Michael547:The very early posts I made on this thread detailed where spirits are. That was what you disputed until you were lectured to this very stage. It shows you're bankrupt of understanding for you to ask me that same question again. Now, take this home with you: Moses and Elijah who met Jesus in Mathew 17, where were they speaking from? The saint whom John almost worshipped in Revelation 21, where was he? |
Kobojunkie:Yeah, that's because you have no proof for your senseless allegations. What exactly do you want him to show? |
Kobojunkie:What do you expect him to show exactly! |
Looking4Trouble:Prove it. You liar! |
Michael547:It only shows that you lack comprehension because I never spewed that nonsense you just typed. Take the advice you have been given. It will do your soul a lot of good. Bye!! |
Michael547:Take my advice. It will do your soul a lot of good. That religion you're practicing leads only to hell. It's the broad way. Almost everyone is practicing one form of religion or the other. Only those who are practising Jesus would enjoy eternity with God. Jesus is the way. Not religion. |
Michael547:I.piry your soul. How many times do you want me to show you that? Keep playing sudoku with your life. |
Michael547:Hilarious! In your imagination I suppose. Anyone who follows the thread by now already knows where spirits are through my writings and the backing of scriptures. At least you yourself now know that spirits are not unconscious and inactive in the grave. And that grave is not the same as hell. Except you're destitute of wisdom, there's enough deposits of knowledge on this thread to rid you of your delusions. But if your eyes are blind, may God cure you! |
Michael547:Go and give your life to Christ. You don't know God, neither do you understand spiritual truths even when they're made available to you in plain sight. Your empty question above is proof. Just asking questions for asking sake in order to cover up the failures of your arguments. |
Michael547:My God! I've had enough of you . Have a blissful night! |
Michael547:SMH. King James BibleSo, you didn't see Heavenly Jerusalem? Or you don't see that the gathering of the saints is the gathering of heaven and earth? "For ye are come..." - talking about us who are on earth. Then, we are come to the Heavenly Jerusalem, etc. May God have mercy on you! |
Michael547:Mtcheww. |
Michael547:Hebrews 12:22-23: "But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect," We are come to Mount Zion. Hope you understand what Mount Zion symbolizes. It symbolizes the Church of God. Whenever we enter the gathering of the saints to worship, we are connected to the heavenly realms where we fellowship with God, innumerable company of angels and the spirits of just men made perfect. This is not the Church already in heaven but the Church Written in heaven. Written in the book of life in heaven. The General Assembly. |
Michael547:Mtcheww. Do I need to answer these foolish questions? |
Michael547:Go and study that yourself. I've lectured you on many things already. |
Michael547:Repetitive questions to what end? Answered several times. Where does Hebrews 12:23 say that the spirits of men are on earth fellowshipping with us instead of the spirit realm? When you connect with God in spirit and truth, you'll be interacting with the spirit realm. are their graves no longer on earth? We're you not the one that said that grave is different from hades and hell and that spirits are in hades and hell in the spirit realm? So before a person is resurrected, where does the spirit go?It returns to God as previously explained. Stop asking me useless questions please. If you have nothing else to say, go and sit down. I can't be answering questions I've already answered. |
Michael547:Is the soul the same as clay? |
Michael547:Lol. So, you didn't see the word 'soul'. And you didn't remember that I told you that man is made up of spirit, soul and body and that the body is the only one that remains in the grave awaiting the day of resurrection. The spirit and soul continue to the spirit realm. I've said this before. They're inseparable. It is the spirit that gives life to both soul and body and that life is everlasting. While the life can depart from the body because of its fallen state, it cannot depart from the soul. And for your information, the soul is the REAL MAN not the body. A man therefore is a soul made alive by the spirit and enabled to roam the earth by the body. The only purpose of the body is to make man eligible to dwell on earth. Only flesh can dwell on earth. It is the abode of flesh. Hence, where you see soul, you see spirit, and where you see spirit, you see soul as far as man is concerned. I have asked you countless times if the word soul and spirit are the same but it seems you don't even know. You've said that they are not the same and you are still confusing soul as spirit. I tire for you oo.I have answered you several times but you seem to have not comprehended the explanation. I have further broken it down to you above. |
Michael547:If your child travels abroad and later returns to you, does that mean you've recovered the sperm that made him a human being? I have explained that already in a former post where I said the spirit returns to God and dwells in God's realm rather than the earthly realm it was once dwelling in. Can't you see the fallacy in your position? For example, the spirits of just men made perfect returned to God at death, but they still fellowship with us on earth according to Hebrews 12. The spirits of Abraham, Lazarus and the rich man returned to God too. Jesus didn't undermine that in His parable. God didn't recover their spirits to Himself. They remain active beings in the spirit realm where God dwells. They are alive unto Him. If the faithful men were not resurrected after death, how did they get to heaven? If they've resurrected, why are their graves still with us? Resurrection is an earthly thing. When a person dies, he can only resurrect on earth. Resurrection does not happen in heaven. Jesus resurrected on earth and went to heaven afterwards. That's the same type of resurrection we'll all experience. Nobody has resurrected yet except Christ. The spirits of just men made perfect are still in their dead state awaiting the day of resurrection, but presently they're alive unto God and do fellowship with us. Kindly show me where I said that spirits go to the grave. You have been saying here that spirits are in hell. So please bring evidence.[/quote[Here are some Bible verses that describe Sheol as the abode of spirits: 1. Psalm 16:10: "For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell [Sheol]; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption." It shows his soul went to hell but God didn't abandon it there. 2. Psalm 86:13: "For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell [Sheol]." That's clear enough. 3. Proverbs 15:24: "The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell [Sheol] beneath." 4. Isaiah 14:9-10: "Hell [Sheol] from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations." 5. Ezekiel 32:21: "The strong among the mighty shall speak to him out of the midst of hell [Sheol] with them that help him: they are gone down, they lie uncircumcised, slain by the sword." They will even speak from the midst of hell! Oga what did the spirit say about what will happen to Samuel and his sons? Why were you saying "did all Saul's children die as the spirit said?" in your previous post as though Samuel said all of Saul's children would die. Samuel said "you and your sons will be with me ..." Talking about Saul and his sons who were in the battlefield with him. The prophecy of Samuel fulfilled to the letter. Even so shockingly that the godly Jonathan didn't escape its fulfillment. Does God not responding to Saul not show that he did not want to communicate with Saul?Did God now tell Samuel and any other not to communicate with Saul because He didn't want to? Or is Samuel omniscient to have even known that God was no longer answering Saul in his grave? If God did not tell Samuel not to communicate back, why did Samuel not talk to saul by himself without a witch medium since he was always free to talk to saul?Ha! See question! So, dead Samuel should resurrect and go talk to Saul. What's happening with you? And was it Samuel that sought Saul or Saul was the one seeking Samuel? Are you saying that a witch has the power to call moses and Samuel for me to talk to them today?Go and ask the witch! |
owagbeba:None of them can be said to be reliable because they all have different rates. But I think with this new development, they'll now have uniform rates determined by market forces. I think Aboki Fx is still a good platform to use. |
Michael547:Can you show me where I said the breathe of life is different from spirit? The spirits of men referred to in Hebrews 12:23. Are faithful men of God who have been resurrected and transformed to spirit creatures just like angels in heaven.Would you show me Bible proof that they have been resurrected? You don't even know what resurrection is all about! And if they've been resurrected, why do you believe that all spirits are inactive and unconscious is the grave? Two questions you must answer. Where does the Bible teach that spirits of dead men goes to hades after death? Please ask again. Spirits of dead men actually go to your house after death. Oga was Saul killed by the Philitines as said by the spirit? Can you show me where I said all of Saul's children died the next day? Or where Samuel said so? Since God refused to communicate with Saul, would Samuel disobey God by communicating back to saul through a witch medium?Did God tell Samuel not to communicate back? And you do not seem to understand that man can only sub while one earth. Man cannot sin in death. Is there any law the God gave to the dead? Did Samuel make any such law? Can a witch force God or his prophet to communicate with people?Did you hear that the witch forced anybody? Who exactly did the witch force, and how did she force them? So are you telling me now that I can talk to the spirit of moses if I go to the house of a witch?Saul committed sin by talking to the spirit of Samuel. Samuel's spirit didn't sin by responding to Saul. |
[quote author= post=133186339]Dubai UAE : the land of crude oil and petroleum? Na dem go loot the money by themselves,, e sure us. This sounds like selling snow to Eskimos. Btw, On the list of Oil-producing countries in the world 🌎, UAE is at number 6 while Nigeria is at number 14 ....[/quote]Please which is this you used for the dollar conversion? |
ajepako:Did anyone manipulate the dollar rate in 2015? Was it not manipulation that brought the Naira to its knees? Now, the manipulation has been nibbed in the board. We have every reason to be happy. |
Michael547:You and who are dragging anything in that scripture? In Ecclesiastics 12:7 and Psalms 146:4, is there any mention of the soul leaving the body at death?I don't know o. You can state what you know. Below is John 3:13What exactly was Jesus talking about there? He was talking about Himself bringing a direct message from the Father. Hence, He was telling the people that no one has ascended to heaven to bring them a message for heaven but He has come from heaven to give them a direct message from the Father. The bible clearly shows that dead people remain in the grave before resurrection. In Ecclesiastes 12:7, the spirit that returns to God is the breath of life as shown in Psalms 146:4. That is the breath of life that was Given to Adam in Genesis 2:7. The breath of life or spirit came from God to Adam. Does that mean that Adam's spirit was living in heaven with God before being created as man on earth? The breathe of life returns to God. That doesn't mean God recovered His Spirit from men, otherwise, dead men wouldn't still be called spirits. God is said to be the Father of spirits. Also, in Hebrews 12, we are told that we do fellowship with the spirits of just men made perfect. The spirits of men return to God in the sense that they return to where God has assigned to them in the spirit realm. A spirit cannot be trapped in a grave. A soul cannot be trapped in a grave. Only a body. Many scriptures reveal that spirits of dead people could be active after the death of the body. So do you think that Samuel would communicate back to saul through a witch medium?Analyse the scene and discussion: The witch said "I saw gods ascending out of the earth" - Does that look a demon to you? Did Samuel not berate Saul for disturbing him? Did he not remind him of his prophecies and warning? Did he not rebuke him for his disobedience? Did he not tell him his hour of final judgement has come and that he and his sons would die same day? Did it not happen exactly? Does a demon reprove anyone of disobedience to God? Does a demon proclaim the judgement of God on those who err as Samuel did Saul? Did the scripture not say that Samuel himself was the one who came up? The woman didn't even know she was interacting with Saul until she saw Samuel. 1 Samuel 28:11-14 "Then said the woman, Whom shall I bring up unto thee? And he said, Bring me up Samuel. And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman spake to Saul, saying, Why hast thou deceived me? for thou art Saul. And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth. And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself." Did the Scriptures indicate in anyway that it was a fake Samuel? If it was not Samuel, Saul will know! |
Janosky:"For as the crackling of thorns under a pot, So is the laughter of the fool." |
Michael547:When did I say spirit and soul mean the same thing? From the two bible verse I gave you in Ecclesiastics 12:7 and Psalms 146:4. Does any of those verse claims that the spirit goes to the grave or to hell?I think you're confused. Come out and state what you're hitting at. I don't see anything wrong in those verses regarding everything I've said here. Your question does not look logical to me. We're you not the dead are inactive and unconscious in the grave? I told you that the grave is not the final abide of the Spirit and soul of man. They don't even go there. Only the body does. The spirit and soul return to the spirit realm where God assigns them - heaven, Hades or wherever within the realms of the Spirit. In the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, if Abraham was truly in heaven, how do you explain Jesus's word in John 3:13. When did Abraham get to heaven? In John 3:13, Jesus is saying no one on has gone to and fro heaven but He is the Only one who has both descended and ascended. He was talking about physical people and making them know they do not have the ability to physically go to heaven and return with a message for earth. But He has descended from there with a message from heaven and would ascend back there once done. People like Elijah and probably Enoch have ascended but they never descended with a message from heaven. Jesus was not talking about dead people in that statement. Or are you saying dead people remain in the grave and don't ascend? Then you're also quoting scriptures that say their spirits return to God. You're confused and that's why I find your questions insulting. Whatever you have to say, say it plead. Stop asking me useless questions. I can't understand exactly what your opinion is. Just queries upon queries with no end in sight. In the case of Samuel and saul, why did God forbid the isrealite from communicating with the dead if it was truly Samuel that was speaking? Tell us where Samuel was speaking from using the bible.God did not create any relations between the dead and the living. Anyone who creates such a relationship is sinning. Is that not already clear? |
MaxInDHouse:Yet it has the same holes and features! Hey, I'm done with you. If you like use your eternity to play dice. I've given you the best advice anyone can give you - find a seat, and think deeply about your eternity. Bye!! |
MaxInDHouse:You better go and sit down and think about your eternity! |
Michael547:And why's that important for me to bring it out? Does Hebrews 12:23 speaks of conscious spirits in hell as you have been claiming? Are you not the one claiming all spirits are in the grave and unconscious? Can't you see this busts your lies? Where did I say that hell is the only place where we can find spirits? Bring out evidence of the word 'spirit' or 'soul' in the parable of the rich man and Lazarus. Bring out evidence of the word 'hell' in the passage of Samuel and saul.Absolute nonsense. I don't know why you behave this way. The Parable was featured in heaven and hell. So, what type of beings were the 3 entities mentioned? Tell us where Samuel was talking from. Let's hear your weird opinion. But be rest assured that it would be countered with the true Word of God. |
MaxInDHouse:Didn't I say it? Hater of truth. What has female or make giot to do with it? The females too didn't recognize him. Infact when He was talking to Mary, Mary thought she was conversing with the gardener. The guys on the road to Emaus too never knew until He disappeared. He even are bread and drank with them! |
Michael547:This I have explained in my very first posts on this thread. I also stated why some souls are not in silence. In Hebrews 12:23, is that place talking about 'spirits' of dead people in hell or faithful men who have been transformed to spirits creatures in heaven?Faithful men of course. To let you know that not all spirits are silent and unconscious after death. Kindly provide evidence from your claims that the parable of Lazarus and the rich man and also that of saul and Samuel.Evidence for what? |
