I can't just understand why and how you dancing around, wasting people's precious time. Show us where the laws OF MOSES (that was written on stones or tablets) was addressed to the church, the body of Christ...you are jumping around. The new covenant spoken in Jeremiah is what was fulfilled in Hebrew and that IS NOT the law of Moses written on stones BUT ON OUR HEART AND MIND, it's called the law OF CHRIST in the epistles.

You guys read deuteronomy 22:5 and are still interpreting the law according to the flesh instead of according to the spirit. That passage is simply talking about s.exuality, ie: A woman must not be s.exual toward another woman and a man must not be s.exual towards another man. The clothe signifies: behavior(orientation, character, manner, etc). You guys are still interpreting in shadows, just like the early Israelites did. Absolutely everything that is written in the law is shadows, they try to imitate the spirit but lacks the understanding thereof, therefore the Israelites worship and practice what they know not, and this behavior still carries on today in all religions.

The second key to living what God had already given us is Faith. Faith is what faces the fact of the present odd situation(s). The present situation(s) says, "I need husband, wife, job, etc etc" but faith says "I already have my husband, wife, job etc etc". At the time God told Abraham "I have MADE you a father of many nations", he didn't have any child at the time and yet he is ALREADY MADE a father. How Abraham became a father is by his faith in what God HAD ALREADY MADE HIM - a father. He believed against the fact that he didn't have a son at that time. Facts doesn't count when Faith is in action. Scripture says, "He believed and he BECAME". Believe in what God had done and already given you and you shall BECOME and HAVE what God had already given you. Faith overcomes. Faith delivers. Faith births.

Third key is the word of God. In the word we get to know and understand what the father had already done for us in Christ and had already given us. We get to understand our inheritance in the word which is the will of the Father to us ward. By the word, we understand we're already sanctified, blessed, lifted, victorious etc. Studying the word is getting to know the already willed of the Father; hence the awareness of what the Father had done. Faith then goes into force in us and we begin to see things as they are already did and we begin to conform ourselves to the will of the Father, growing from child to heir and then comes the inheritance that is already laid up for us.

The first key to unveiling everything that the Father had given us is to stop being a child and begin to see ourselves as the heir. You see, Matthew to John that records the history and life of Jesus Christ were ONLY written AFTER his death BUT the EVENTS while he was walking were STILL under the law of Moses. Christ is the MEDIATOR of the testament (Hebrews 9:15; 12:24) and for a testament to take effect, the mediator MUST first die (Hebrews 9:16-20).

That's why you read Jesus still observing the Jews regulations during his life on earth. He will tell people after healing the to go show themselves or give offerings of Moses etc etc.

Since we understand that it will take the death of a TESTATOR to effect a testament and we see in Galatians 4:4 that Christ was born or subject to the law (of Moses), then the law was still in operation then. Then Christ had to die to effect the new testament by shedding his blood.

The teachings of Christ WERE FOUNDATIONAL to the NEW TESTAMENT that will take effect AFTER his death. So while Christ was living under the law, he was also establishing NEW TESTAMENT teachings such as.....

"You have heard...." is written to the Jews in Exodus 21:24. The new teachings of Jesus is to take effect in the New Testament that will effect AFTER his death among Christians. We don't pray that our human enemies should die or call fire on them. Those pastors who does such practices are not Christ-like. Christ and his New Testament teachings don't permit such practices. And Christ's teachings are not hard neither contradictory to Apostle Paul's teachings. Apostle Paul taught by Christ's revelation to him to teach the Church what he taught.

The issue of woman wearing trouser is just the same as ALL the laws of Moses WERE WRITTEN TO THE JEWS, not to the Church. That was Old Testament. There're many things (laws, ordinances, commandments and regulations) in the same place where not wearing things to men are mentioned BUT we don't do ANY of those things today, why do we pick ONLY women not wear things to men and click on that ONLY. We cannot pick 'some' parts of the law and say that's what we want to obey while we discard the other. To keep the law, you must either keep ALL or NONE. Here's the scripture for that,

When Apostle Paul came, being taught by Christ through revelation according to Galatians 1:12, he taught the Church of God (Christians) are NOT under obligation to keep the laws of Moses because the laws were ONLY shadows pointing to Christ and since Christ had come to fulfill the law, there's no more need keeping the law BUT if anyone MUST keep the law, he must keep ALL or guilty of ALL if such person BREAK one of the 613 laws. So, Christians have no business in keeping ANY part of the laws of Moses. We have the laws of Christ to follow.

I 100% agree with most things said. Many of the problems in the body of Christ had been caused by those pastors. The day I realized they have fed me with mixtures of Old and New wine, that was the day I sat myself down to start searching the truth and examining scriptures by myself.

However, scriptures says, if any man lack wisdom let him ask...God sees our heart and gives us wisdom to understand his word in our quest for truth. I believe we shouldn't be lazy at God's word. That's the problem with many of us Christians - we're lazy and can't sit down for just one/two hour(s) to study the word but we can watch football or some non edifying shows for 2 hours. STUDY to show yourself approved UNTO GOD.....That's scriptures for us!

You are very wrong sir! First, Jesus did NOT come IN THE NEW TESTAMENT, he came in the OLD TESTAMENT. Let us take this thread systematically please. Jesus could NOT have come in the NEW TESTAMENT if the NEW TESTAMENT is already in force. The life of Jesus Christ was still under the OLD TESTAMENT and UNDER THE LAW. Jesus had to died in order to enforce the New Testament.

Two, Christians have no business obeying the laws of Moses because it was NOT written to Christians BUT to the Jews LIKE the OP said. We obey the law of Christ and the teaching of Christ as you right said.
