I just got your mention today.... As per mine, it's still on that pending too. I am planning on going there soon sha. Did mine in oshogbo, where did you do yours? And give us the full gist of the level of help....is it paid for or free cos if it's free you may not rely on what she says.
Another angle is that she may also be right, since the stage is "pending" and not outright cancel (red X) I feel it may be technical issues cos my NIN is also validated before I went for capturing.

On a hot day , I took a bus. Whilst waiting for the passengers to come on board, I saw some men hawking some drugs and then I saw people buying drugs from them. They asked "Aboki you get TM? " He nodded and looked round, dipped his hand in his box and handed it to them. It was really sad to see that drugs which were supposed to be controlled, where flooding the streets . In this article, I will be highlighting the downsides of buying drugs from street hawkers. The reasons are enumerated below.

Improper storage of drugs.

Most people buy drugs without knowing much about them. Buying a drug from a reputable pharmacy however, protects you from buying drugs that may have not been properly stored . Some drugs require room temperature , whilst some need to be refrigerated . The street drug hawker has little or no knowledge on the storage of drugs and may eventually sell you a bad drug due to bad storage of the drug.

They may be fake

Most drugs sold on the streets or drugs being hawked, are not regulated and this causes a lot of worries as we do not know how they source for their drugs. Most hawkers get expired drugs, repackage it and sell to the public at ridiculously cheap prices. That drug on the road is most likely fake .

They lack proper dispensing knowledge
Most drug hawkers have no knowledge on drugs and have no idea as to how it reacts to the body. They give drugs without knowing the prior medical condition of the person they are selling to. They lack knowledge on the side effects of the drugs. They can cause a lot of problems to you. For example, drugs with sodium are not good for hypertensive patients , most analgesic are acidic and triggers ulcer . Some people react differently to drugs that contain sulphur.
Drugs are poisons and must be used with caution. Always seek professional advice and always buy your drugs from reputable pharmaceutical companies. Always check out for the expiry date , Nafdac number and confirm with the pin if you're in doubt . Stay safe!

Phd perhaps, meanwhile no PHD in the US will offer such meager stipend(400, Na slavery), even with tuition fee exemption. The scholarship was registered by her ex- this is interesting, the registration was likely made withing the last 3,4, 5 months, and she must have been with the guy she just got married to for over 6 months, are you seeing what i am seeing. The relationship between the lady in question and her EX is probably unhealthy, why would you complete such a registration without including the Husband-to-be in retrospect in the conversation. There are lots of University that would offer $400 monthly stipend. It depends on the type of grant you got. Research assistant or teaching assistant.
A doctoral student is not limited to one stipend, he/she can get from multiple sources, $400 stated is the one bin offered when he/she is starting.
A doctoral student can get as high as $50k from big firms to assist with research work or internship, this also falls under stipend.

Secondly, one can apply for a scholarship 2 years before time.
An international student for instance wanting to go to Harvard, most likely, 2019 is already out of it, entry would have closed for 2019 in 2017.
I applied for a post graduate scholarship at Coventry in mid 2017 but I put in fall of 2019.
Also, do you know how cumbersome it is to get a grant for scholarship abroad, sometimes, it takes years.

My take is this. She and her ex were probably very close, doing stuffs together. I have a friend, if I apply for something, I would apply for her also, and she also for me, I get to find out when I receive a mail.
They probably started the doctoral scholarship hunting together, when she broke up with him, she stayed clear from him, not just him but also things that partake to him. She wasn't checking for stuffs they did together or he did for her, he checked and saw that she got in.
