kingDELE:Dude,Reekado Banks is way better...like,100x more talented than Lil Kesh... You can just say that you're a fan of Lil Kesh, but don't ever try and compare both guys. |
FFK why again? Why? Just when people begin to feel that your condition is being managed successfully, you come out and astonish them yet again with one of your FFK's specials. Chai... So you're saying that of all the countries in this world,it was only Nigeria that they chose for their sacrifice through plane crashes? FFk?? |
sllay:Guy,it seems you don't live in Nigeria or didn't live in Nigeria very well. Let me tell you, there are some certain things you'd have to do as a married couple in Nigeria atimes for your marriage to work; and that may include beatings. Let me ask you: why do you think Nigerian Parents beat their kids? Does it mean they don't love them? My Brother, this is Nigeria - where you shouldn't spare the rod to spoil a child. Some women infact, desire to be beaten. They crave it,and until you do that to them, you'd never have peace or respect. That's the raw fact. Mind you,I'm not in anyway encouraging wife abuse or assault. I don't mean incessant beating or unnecessary beating or habitual beating. No. What I mean is responsible beating when you know that is what will save your marriage and save her and you. Be wise Bro,everything is not just pure white and black. |
hrykanu231:You're brilliant Bro. |
doctokwus:Fair enough. |
Ok |
doctokwus:Good enough that you're honest, some other people will prefer to bury there heads in the sand while exposing their rears in a bid to defend Buhari and his failures thus far. May I ask you a question though: if you were to vote for Buhari or GEJ in 2019,who would you vote for? Honestly. |
doctokwus:I just hope you're not the same person that was all over the forum during election period advocating for Buhari and APC. If so,take a moment and ponder over the number of Nigerians you must have mislead in your misguided "I too Know". |
This man just wasted his time unnecessarily advising Buhari, because it would definitely fall on deaf ears. Meanwhile, how does he expect Buhari and his chewing-gum team to understand such economic principles? |
jmichlins:Look at you! Just take a good look at yourself! You've started complaining now,ba? When they were warning people like you during election period against voting for Buhari, you were forming "Mr Know-it-all". Now look at it now. You should be the one ashamed of yourself for having the balls to complain after helping to foister Buhari on Nigerians. |
progress69:Guy,I just aired my own view;why you come dey shout na? Hmmm.. Are you sure you're ok? Nothing wey person no go see for Naija because of politics. |
Hmmmm. I think this is a kind of reverse psychology: Come out openly to support the ruling party - APC,and later vote for PDP on the election day. That way,it is a win win situation for them. #justobserving. |
I keep on asking myself what became of the hundreds of people who were dishing out "Likes" here on nairaland to supporters of Buhari during the election period. Where have they all gone to? Has the situation of the country made them to change handle and start wailing? How Nigerians - even the so-called educated ones - in this century knowingly voted in someone who couldn't present his basic qualification for election, who mindfully shunned the presidential debate, who had a lot of baggages on his neck, who couldn't pin point just one personal achievement he made since his first time as head of state still baffles me. We told them in very clear words that things would be worse if Buhari is elected, but they didn't listen. Rather,so many of them were busy forming intellectuals and posting thrash all over the place in support of Buhari. Where is Victor Ikpeba who said that he would still vote for Buhari even if he presented a NEPA bill? Big shame on all of them. This goes to show that some people might think themselves as intelligent, but in reality are just plain dumbos. |
Una never even start to whine... What an elder sees while sitting,a child that climbs an iroko tree will not see it. |
TheRealestGuy:You're just an unfortunate tribalist who thinks he's making sense. You come up with your useless stereotypes and expect everyone to accept it as the gospel because it came from you? Mr Man,go and address the several problems bedeviling your tribe and stop saying rubbish about other people. |
T8ksy:Talking about "cheerful giver",how about Obasanjo's mum? No wonder you people think he favored the Igbos more than your people when he was president. https://www.nairaland.com/2702439/igwe-onyejekwe-father-obasanjo-photo |
Kockane:Bro,I've read the advices for you on this thread and I think you should go with what BeClever said. My reason is this: I think that cheque is contestable as use to guarantee the last loan the man took which he couldn't service. Hence, like suggested, you should stop your bank from further honoring the cheque, and then initiate a negotiation that you're more comfortable with. But if you consider the above process stressful to you or you wouldn't want the rigmaroling that might come with it,and you can pay off the loan ( with the accrued interest probably),then by all means go ahead and pay it. The final decision is yours to make. Goodluck. Ps. I'm not an expert in this. |
OgidiOlu3:I think malaria still kills more people globally than HIV/AIDS. |
Just imagine if mosquitoes were able to transmit HIV...
Hmmmm. |
Sctests: |
murphyibiam15:It's quite unfortunate that you harbor such dirty misgivings against your fellow Igbo - that's if you're indeed Igbo. See the kind of unadaulterated rubbish that is coming out of your mouth against your own Brother. Big sha.me on you! And a bigger sha.me to you if you're educated and you still have this kind of devilish thoughts. Mention that Igbo state you think in your small mind that is perfect? Don't you know that the glory of Anambra or Ebonyi is the glory of the whole SE states, and Nigeria? Once more, sha.me on you. |
NafeesaAA:You're nothing but a pure hypo.crite and white-faced liar. Are you uneducated or what? You post things without proper context just probably to incite more hatred and violence. For each of those cases you mentioned ( out of context),at least, double the numbers of Igbos have been killed in various places in the north and southeast ( many even go unreported) since "this year alone" and you conveniently forgot to mention them. Or they don't matter because they're not your tribesmen? And what do you mean by "when we decide to strike back"? You guys have been striking back and still striking back,so it's not a new thing. Nobody has the monopoly on violence. Keep on tribalizing violence; don't condemn it in all ramifications. |
The truth remains that Buhari's corruption is totally selective. You might be happy today that he's flouting all known court orders and due process, and selectively deciding who is probed and who is not,but pray it doesn't get to your turn. You might say no,that you're not a politician, but since Buhari is setting a precedence,a government one day might come after you or one of yours with trumped-up charges, maybe then you'll understand what we're saying now. Are you saying that throughout Fashola and Amaechi's tenure as governors, they never stole a dime of public fund? Really? Fashola? Amaechi? Come on people, you know better. |
Op,take this your message to the creeks and preach to them... |
tsdarkside:I read comments like yours and i feel ashamed for our youths... Just look at the ru.bbish you typed up here just to defend Buhari by all means necessary. Little wonder this country is in such a huge mess. Imagine if about 50% of our youths have this kind of your daf.t mentality... If Buhari said people should respect other people's religion as it concerned the woman that was killed, why then did he disrespect Christianity by covering his head in a Christian place of worship? Nobody has the monopoly of violence. |
These people have turned Governance in Nigeria to a big joke... Smh |
Well, honestly Op,these people you mentioned are... What do i call them now?... They're Technocrats, like someone said above. Ask yourself: why have these people been given more responsibility internationally after they left the government? If these guys had continued, maybe this country would have been miles ahead than it's present state now. Ask yourself: does Nigeria detest corruption more than USA,UK etc that keep on given these guys more award and responsibilities? Nigerians should hide their heads in shame for once again,we've been deceived and set back by like 30 years. |
fortune98:Let me tell you right away that the final decision is yours to make. A lot of people might advice you here to tell your parents about it immediately but, that doing that depends on your people and the kind of people they are. People are different;how your people will react to such news might not be how my people will react to a similar news. Such news can really be too much for some parents to take and they might lose their confidence in you,or might even stop financing your studies without realizing or believing that you've realized your mistakes ( that's assuming the mistake came from you). Some might even breakdown healthwise on hearing such news. So what should you do? Be wise! You have to alleviate the impact of the news as much as you can. And since you know your people better, you should know how they'll take the news. Secondly, think about getting admission again into a school, and then you can tell them. That way, they'll know for sure that you've learnt from your mistake. People who make this kind of your mistake and realize it,and are willing to buckle up,most times go ahead to become the best in their chosen career path. I tell you all these from numerous experiences. Just be wise! |
Since when did the SUG president turn to spokesperson of the ABSU Vc office,or Abia State government? This rebuttal is wrong on many fronts. ABSU VC and others concerned should address this issue officially and properly. As for the allegation made by Obiageli 1, i think she went too far in pointing fingers at the person of the VC... That is,if she has no direct evidence. |
HungerBAD:Mr,must you castigate another state just to make your point? Who told you Abakaliki rice is filled with stones? Better travel out of that your enclave and see what is happening elsewhere in the world. |
Olabestonic001:Mr,honestly,i'm begining to doubt your ability to comprehend things. How in the world did you arrive at this your conclusion from what the guy you quoted said? Ehh? Are you purposely doing this or what? Where did the guy say or imply that he wants others to fight his war while he takes the spoils of the war? I just hope this is not what you do real life... Stop this cockroach character.... |
