Gptech was right
your alipocket is linked to alipay..
So you can pay into your wallet.. just like having PM.. webmoney.....

So no alipay wallet.. no alipocket.......
Nawa, have you been able to order for your phone?

BuzzRay:
They are not stopping alipay totally, it is only the balance service thats gonna be scrapped. Which means u wont be able to retain $, like Alipocket. U can still pay through alipay.

But both are confusing, what are the difference?
Then what's the use of Alipay or Alipocket if its not for retaining dollars, any explanation?

There is a feature that I used to enjoy on my former phone that I am yet to experience on RN3 Pro.

When someone sends me a phone number via sms, I cant dial directly from my sms inbox. I have to copy it out manually on the dialer.

This wasn't the case with my previous phone. Any ideas?

cc: GrandMufti, Gptech,
Maybe not in the global rom for now, but I can do that on developer rom, in fact just tapping the number brings out the options to call, text, or copy.

Am not saying Gearbest is bad, I have bought more than 100+ items from them.. But since October 2016, PostNL has been misbehaving. I can show u some of my tracked items, they have been shipped to country of destination for 2-4weeks now, and they haven't even landed Lagos..
The painful part is that Gearbest refunds takes 60days to get your money back, unlike Banggood which takes 35 days and Aliexpress which is an average of 50 days
Thats bad.

Gearbest? Hope you read what he wrote about 3 undelivered items
Try Dealsmachine
He has been unlucky, gearbest is very reliable, all my orders came out good, the only exception was a memory card that never got delivered( money was refunded). By the was popular speculation says gearbest and dealsmacine have the same owners, you can check their very identical prices.

I think its best to use Access Bank for those buying between $101-$200, to avoid stress.

Dear Customer, we regret to inform you that due to business adjustments, the Alipay balance service will be terminated from January 1, 2017 (PDT). Please use up your remaining balance as soon as possible. Click to find more details: http://sale.aliexpress.com/4AUiFoEAkV.htm

Yeah...I wonder why
Frustrating thing is that I have been trying to buy $100 since yesterday and I keep getting unsuccessful messages due to upgrade. Was only able to get $70 at night.

This is the highend phone they announced http://www.gadgetsng.com/2016/11/vivo-xplay6-specs-price.html
Correct! Hope those who scream higher number is better can see that the camera resolution for the high end vivo is just 12MP, whereas the midrange is 20 abi 16 MP, and you think the 16 MP will take better pics than the 12 MP. Also note the price difference between mid and high end! Makes me wonder why some companies that sell like mad here in Nigeria call their best devices high end undecided

Snapdragon 400 family-----Entry-level

snapdragon 600 family-----Mass market or Mid-range

snapdragon 800 family------Flagship

So make I ask you and the person wey like your comment, una know wetin be Mid-range?
Seriously, until we educate ourselves on this, many manufacturers will keep overpricing their gadgets. You will see people rushing to buy a mediocre device because of 3 gig ram and the processor is trash! I keep asking them, Infinix hot note with 1 gig ram and 2 gig ram, what's the difference? Nothing! Both phones have similar speed! They think bigger ram will ensure smooth multitasking even when the processor is incapable. Imagine a device with 1.5gig free ram with only one running app as slow as hell and keep restarting apps but another with 320mb free ram running like butter, and one will begin to wonder!

How the hell do you call this Mid-range? undecided

You know wetin be mid range? undecided
Bros dey call midrange phone flagship because of big ram, rom, and camera resolution. You never see midrange laptops with 1 Terabyte rom and 6gig ram running Intel inside processor?

Alright thanks. Is note 4 affected by this too? Though I don't know why some note 3 specs is better than 4, like the camera. 13 to 16
Bro paper specs are not always the same as real life experience. Though reviews say the note 3 is slightly better in camera, take note slightly. Concerning the note 3 battery drain, its definitely a bug that they most likely have started working on, don't let that bother you; like GrandMufti said, you can remain in miui 7 if you desire.

Experienced this in one Redmi 3 pro, should be some bugs. But are those Chinese alphabets so annoying that you cannot manage?

I do not think I experience this or is it that I don't keep tab of my battery usage?
I'm not on mobile data network though cos note 3 pro doesn't support 3g and I don't like edge

How do I know if my battery drains out faster than expected?
Your phone should support 3g and 4g, maybe you are in an area with no 4g coverage and your network is set to Lte/ edge.

He uses rn3 mtk, I use rn3 sd. So I don't think it's about processor here.
Miui 8 is heavy and has so many bugs recently. The best rom I have used since getting my redmi note 2 is miui 8 (have used miui 6,7,and now 8 ). I think the very first upgrade to miui 8 was that particular rom. In the last 2 months I have installed miui 8 on two separate redmi 2 devices and they perform excellently well, infact one of the owners made a very positive comment about the battery refusing to die just yesterday. So miui 8 is not bad at all, the developers just messed it up.

Bugs, bugs, and more bugs! This your experiment of different roms must have injected some bugs in your device shocked. I remember after flashing a Bule custom rom in my redmi note 2,the phone never remained the same even after returning to global stable rom. You may need to do a full wipe of your device to get rid of that bug. But don't forget your Helio x10 chip. cool

Why? Does it have anything to do with their quality?

Looping: haibe, Ngcobop, GrandMufti, Gptech
Not really, I think popularity matters here. If infinix can sell lets say 10 million units of a particular model, then that can make them popular and get the attention of international review sites. We all know that in order to be popular, they need to up their game because becoming popular can either make or kill them.
