You can see the rom beneath is the developer rom.

Guess NgcoboP didn't remember dollar had increased before he recommended it lol. @ NgcoboP, do you know any other phone that I can get for 36k since Xiaomi isn't reachable? Thanks in advance. Go for the redmi 2 and keep the change instead of buying 2 gig ram infinix at that price. |

BuzzRay: Upgrade? I tot ure already on dev miui 8 Yes I am already on miui8 dev. I was referring to BuzzRay's comment on those device that will unfortunately not be getting the second space feature like the redmi 2. For those on global rom, can your hide the rolling ball? And has the notification pane been changed from the original miui 8 type? Using the global stable rom on the redmi 2 is already looking like a downgrade to me. No more going back to global roms, will be sticking with developer roms. |

SmartChoices: my phone. after a Lenovo A5000, windows phone ... and an abandoned iPhone 4.... am really enjoying the redmi 2... although the Lenovo has a better battery..but after a software update your Lenovo A5000 wipes out all the phone's lovely features... this is not the same with Redmi 2 xiaomi phones..... in short am loving it... it's been serving the purpose of my need for a reliable and inspiring budget phone The battery far out performs that of my redmi note 2. |
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by Gptech(m): 11:58pm On Oct 18, 2016 |
BuzzRay: Am glad ure enjoying it . The 2nd space feature is nice, unfortunately not everyone would be getting it. Yea, it consumes much ram, time to upgrade. I just got the redmi 2 today for someone and , it surpassed my expectations. Seriously for less than 30k, I wonder why people still buy tecno and co. |
