Got the phone for a friend yesterday, tried testing the camera but noticed the flash not working even after setting it to on and also trying auto.

Then tried just switching the flashlight on independently, the icon show blue ( which should be on) but still no light was on.

Do factory reset.

Hello boss. The sound on my Redmi 6a just stopped working this afternoon, and no sound comes from music player, Instagram, YouTube etc.

No need to drag leg, your own case fit b even water sef, my own note 4 drink water yesterday, screen dey washed out now, not even the 3rd time this is happening, by next week screen colour go return to normal. Some phones with IP rating nr even survive wetin my own don survive but will I generalise? NO.

Strobing horizontal stripes problem on RN8 screen.

To represent this bug you need to display a static dark coloured background (e.g. dark grey) on the screen. After a couple of seconds white stripes on the dark background will start showing up and disappearing quickly. The best way to observe the flasing stripes is using Google Phone app swithed to dark theme. But when I start pressing a button (e.g. * or #) repeatedly and quickly (making some kind of animation on the screen) strobing stripes stop showing up until I stop pressing a button repeatedly. You can see stripes in the photo below.

How can i solve this.. does this means my brand new Redmi note 8 screen is faulty or what

U don reboot your phone? Phone go dey hot if you get bad network or if the weather hot, check which b d culprit.

bro I need help o,here goes my Lamentation.
So the phone(redmi k20),the first day I opened the sealed box after putting sim card the whole screen just turned white and nothing worked until I rebooted the phone,after which sim cards weren't showing anymore. After removing and putting back the sim card for up to 15times b4 it worked. I've been using the phone since no complaint since that day,I just thought it was software issue so all my mind was that I was going to flash new rom or custom rom as soon as I'm able to unlock bootloader. Now fast forward to today,I was bathing and playing music with my phone and little water splashed on the phone(which for other xiaomi phones I've been using is a normal thing),after cleaning it,few minutes later I noticed different deep colors on the phone display,apps had deeper and different colours,can't explain it well.i change colour scheme from cool which I normally use to standard and d colours went back to normal. I didn't use my phone much today because I was busy throughout,so at around 4pm when I had chance to press my phone I noticed one row on the upper part of the screen is not responding to touch at all and that has been the case till now,I've just been confused,as if that was not enough someone hit my hand and the phone fell down on a rug and it turned white again,and started rebooting itself over and over again for close to 1hr or even more than till it finally stopped. Now I'm using the phone with the first touch screen problem and I don't know what to do. I've confirmed the order already on AliExpress. Please I need advice,can I still return it,if yes how do I even go about that and given its DHL that I shipped it with

3 minute YouTube video at what resolution? Check, the higher the resolution, the more data used. If you really want to manage your data and still at least get manageable video quality, set resolution to 360p, you can try 240p or even 144p if it's good for your eyes .
