@ Frosbel, thanks for this video. It's so sad and my heart wearies seeing the condition at home so worse. I began to ask myself, are these people that goes to church and pay tithes every sunday\month. How and why is their lives still the way it is, not to mock them.

So we that teach against tithing for Christians are not following the Holy Spirit abi? My brother, the Holy Spirit cannot contradict the word. He uses the written word to guide us into all truth. You can give whatever you want to church or the kingdom of God but please don't say you're tithing after all, whatever one gives is a 'certain' percent whether 2 or 3,5,6,9,10,15,17% etc, it's still a certain percent but stop calling it tithe. It carries a sense of following the law of Moses and not Grace.

OLAADEGBU: Strawman's fallacy. It is you that finds it difficult to diffferentiate between the Moral law and ceremonial laws. God's law are basically the same it's just that you can't fulfill it in your own flesh, you have to be dead to the law of sin and death if you are to have the Spirit of life in Christ.

You're talking as though you're talking to a baby Christian. When these scriptures below said the law was fulfilled and\or abolished, did it SPECIFY whether it was Moral and Ceremonial laws? I even showed you on the other thread that the Ten Commandment is the Old Covenant, you can't refute me and you're here differentiating one law or the law. The people that received the law in the time of Moses received it as a WHOLE and ONE. Hence, it is written "the law (SINGULAR) was given by Moses but Grace and Truth came by Jesus Christ.

My sister, like I said. Hebrews 7:1-end is where tithe was abolished. We teach the truth of God's word. When you read Hebrews 7 and you get to verse 18 and it says, "the commandment is disannulled...". Stop there and ask yourself this question that what 'commandment' is the writer talking about. Then read again and begin to look for wherever the word 'commandment' is used in context from verse one and underline it. You will see the 'commandment' specified. Then follow the re-read against back to verse 18 and apply it in context. Whatever the commandment you found out before verse 18 is the same that is DISANNULLED and CANCELLED. You might be shocked your pastor had being lying to you for year what you discover yourself.

In addition to what Pastor Kun said above there. Also, you might read and study or show your pastor Deuteronomy 14:22-29 and read it slowly also. You might also find verse 25 & 26 very interesting. I'm sure your pastor and you might not know about these scriptures in Deuteronomy.

Look again at that scripture. It says the law SHALL NOT PASS AWAY UNTIL ALL BE FULFILLED. The law (of Moses) is already fulfilled in Christ that means IT'S PASSED AWAY OR DONE AWAY WITH according to the words of Christ, now that Christ has fulfilled it. What Christ said there is very clear, until all of the laws (of Moses) is fulfilled, it remains; when\if it is fulfilled, it's pass away. The key here is UNTIL at time or period when it is fulfilled or will be fulfilled, then the law of Moses is PASSED AWAY. The condition for which it remains is TILL IT IS FULFILLED. Tell me if Christ NEVER fulfilled the law of Moses already.

The law of Moses was given to specific people - the Jews to practice Judaism, not Christianity. If you have to keep the laws of Moses, we have to keep all or none.

If you have any New Testament scriptures that taught tithe, firstfruits, observing jewish feast, eating this\that, first born offerings\rituals etc to Gentile Christians or Non-Jews, you might be kind to show it to us. It is the modern day Judaizers who are mixing Judaism and Christianity that are teaching these things and may more to Christians because they making money out of God's people and they must be stopped.

That's why I sometimes advice to study with study aids such as Hebrews-Greek concordance\dictionaries for unveil the original language\meaning. As per the festivals, that's why when people like you knows the truth, you must talk to others and spread the truth.

Why not tell folks to leave the tithe and not use it buy alcohol - that will be a balance teachings. But when you say no alcohol, but you hold tithe and yet, tithe can be used to buy same alcohol you teachings against. That's wrongly dividing the word and cherry-picking.
