Funnicator:No,not at all... I even stated that in one of my comments on this thread. |
kropotkin2:What I'm saying is that it didn't state categorically that GEJ was not invited as the headline would want us believe. |
Not saying that GEJ was invited, but this report doesn't really address if he was invited or not. |
I blame the opposition for this. What rubbish! Why can't they do mass protest against this massacre? Really,Nigeria has gone atleast 100 years backward since this administration came. If Lai actually said this,it's enough for instant dismissal in saner climes. |
Alexxgold:You should be the one shutting your that thing you call a mouth. Why can't you guys use your heads and grow up for once? That's how you kept on celebrating the dirty foul words from Whizkid until Tiwa's husband Tbillz came out publicly and disgraced his own wife then you all had to hide your heads in shame. Use your head mr Man! |
ChessEnthusiast:At this your age you still dey talk like motor park tout. |
Funnicator:I think you're missing the point here. There's no denying these machines will reduce the number of Pharmacists a health care system would normally employ. Just think about it this way with this example: you know there was a time fuel station attendants were in high demand in some countries until they started an automated system of purchasing fuel whereby you probably have to slot in a coin and get your fuel without even needing the assistance of an attendant. That's just how it is. Almost no career is indispensable with the advance of technology. In the banking system, the advent of ATMs obviously reduced the number of Cashiers banks would normally employ. And as this cashless policy is encouraged, more bankers( cashiers) would definitely find themselves unemployable. |
Op,like some others have pointed out,it won't totally displace pharmacists as their job description goes beyond drug dispensation. However,no doubt it would affect them and reduce the rate of demand for Pharmacists. |
Unimaginable123:Please,don't even try to exonerate the SW from all these show of shame this government is displaying daily. They were warned but they wouldn't listen, and they were proud and even tried to rub it on our faces that they massively supported Buhari. Just a very few handful of them were against Buhari; the likes of FFK and Fayose. Some others were speaking from both sides of the mouth. What still angers me till this moment is that Buhari couldn't even wait for some days to atleast pretend like he was mourning the victims of the IDP massacre before shuttling off for his jamboree. I mean, where in the world is it done like that? Who the hell advices him? Tufiakwa! |
Very good. Let the "Sai Buhari" chanters learn that a leopard never changes it's spots. We warned them but they wouldn't listen. |
Did we not warn them that Buhari would try to muzzle the press? Did we not tell them that under Buhari, freedom of speech would be a luxury? Well,it's happening right before there very own eyes... Let this serve as a lesson to all those who were chanting "Sai Buhari" against all sound reasoning and were claiming i-too-know because ethnic hatred and jealousy for other regions. Next time, vote Buhari again and watch more of all these continue. This is just the tip of an iceberg. |
Lol... |
My greatest worry is the fact that opposition (PDP) has kept quiet as these incessant killings occur... What sort of country is this that witnesses massive daily violence in one form ot the other and yet there's no mass protest? And the president still sits pretty as if it's really no big deal? Well,I'll tell you why. When you protest, the sycophantic cowards will tell you it's because GEJ lost and you've not yet moved on,and will even mock and berate you when the FG arrests or shoots you for the protest. We'll see where this gets us. |
It will obviously get to that if Buhari continues. |
Honestly,it takes a man with the highest level of faith to still believe in Nigeria. Is there any particular sector in this country that is performing optimally? What a shame? Now to worsen it all, they've bombed innocent civilians! Buhari should just quit, let's keep on searching until we get the right person. Shame! |
Why does that Deji and some Yorubas make it sound like a big deal that others are living in their region and take up traditional titles. it reeks of inferiority complex. In the southeast, there are huge communities of Yorubas, Hausas etc living there for decades yet you don't hear Igbos whining like sisies and carrying placards insisting they must leave. In Enohia,Afikpo in Ebonyi state ( for instance),there are huge communities of Hausas, yorubas and others who have practically taken over the place. They have their kingship and representatives in place. But you don't see Igbos complaining about this. That's why I say Igbos are about the most detribalized Nigerians and the most socially developed. |
Some would rather remain subservient to the North forever than to speak out against all these injustices. They'd even cajole you, insult you, mock you, fight you,do everything to you just to make sure you don't "offend" their Northern masters. All these while the country goes down the drain daily. |
sarrki:Guy even you don pass this level of sycophancy.... Nawa you o... Na 2017 be this o. |
Nnamdi Kanu is like a fly that perched on the blockus - you just don't know how to deal with it. Discharge and acquit him and he becomes a hero, convict him of treason and you don't know the ripple effect. So the FG is just bidding there time and hoping that NK will agree to a mutual deal. |
Why can't states enact laws that will limit the activities of these herdsmen since the FG is obviously not ready to do anything about it? What sort country is this that no day passes without news of killings? Tufiakwa! |
KahlDrogo:You can't help yourself, can you? Even when someone gives you the benefit of doubt and tries to have a meaningful conversation with you,you always end up showing your uncultured side. Your problem is Stupi*dity. You lack the ability to reason with your brain, and that's why you're all over the forum making a fo*ol of yourself. How you arrived at your assertion that I support these militants even when I made it clear in my earlier comment that I don't,is simply beyond me and I can only attribute it to the product of a deformed brain. Smh. |
KahlDrogo:This is the kind of issue with your type; you feel you're better off than the ones agitating for one reason or the other. When it finally comes to your doorstep,I hope you'll still be here saying this same thing. |
No doubt for this system called Nigeria to work, there should be a "Sit-down" by all the stake holders involved. How do you explain to the Fulani herdsmen ( for instance) that they're equal with all other Nigerians? How do you tell the Niger delta militants that that actually the government of the day also has their interest at heart? How do you explain to the Biafra proponents that it is in their best interest to relinquish their quest for independence and remain in the country? Do you tell the southwesterners that remaining in the system is better than self-determination by merely shouting "One Nigeria"? Op,anybody that tells you that the unity of this country is not negotiable and that there's no need for a round table discussion is only but an individual deep in the abyss of mischief. The country as we know it right now is in deep mess and a template for anarchy. |
I blame our youths and ordinary Nigerians for all these mess. Imagine someone still touting Atiku (Atiku of all People) for president in 2019. When will Nigerians have sense and stop clamoring for things that will not stand the test of time? |
KahlDrogo:Yes,Enugu is still a part of Nigeria the last time I checked. Not so? For the records,I'm not in anyway supporting these crisis, but peace is a two-way thing. The government has a role to play as well as the second party. |
Buhari is in real hot soup. When by your actions and inactions and words you make the nation ungovernable for a government, you don't expect to have a smooth ride when you're in charge. |
Emekaflatt:Guy stop all this bullshit about oil... Someone says he's Igbo and you're saying he's not; who the hell are you? And about the oil you so like to whine about, how has it changed your life? Are you in any way better than the average Nigerian from a region that doesn't have oil? Come on,grow up. Will you? |
KahlDrogo:Guy try get sense small na... Haba! What has Ipob got to do with this now? |
This is complete bullshit. What is even wrong with these people? What sort of useless parameters are those? How do you determine the poor people to give the 5k to,and you're here saying rubbish. Why don't you pull the money together, acquire lands in all the states of the federation, employ the many unemployed people in this country and get them to start farming? How's that difficult to reason and implement? |
OP,most public institutions offering PG courses in Nigeria have these common issues you highlighted. Though in some it is more pronounced than in others. Some schools however, are good in some departments while lacking in others. What I advice anyone who wants to do any PG course in Nigeria ( especially in Public institutions) is to do their do diligence by finding out about the department they intend to go into; how fast they are and how serious they are. Another thing is this: PG programs are mainly for guidance and research purposes. I.e,the lecturers will guide or direct you in an area, then you do the main part of the work. You do the researches yourself. So I believe the main thing is for the school to provide the enabling environment and the rest is yours. |
