positions in court. LP has become a party with hate as its ideology and can never last beyond this election cycle.

You really dont understand Nigeria at all.NIMASA already have branches in Rivers,Abuja and 3 different cities.check their website.

Tell America,UK and others to create embassies for the old Eastern region.Lagos embassies are going no where.Yoruba is a nation on its own with over 70million citizens.
I agree with removing the port from Exclusive list into concurrent list in the constitution. The regions must be stronger than the centre.A regional govt will be ideal way to go.
The guy you quoted is so ignorant, some of the things he is even asking for have always been our desire to be free from the parasites of the failed system called Nigeria.

Godspikin:
You are very correct OP.

Ambode would have won this election with a very wide margin. I also think Doherty would have won too maybe with a slim margin.

If an Omoluabi had been on the ballot, some brainwashed Yorubas who voted for Obi would have still voted for the LP candidate but alas, some of those who were brainwashed regained their senses when they saw the level of hate and bitterness displayed in this GRV's posts on social media in the past.

]GRV use im own hand kill himself[/b] for having that level of bitterness towards the people he intended to lead. Yorubas already could feel the bitterness in an average Igbo man, he exhibited it and other igbos too supported him in doing so.

It is pertinent to state that this bitterness is unwarranted. The Yorubas are very accommodating. It was Nigeria that fought the Igbos in the Biafran war and not the Yorubas and after the war those who had properties in Lagos got their properties back, same can not be said of the Ikwerres and other tribes close to the Igbos, yet that generation had fed their offsprings with so much bile that an average Igbo man hates the Yoruba with passion.

Also, this guy is the least competent of all the front runners.
He stutters as if he has some speech problem . Lagos economy is too big to be handed over to such a fellow. He has not shown capacity at all.

GRV's loss is Karma playing out, he deserves to lose and SanwoOlu deserves to win!
I thought I was the only one who noticed this, Igbos are hypocrites they were mocking Tinubu for the errors in his speech but never noticed Gbadebo's own all because of hatred. This election was all about hate, nothing more

I know the election was largely influenced by tribal sentiment, I am not fixated on Lagos I know alot of folks aren't, I think the issue here tbh I stand to be corrected, I think you folks think everyone is fixated on you when in reality it is you folks who are fixated on the wrong things, you know why if I criticize apc or tinubu today, the usual line of attack is leave Lagos, chinedu ipob, biafria, you want to take over Lagos, tinubu will rule you and your generation, Yoruba is greater than you" now I am not even igbo I dont even leave in Lagos but the usual assumption is everyone who criticize anything apc or tinubu is jealous of Yoruba or wants to takeover Lagos, it is exhausting and shameful honestly. I am mainly about the presidential stuff and I am not blaming the Yoruba only for tribalism, Lagos is an epicenter that's why most issues tend to make it to national headline, if an artiste trends in Lagos it it likely to trend nationwide so the fixation on Lagos isn't just about politics, you enjoy the good part of the fixation you should also accept to not too good part of the fixation, if truly you want the best for Lagos you wouldn't mind the fixation on Lagos because for a fact the fixation on Lagos is to your advantage as all eyes are on you it helps you to keep your leaders in check, I am surprised you find it wrong that there is fixation on you.
Let other states keep their own leaders in check too. Lagos has been unfairly and continues to be used as a political testing ground while other states are left to never do wells including your own Obaseki of Edo state. Sanwolu has performed so well in his first term with massive projects to show yet some folks with hatred for no reason want to bring in an incompetent fool that is playing down his own heritage and you think people will be quiet? abeg leave Lagos alone and for once let's see good governance in places like edo state then we can listen to your advise more. Charity begins at home.
