In the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, where did Jesus say that it was the 'spirit' of the rich man and Lazarus that was in hades and the blossom of Abraham?
Why was the rich man asking for water since he was not with his body in hades? Do spirits drink water?

In the case of saul and Samuel, does the Bible say that Samuel was speaking from hell? Why did God forbade the isrealites from trying to communicate with the dead in Deuteronomy 18:11 if conscious spirits of dead people actually exist?

Human have spirits, souls and bodies. When the body dies, the spirit and soul is alive in the spirit realm. Hence you can refer to that individual as a soul and as a spirit.

In Hebrews 12:23, we are told that we fellowship with the Spirits of Just men made perfect. The word Made Perfect is talking about the men who have died. Infact the book calls them a cloud of witnesses who keep urging us on to our eternal rewards.

Humans died according to God's word that sinners will pay with their lives {Genesis 2:17} and that has cleared their sins since they have paid with their human lives {Romans 6:7} but angels who can't die naturally are reserved for the day of judgement. 1Peter 3:18-20; 2Peter 2:4; Jude 1:6

They are the spirits that the death of Jesus has a deep meaning for because he was one of the spirit sons of God and they don't know that it's possible for them to die like humans since they are like God in nature! Psalms 82:6-7

They remain there even after the resurrection of Jesus. Their fate is ETERNAL. No preaching to them. Okay?

Jesus came to earth, became man, died and resurrected all because of MAN. No, angels were not included in the plan of salvation!

If the fallen angels of Noah's days are the ones Peter was referring to, then, they should no longer be under chains. They should be free but actually, they're Perpetually chained in eternal darkness. Jesus didn't go to preach to them. It's absolutely useless! They're there waiting for the day of judgement. That's sound biblical doctrine.

The spirits Jesus preached to in prison are men. The spirits of men and not those of fallen angels.
