And whose duty is it to find those "hungry players" for the national team?
And is it compulsory to coach when you don't have a contract?

Except that none of the coaches/managers whom you listed were left with 1 point from a possible 9 after half way point of qualification. Except that Nigerian sides we

Which shadows are Nigerians chasing here?
The one that Keshi drops all players who were instrumental in his success and invites players who are inferior?
Or the one in which Keshi cannot see that a number of his present squad are just journeymen who aren't adding anything new to the squad?
Or the one in which Keshi deliberately dragged this contract saga with his unrealistic demands as manager of the Super Eagles that has brought us to this point?

Nigerians are generally unrealistic, but in this one, Keshi cannot extract himself.
1 point of 9 cannot be excused against the likes of Sudan and Congo. Keshi is currently our head coach and this poor showing cannot be excluded, no matter what you say.
stop all this your ranting, if you guys don't want keshi, then tell him to go away, no coach remains forever, if you guys were so confident of replacing keshi you would have done that long time ago especially after the world cup but alas there's no replacement and that's why even the new nff is calling for patience, there is no future plan for our football anywhere, that's why we keep chasing shadows by sacking coaches and calling them back when we feel their successors are worse, is that how to run football professionally? or is it when its six months to a world cup we start looking for a foreign coach who will come and bolt away with our tax payers money?

Nff has enter one chance, they think keshi is the one being disgraced here, am waiting for their so called replacement for keshi, something tells we are heading backwards i won't be surprised if amodu, siasia or chukwu sef will be recalled to coach eagles, that is who we are, we are not sincere with ourselves and we don't know what we want period.

In truth, we won AFCON 2013, not by luck, but because:

(1) the new boys in the team where hungry for success. Mba, Oboabona, Omeruo, Onazi, Ideye, Emenike, and the likes were playing their first tournament for the Super Eagles. So they upped their game. Now they have a champions medal and the passion is gone.

(2) We were under-rated. Coming from our many previous failures, our football pedigree had fallen so low that African teams didn't take us serious anymore. And that became their undoing at that Afcon, especially after our faulty start at the group stage.

Now that we are African Champions, the mediocre players we have are now carrying a chip on their shoulder. They've forgotten that they are not all that. At the World Cup, they were again under dogs. Most people even expected Bosnia to qualifier ahead of us based on their undefeated qualification status. The average Nigerian team seemingly plays better when they are the under-dog.
what you have just described was also the undoing of the previous generation even the so called 94set and the atlanta 96 team this was the reason of our world cup 1998 flop, our players easily get swollen headed when they achieve little success, this is not a coaching problem, the best way to address this is to keep bringing in new players into the team that will compete for spaces with the current ones, the reason the players like oshanuwa , babatunde shone at the world cup but Nigerians are not patient with coaches who will bring in new players to try their luck, they always want to go back to the old players like martins, yobo and uche instead of looking forward and our sports journalists are not helping us in this regard

Bro, stop wasting your time trying to convince these folks. It is the Nigerian way. We always leave the real issues and chase shadows. Today it is Keshi. Before then it was Amodu, Christian Chukwu, Eguaveon, Berti Vogts, Lagerback and Siasia. When things go wrong we always centre everything around the coach.

We don't address the issues of player development. We have this false belief that we are blessed wth the best footballers in the world playing on the streets of Nigeria; as if playing monkey post is how you develop world class talent. At present I make bold to say that there is no Nigerian player that is in the top ten of his position worldwide save for maybe Enyeama. In fact make that top 20..., wait top 30. From defence to attack we have mediocre talent, yet we hype them like they are the next best discovery since ice cream.

The same people clamouring for IK Uche now, clamoured for Mikel's inclusion just two years ago when Siasia was coach. Mind you the same Uche could not single handedly qualifier us for 2012 Afcon, yet we think he can miraculously play from defence to attack and win us games. Did the inclusion of Osaze win us the World Cup? Our players are ordinary; playing for clubs that are not in the top 20 teams in the world.

Amuneke was signed by Barcelona for God's sake. Oliseh played for Ajax, juventus, Borrusia Dortmund; Taribo played for both Inter and AC Milan. Finidi was one of the best right wingers at a time; Okocha was a highly rated nom10. Today all we hear is this-spor and that-spor. Not even the Spur that matters.

We don't have any player to my knowledge who is the dedicated free-kick or corner-kick taker for their club like Okocha was for Bolton. If their club coaches who they see every day in training can't make them set-piece experts, is it the national team coach they see once in a while for 5 days that will turn them to experts? Our players are lazy and unambitious. All they care about is money, not excellence in their craft. Breaking out of Naija poverty is the only thing they aspire to. Ask any player in the local league, if in doubt.
On point man, this is what I have been trying to say, we lack talent in this present generation of Nigerian players and we keep deceiving ourselves and blaming the coach all the time, emenike last scored for the eagles a year ago, people keep blaming the midfield and [ideye who we all clamour to be dropped] for emenike's woes, how petty we have become defending awful and below average players and putting all the blame on keshi, even under a new coach, this present players will struggle if you like bring martins and uche [they are all average players] if not martins will be in europe and uche will be playing for a bigger club]

way to go is going for fresh and younger players who are hungry and willing to make names for themselves. Our present players made a lot of money from the world cup and they are okay with their level of success we keep seeing pictures of their latest cars on instagam, they've all reached their peak and not willing to go any further, that's why they will blame the pitch for their woes, its not acceptable.

lastly, keshi is not under any contract and so can't be sacked, he will simply walk away but the question still remains who will replace keshi? I hope he's not a coach who have been idle for some time now

@Goke7,I hope she had a scan recently to b sure that d fibroid isn't an issue still? The fact that there is the presence of fibroids, I wouldn't have advised she takes clomid, it's wise to induce ovulation naturally. I had a few cases like that recently, the major things we did was first trusting God for sound health and thanking Him in d place of prayer and also detoxifying and going on healthy natural supplements. D bleedings stopped to d glory of God and one is even pregnant.
Am sharing this to encourage u that there's no mountain too high for God to move. Let ur heart rest in Him n pls do that scan again to b sure of d most recent status of the womb, then we can take it from there. Meanwhile, let her rest well.
yes we did a scan recently and the doctor said the position of the fibroid is no issue as well as the size, of course she rests well but she still have to go to work and move around which makes the bleeding to increase but its not heavy. We only used clomid like twice which was two years ago and have not since then. Thanks for your kind words

@Goke7, when i was in school, my room mate had a non stop bleeding which started like her period and when she went to the hospital they told her it was as a result of fibroid so they had to perform emrgency surgery on her in order to stop the bleeding cos it was non-stop and heavy and she was becoming aneamic, secondly pcos bleeding might come during midcycle if she does not ovulate and its called anovulatory bleeding, mine lasted for 17days and stopped by itself, but the one you are explaining started from her menses which i guess might have to do with the fibroid, she needs to see an experienced doctor.
yes, if she lies down the blood will stop flowing cos her feets are not on the ground but that is not the cure anyways
we saw a female gynae last Saturday who did a physical examination on her, she said she couldn't even feel the fibroid which explain its size, another experienced gynae said the same thing few months back, they even concluded that the position of the fibroid was not a concern at all, in summary four gynae has said the same to us, can all of them be lying? two years ago when she had this kind of bleeding, it was for two months straight and it stopped eventually, that was the last experience before this one now.

@Goke7, was she having fibroid before now? if she is spotting then it will stop on its own, but if she is bleeding then it might be somthing serious you guys should see a gynae,
@triangullar, you might be pregnant, see your doctor or do a blood pregnancy test and take only paracetamol for the fever.
@udoka, i just want to be double sure about that fluid before i proceed cos even if i want to do an IVF now they will still need to do hsg before they proceed, i just read about Saline ultrasound that you can go for it intead of repeating hsg, i will ask my doctor about it even though they dont like giving you options that will not fetch them much money
she has fibroid, but all the gynae we've seen including the one we saw last saturday said the fibroid is no issue at all as its not big enough to cause any problem but i guess its the pcos or hormonal imbalance, from her past hormonal profile, she has low progesterone and high prolactin my headache now is the bleeding thought not heavy now, just flowing, it reduces and dries up when she's at rest but when she moves around it starts flowing again.

Pls can u guys help me my wife has been bleeding continuously for a month now, when her period started then it started very light and stopped, then she began spotting for some days and stopped too before full bleeding commences which became heavier with big clots as days went by, whenever we'll think the bleeding has finally stopped, it starts again especially when she moves around and do home chores, she's had an history of irregular period which we've been trying to fix for over 3 years all to no avail as we've been ttc, she's used clomid, bromocriptine and all manner of treatment, she was on metformin when this bleeding started and she has stopped it now, my major concern is to stop this present bleeding as its becoming unbearable. she has also been diagnosed of pcos earlier and her period has never been regular since we got married like 60 days in length. she was regular before we got married according to her.

Pls how can we stop this bleeding now, she's used primolut and tranexemic acid too, when it looks as if the bleeding is drying up, it comes again after some movement or doing little work, what do we do now? sorry for my long post pls

Ike Uche has no respect for the coach. It started at the Nations Cup when he argued with the coaching crew, not just Coach Keshi and refused to play to their instruction.

Tell me, can Uche try that at Villarreal? He would be dropped immediately.

Balotelli disobeyed Rodgers two weeks ago, last week he was in the bench.

Discipline comes first. It is a team and they must operate as one.
that is how senseless we have become as Nigerians, supporting players who give instructions to the coach instead of the other way round.

Can i hide my feeling about been happy when Keshi is kicked out? naa i can't, I'll be happy, cos by then normalcy will come back and thing will be done purpose and objectivity and not self interests, inform players will be called and hopefully too, coach's tactic will be on point. if Ik Uche, Obafemi Martin and others are not inform then, they shouldn't be called, only inform players should be in the team with in form coach then our football will get back, you can't blame me football is my passion, it's most Nigerian's passion and we can't let anyone ruin it.
you can keep fantasizing cos from history, we always go from frying pan to fire, we hardly replace our coaches with better ones especially when we kick them out of sentiments, you'll be back to complain when the new coach does not select his entire players based on public opinion, cos no Nigerian coach has ever selected all his players based on public opinion, forcing players on our coaches has never gotten us no where, that is why the likes of amodu and chukwu failed woefully. Our passion should not run us crazy in pulling our coaches down when they don't invite our preferred players, do you think you know these players better than keshi and do you think those players will tell the media what they did wrong to be kicked out of the team? Its left to us the way we want to continue but I don't anyone to come and tell me later than keshi is better than the current coach when keshi is gone, just like the way guys are now saying that siasia is better than keshi, this is how inconsistent we've been over the years.

Now that's the problem, you didn't respond to my question you're drifting to other issues, i didn't say Ik Uche own super eagles, but Keshi doesn't own super eagles too, looking for every excuse to throw players out, it's better he doesn't give any reason than to be making a player bad to make himself look good.

Someone has not been in a team for a long time, he should just come in no question asked, that's the attitude, is he a soldier that can't be questioned.
keshi is the boss, and if uche cannot accept keshi as the boss, he should wait for another coach to replace keshi, may be then he will get his chance, sometimes your philosophy or way of doing things may not tally with who you want to work with and there should not be hard feelings about that, just as you said keshi does not own the eagles and that's why he won't be there forever so let keshi be too. Am sure you'll be the happiest when keshi will be kicked out and then you can tell the new coach to bring all your favourite players in. Are you happy now?

When the deal was done, the club managers decided to give coach Keshi $50,000. This was because he exposed Mba at the Nations Cup. His agents were also given $50,000 each.

The agents of Mba said no. They said they wanted $100,000 each. Coach Keshi's money was never an issue. The agents refused to finalize the deal because the managers of Bastia said they are not increasing money from them.

So why are you twisting the story and lying against an innocent man who played no part.
there's nothing that has not been used to taint keshi's image, some say he lacks man management, others say he collects bribe, he has ego and all sorts of rubbish, all this surely continue until keshi gets out of the team and then mouths will change again to say that he's Nigeria's best coach, that's who we are as a country

Truth be told, the media will continue to bring up this uche's matter and other media's favourite players that are not in the team now all in a effort to get keshi out, even if we qualify for the nations cup and even win it again, people will still want keshi out of the team just because of personal reasons.

But as i will continue to say, posterity will judge us all, westerhof also got a lot of bashing like this in his time both from the fa and the media too, today we say he's the best thing that happened in Nigeria's football, bonfere jo, troussier who did fairly well were also bashed too, not forgetting likes of amodu, chukwu and others, even siasia who failed woefully is now being seen as a better coach than keshi with his expansive football that got us no where. We are all big time hypocrites as Nigerians and our memories are so short, No coach, i repeat no coach whether foreign or local can satifsy us as Nigerians, we only appreciate people when they are gone!

So the young man should just come running back like someone who's never played ball before? He was left out of the most important tournaments, Confederations cup, fifa world cup, now you're calling him for qualifiers.

From what Keshi said here, they where calling him back and the young man wants to clear the air on the issue they've been sidelining him, saying he has bad attitude, but again Keshi's ego took over him and they couldn't reconcile successfully, If Uche has been the person Keshi had been painting him before he became coach I'll understand, but we know who he was before Keshi came, so whoever he's now is a function of Keshi's imagination
your assumptions are wrong, rather uche is just listening to bad advisers who keep ruining his chances of returning to the team afterall there is no difference he will make in this team, rather we'll come back to make excuses for him that he's not being fed by the midfielders to score like emenike. Uche himself know that there is little or nothing he can offer to this team, if he's that good, let him prove keshi wrong by coming back to the team unconditionally like osaze did.
